Hotel berhampiran Stesen Asahi, Nagono

Fantastic stay, extremely helpful & polite staff. Prime location, connected to Nagano station via the overpass, so you don't need to cross the road, super convenient. Our room was a bit small, 15 sqm, and 1 large suitcase, it was a bit cramped. Would definitely stay here again but will book a bigger room. Arigato Sotetsu Nagano🙂

Booked this hotel due to a day trip to Tetayama Alpine Route tour as early meeting at 5:40am at the Nagano station is the closest to this hotel. Located just right besides Nagano Station! There’s also a direct link from level2 into the mall, super convenient. Room view is fantastic and everything was perfect for my 2nights stay, and catch the Shinkansen back to Tokyo is indeed super convenient! Highly recommended.

Lokasinya betul-betul di hadapan Stesen Nagano, jadi ia sangat mudah untuk digunakan. Saya sampai awal, jadi apabila saya pergi ke meja depan untuk meninggalkan bagasi saya, ada bilik yang sedia untuk saya dan saya dibenarkan untuk mendaftar masuk terus!! Bilik itu juga dibersihkan dengan baik dan sangat bersih. Di atas semua, menu sarapan pagi adalah sangat luas sehingga saya fikir saya menginap di rumah penginapan biasa!! Apabila saya pergi ke Nagano, saya ingin menginap di hotel ini lagi.

非常幸運訂到週六最後一間房，在trip評價雖然不高，在Google map評價極好，也比想像中還棒，有機會來戶隱會再入住，謝謝旅館接待的每個人，讓我有很愉快的旅程。

The hotel is nice, from the station about 10 minutes walk almost in a straight line, wake up. The room was originally wrong, it was reserved for smokers, even though we don't smoke, the room was given the appropriate one, the smell in it was just not very good, like for those who don't smoke at all, it started already on the floor.But the staff, fortunately, were able to find us a replacement for a non-smoking room, yes, less, yes one big bed instead of two, but with stunning mountain views and a coffee machine. The room was incredibly spacious, offering exceptional value for the price. The hotel maintains a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, which I truly appreciated. While the furniture and carpets show some slight signs of age, the overall comfort remains high. I was impressed by their Zero Waste policy; instead of plastic bottles in the room, they provide glassware and a convenient water dispenser located right by the elevator. Please note that for a two-night stay, there is no housekeeping service, which aligns with their eco-friendly initiative. The amenities were comprehensive, and the service was outstanding—truly upholding the high standards of the Mercure brand. Parking is plentiful and hassle-free. Lastly, the view is a hidden gem; on a clear day, you get an unobstructed, breathtaking panorama of the mountain range without any buildings blocking the sight. I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

Terkejut apabila saya diberitahu bahawa saya tidak boleh meninggalkan beg kami sehari lebih awal sebelum kami mendaftar masuk, walaupun kami menginap selama dua malam. Saya ada menghubungi lebih awal dan diberitahu bahawa ia tidak mengapa tetapi ditolak apabila saya sampai di sana. Selepas banyak rundingan, mereka berkata mereka akan melakukannya sekali ini dan ia istimewa untuk saya. Saya langsung tidak rasa istimewa terutamanya jika saya menginap di hotel dua malam dan tidak boleh meninggalkan beg saya di stor sehari lebih awal. Jadi bagaimana penghantaran bagasi terlebih dahulu berfungsi dalam kes ini? Pada asalnya saya ingin menghantar beg saya melalui pemindahan bagasi sehari lebih awal, mujurlah saya tidak berbuat demikian kerana mereka mungkin menolak penerimaan. Bilik bersih tetapi memerlukan sedikit kemas kini. Dari segi lokasi, ia hampir tiada, betul-betul bertentangan dengan stesen. Adakah dinding salji dari Nagano melakukan lokasi yang hebat.

極有温度的一家日式旅館。雖然行李搬上搬下都要走陡峭鋥亮的木質樓梯，屋內老古董讓人生怕碰壞，所有賓客共用衞生間洗澡間和温泉♨️。但卻那麼温馨，樓上樓下合理利用空間，20間左右的客房錯落有致。舒服的温泉泡湯，鬆軟的布團榻榻米和店裡寧靜的環境讓人的心放鬆下來。旅館經營者是一對年逾八旬的老年夫婦，每天樓上樓下忙碌着，迎來送往，81歲的老先生不僅身體硬朗還記憶力超羣，每次住客出門他都把客人的鞋子挑出來放在客人面前，從不出錯。老奶奶也是容光煥發親切可愛，客人跟她説的每一句話她都不會忘記，用心細緻。送別時兩位長者穿着拖鞋站在門外一直跟我們鞠躬揮手告別直到巴士遠行。也許就是使得這家百年老店一直傳承下來的緣故。希望大家入住時也能感受到他們珍貴的温暖並善待珍惜。

This place is ~5mins walk from Zenkoji temple. neighborhood is peaceful at night. Shoes to be removed outside the accommodation. Rooms are on the 2nd floor so you'll have to carry your luggage up (there's no lift). Room (with window) is huge. You'll have to head downstairs to use the shared toilet and shared onsen (no toilet inside the room). We were only allowed 30mins of onsen time for 2 pax - couples weren't allowed to use the onsen concurrently so we had to go one after another (i'm not sure if the instructions got lost in translation..). Felt very rushed so i didnt really get to enjoy the onsen experience, but overall was nice and clean. Interesting 6.30am tour around the area and within the temple itself, followed by a simple vegetarian breakfast (porridge with omakase-styled sides with miso soup) back at the accommodation. The morning tour lasted from 6.30am - 8.30am. The accommodation provided a fleece blanket to each pax to bring to Zenkoji temple to keep us warm during the morning praying ceremony. We went on 30 Dec and it was SO COLD. Overall interesting experience but accommodation price is pretty steep IMO.

The accommodation was clean and self-check-in/check-out was available. However, personal toiletries (towels, slippers, toothbrush, etc.) were not provided and had to be purchased separately. Guests had to dispose of their own bedding upon check-out, and the blankets had a slight odor, which I found unsatisfactory.
