Hotel berhampiran Muzium Anak Patung, Kanazawa

Hotel ini terletak berhampiran Stesen Kanazawa, 5 minit berjalan kaki. Biliknya besar, katilnya selesa. Walau bagaimanapun, selimut adalah sintetik tebal, membuatkan anda berpeluh dengan banyak. Tiada microwave atau mesin basuh di dalam bilik. Tetapi sarapan paginya hebat, benar-benar hebat. Termasuk keju brie. Ramai pelancong Jepun dan Eropah. Lif hanya membawa anda ke tingkat anda dan tingkat biasa (sarapan, lobi) dengan kad tetamu anda. Anda boleh meninggalkan bagasi anda jika anda pergi ke Shirakawa-go, sebagai contoh. Kami mengambilnya selepas jam 4 petang. Suka

No real complaints, but it'll be nice to have a pool or a public bath, and also our studio didn't have the in-room laundry as shown in some of the photos.

Brilliant boutique hotel with truly kind and amazing staff.  Only 15 rooms but the staff truly outsize the hotel in terms of what would wow me.  They really make you feel very comfortable and safe.  Great location to visit Kenrokuen! 

Welcomed by very friendly staff. Luggage Train were all organised in room after check in. Provided with options on room cleaning services. Free sake tasting, and tea in the evening is a plus. Good onsen areas. They even help me with my Yukata. Gifted us some free postcards, and also had a little birthday surprise gift in the room. Great location too.

for this room, they added a bed for the third person which made the room super compacted and we barely had room to put our stuff/walk. Staff is nice but a bit overwhelmed due to the holiday season. It's very nicely renovated and fantastic but not really worth the price considering all the other hotels around the area. Also no amenities:(

The location is great it’s easy to walk to any places. The bed is comfortable, but the arrangement of the room is quite crammed so it’s hard to open the suitcase and walk around without being tripped. The hotel staff is friendly but they don’t seem to be able to resolve any issues. For example, the corridor outside our room has a strong bbq smell, and it’s even passing into our room. I called the front desk, they only shrugged and said that it’s because of the bbq store next to the building and the ventilation system so there’s nothing they can do. I mean… I know there’s nothing you can do, but you can at least apologize and try to do some amendments. Oh well. Also, refrain from using the public bath here. This hotel accommodate big tourism group. Most of the tourists do not know the etiquette of bathing in Japan. Some people don’t wash themselves before going into the bath so the water is quite dirty and you might get sprayed on when walking past people showering. It’s overall an uncomfortable experience.

I booked a double bed room, but they gave me a two beds room which they can allow me to pay extra to upgrade another room type if I want to have a double bed for three days, the staff is nice, just the arrangement is not so great experience, but the location is great, right next to the train station

This place is just a 5-6 minute walk to Kanazawa jr station and the bus terminal. The location is fantastic. There is all the amenities you need like coin laundry, and ice machine. The staff are wonderful and helped me to correctly fill out the forms to mail a package to my teacher staying in japan. This is my second stay with the hotel franchise in kanazawa- i stayed in their other hotel more in the town centre previously. They both smelled amazing. I don’t know what they use, but they have a specific scent that they make for their hotels. Apparently Kanazawa also has a tradition of incense and so they’ve incorporated a signature scent based on it. I wish I could buy it tbh- so Koko staff- if you see this, please make it an item you sell! The rooms are a good size, for Japan, and the bathtub in the room is MASSIVE. Sadly I dont have photos as I forgot to take them. They have a lovely outdoor on the top floor as well, where you can sip a drink and enjoy the view which i do have photos of.

We originally got a room that was smoky probably due to previous guests but the housekeeping did not do a good job of getting rid of the smokiness (take note the hotel is supposed to be non smoking I think). We called the reception who proceeds to change our room to another floor and they made sure this time there's no ciggarette smell. That wasted a bit of our time but a good gesture to change our room. House keeping needs to make sure to check room properly especially for those with families. Son had a bit of a coughing fit when he entered the room due to the smoke. Location was strategic and they provide free parking in the mall parking.

The beds were well-maintained and clean, which is always a top priority when choosing budget accommodation. Despite the reasonable price point, there was no compromise on basic cleanliness and comfort. Given the recent earthquake that affected the region, visiting Kanazawa now is more meaningful than ever. By traveling to the area and spending money at local businesses, we can all contribute to the region's recovery. I encourage fellow travelers to consider Kanazawa for their next trip - you'll not only experience a beautiful historic city but also help support the community during this crucial time.
