Hotel berhampiran Port Ono, Kanazawa

Hotel ini terletak berhampiran Stesen Kanazawa, 5 minit berjalan kaki. Biliknya besar, katilnya selesa. Walau bagaimanapun, selimut adalah sintetik tebal, membuatkan anda berpeluh dengan banyak. Tiada microwave atau mesin basuh di dalam bilik. Tetapi sarapan paginya hebat, benar-benar hebat. Termasuk keju brie. Ramai pelancong Jepun dan Eropah. Lif hanya membawa anda ke tingkat anda dan tingkat biasa (sarapan, lobi) dengan kad tetamu anda. Anda boleh meninggalkan bagasi anda jika anda pergi ke Shirakawa-go, sebagai contoh. No real complaints, but it'll be nice to have a pool or a public bath, and also our studio didn't have the in-room laundry as shown in some of the photos.

Brilliant boutique hotel with truly kind and amazing staff.  Only 15 rooms but the staff truly outsize the hotel in terms of what would wow me.  They really make you feel very comfortable and safe.  Great location to visit Kenrokuen! 

Welcomed by very friendly staff. Luggage Train were all organised in room after check in. Provided with options on room cleaning services. Free sake tasting, and tea in the evening is a plus. Good onsen areas. They even help me with my Yukata. Gifted us some free postcards, and also had a little birthday surprise gift in the room. Great location too.

for this room, they added a bed for the third person which made the room super compacted and we barely had room to put our stuff/walk. Staff is nice but a bit overwhelmed due to the holiday season. It's very nicely renovated and fantastic but not really worth the price considering all the other hotels around the area. Also no amenities:(

Great location as near Omicho market. Parking is on another street, at the back hence not so convenient as the front of the hotel cannot load/unload. Troublesome if raining for family. No smoking room in hotel, need to find nearest kombini for smokers. Cleanliness is good. Spacious for luggages to open in room. Simple and fuss-free.

Hotel ini menawarkan nilai yang sangat baik untuk wang dan terletak dengan sangat strategik betul-betul di sebelah Stesen Kanazawa. Mudah untuk menerokai bandar atau menaiki bas jarak jauh. Walaupun hotel ini agak lama, ia telah diubah suai; satu-satunya isu ialah bilik mandi, yang belum diubah suai, tetapi ia bersih. Kakitangan hotel sangat profesional dan penuh perhatian, yang sangat baik. Sarapan pagi juga sedap.

I booked a double bed room, but they gave me a two beds room which they can allow me to pay extra to upgrade another room type if I want to have a double bed for three days, the staff is nice, just the arrangement is not so great experience, but the location is great, right next to the train station

We originally got a room that was smoky probably due to previous guests but the housekeeping did not do a good job of getting rid of the smokiness (take note the hotel is supposed to be non smoking I think). We called the reception who proceeds to change our room to another floor and they made sure this time there's no ciggarette smell. That wasted a bit of our time but a good gesture to change our room. House keeping needs to make sure to check room properly especially for those with families. Son had a bit of a coughing fit when he entered the room due to the smoke. Location was strategic and they provide free parking in the mall parking.

The beds were well-maintained and clean, which is always a top priority when choosing budget accommodation. Despite the reasonable price point, there was no compromise on basic cleanliness and comfort. Given the recent earthquake that affected the region, visiting Kanazawa now is more meaningful than ever. By traveling to the area and spending money at local businesses, we can all contribute to the region's recovery. I encourage fellow travelers to consider Kanazawa for their next trip - you'll not only experience a beautiful historic city but also help support the community during this crucial time.
