PPengguna TetamuWas given a room with 2 single beds. When I checked with the reception, they said their level 10 was under renovation and that my booking doesn't give me a choice. This is the first time I was told I don't have a choice to the bed configuration.
Rooms are not sound proof. We could hear voices from next room.
Room is spacious by Japanese standard, and location is good, near to Bandai Pier and fashion shopping. We could walk to the train station in 10 minutes.
Enjoyed our stay.

Llai quen WongBest location, which is near to Niigata JR Train station (with lots of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets & convi stores). Room is clean & spacious with affortable price, will conside to stay at the same hotel if return to Niigata again.

PPengguna Tetamu유모토야 료칸은 ,솔직히 이 가격에 이정도 퀄리티를 기대하지는 않았지만 엄청 좋았어요!
현실적인 접근성이 조금은 떨어진 곳 이지만 확실하게 좋은 서비스와 료칸 내에 있는 동선이 완벽한 곳입니다.
아침 조식도 엄청 맛있어요 ! 한국 사람 입맛에 잘 맞는 조식이 나오구.. 대욕탕 시설도 매우 좋았습니다.

昔ながらの旅館ですが、清潔感があり、
とにか**こで働くスタッフさんやご飯の美味しさは最高でした。
また、ピアノの演奏や、ウェルカムドリンクなども無料で大変満足な旅館でした。
また、行きたいなと思える旅館でした。
追伸
朝食は決められた献立ですが、大人用、子ども用に分けてくれています。
子ども用の献立も食べやすかったようでよく食べてました。
ご飯の食べ比べも大変良かったです。

PPengguna TetamuNice hotel withe rooms of various sizes. For me it was spacious enough. Bed was comfortable, would have liked one more cushion.
Room was clean an I liked that i could open the window. It was quite hot in the room because the heater was turned on. Even if i turned it off hot air came out.
Room was clean and had everything i needed. You can also get things at the front desk.
Breakfast was buffetstyle and really very good with a lot of choises, both Japanese, local and western.
Location was very convenient near the train station. About max a 5 minutes walk. Near the hotel there are a lot of places to eat or have a drink. At the station is a shopping mall.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is a short walk from the train station. It was quite a walk to the sightseeing spots so we had to go to the station to catch a loop bus. The hotel was clean and has nice onsen. It's convenient that Dormy Inn provides drinks or even noodles and icecreams. The rooms are not big though.

DDaお風呂も広くて良かったですが、お風呂のカーテンが浴槽から離れていたので下がビチョビチョになったのが残念でした。それとアメニティはイマイチでしたがその他は満足です。

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe hotel was dated, using the physical key system for the room. Amenities were lacking compared to many other hotels. Room heating worked well but the water temperature was unstable. The room was dark even with all lights switched on.

The aircon only had one setting, heat and it made it to be really stuffy in the room.
