PPengguna Tanpa Namanearby station, within 5mins walking. room very clean, everynight got free duck soba(80pax) 1st come 1st serve. free welcome drink and free drinks and snack/ice cream @ 5th floor. would definitely stay again, strongly recommnedation

TTeh Bee FahAmazing location. Just a very short walk from Sendai station and is 2 doors away for another 2 subway line. Hotel is very newly opened so its very clean. The breakfast variety is good and delicious too. For those who are planning to send your luggage to Narita Aiport (maybe its too far), they wont be able to help. Instead they will refer you to the nearest Yamato Transport office to drop off your luggage which is 2 blocks away (5mins). And if you plan to have great breakfast at Sendai Market everyday, the location of this hotel is perfect, its just a 3 minute walk. Overall I enjoyed my stay in Sendai a lot and this hotel played a great part. Thank you

Cch.bWe stay here for two consective years and the main reason is their breakfast buffet which is not a huge line but they had every local famous items to offer, one of the best breakfast with variety of local choices for guest to enjoy with proper menu rotation. Easy access from Sendai station, walking distance to Sendai Station, Bus stop, Aeon supermarket, Montbell shop, lots of nearby local restaurants, family mart and 7-11. coffee capsule machine available at lobby from afternoon time onward.

PPengguna TetamuStayed here for 1 night as a solo traveller on my way to Tokyo as well as to catch a Rakuten Golden Eagles game.
The location was quite good, it's a 3 min walk away from Aobadori JR station, but you can also just walk directly from Sendai Station, it won't take longer than 6 - 7 minutes, although it might be annoying if you have large luggages. There are bus routes nearby to take you to Zuihoden, or you can walk to the subway line nearby to take the Namboku/Tozai lines.
The room was decent, nothing amazing but for a solo traveller it was more than adequate. The lobby was pretty nicely presented with a good amenities bar and check-in/check-out was smooth.

Room and hotel both had nice amenities. But the room could have been a bit cleaner. I noticed during my 4-night-stay, that the room had not been vacuum cleaned once and two times I received a slip of paper by the cleaning staff that the cleaning could not be completed. One time they stated that there still was my stuff on the table and therefore it could not be cleaned. Another time, they did just leave the slip without checking a reason. I was confused both times, since all the things left on the table were the ones the hotel put there. The bathroom should also not only be treated for mold, but should be cleaned more thoroughly in general, since there was still dirt on the walls and cealing, which caused a small number of flies to live in the bathroom.
Some people might also find it hard to fall asleep, since the walls are thin and you can hear the noise from the street as well as the very loud bathroom vent that is on 24/7 and cannot be switched off.
Location of the hotel was easy to find and very central, so that was really nice.

권권형It was a perfect stay. Everything including amenities, services, beds, facilities was awesome. Room is very clean and new, employees are so kind.
Especially, we had left our belongings in the safe, and realized it after we arrived at tokyo. We made a call to this hotel and the manager handled this situation very professionally!
They made a delivery to tokyo, which arrived early in the next morning, so we are now at narita airport without stopping by sendai again!!
Definitely willing to stay here again if I have a chance to visit sendai again. Thank you so much!

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel in Sendai is extremely friendly to international travelers. One of the staff members can speak Chinese, which was incredibly helpful for us. She assisted us with many things during our stay and helped arrange luggage storage before check-in, making everything very smooth and convenient.
The room is also slightly larger compared to many hotels in Japan, which made the stay more comfortable. The location is excellent as well — it is very close to Sendai Station, and there are supermarkets and many shops nearby, making it very convenient.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay and there is really nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Sendai.

PPengguna TetamuClose to JR Sendai station which is connected to 2 malls, Parco & SPal, with lots of food outlets & stores.
15sqm room was small, difficult to fully open suitcases. The bathroom has tight space & the shower tub is too high so need to be careful when stepping in or out & there's no safety rail to hang on to.
The breakfast buffet has roughly same items daily, only minor changes in fruit/vegetable juices & some other items. They provide takeaway boxes for breakfast food to eat in your room or on the trains if you are travelling so that's a big plus.

PPengguna Tetamu地點離仙台車站遠了點，但如果是3-4人住的話直接搭計程車去車站或clis road其實不會比地下鐵的票價貴太多，而且很快就到了。
離馬路近所以隔音稍差，但如果你本身就住慣市區的話並不影響睡眠。其他的都很好，不是問題。
