Хорошие завтраки, удобное расположение по станциям метро, особенно если ездить часто на Nagoya station. Из минусов: отель явно для курящих, так как номер был сильно прокурен, ровно как и иногда встречающийся запах внутри центрального холла ресепшна, хотя я помнится, всегда выбираю опцию ”устранение запаха никотина” и номера для некурящих, так как не переношу никотин. Дышать в номере даже с открытым окном и сменяемым на обдув кондиционером особо было нечем, откуда-то постоянно тянуло курьевом. Светящаяся табличка ровно около окна тоже позабавила, хорошо, что были занавески. Номер не сильно уставший, но и не шибко современный.

Customized key card, with your own name and date of stay. Clean room. They change the trash can and have new bath towels everyday. They also allowed to leave my luggage prior check in for free. Accommodating staff. I was able to borrow an iron. You can also get your toothbrush and night wear in the lobby. There is a common microwave and free ice cube and cup to use. Hotel is near with convenience stores and train station. Walking distance with Mirai Tower as well. I will definitely stay here again, highly recommended!

The hotel has an excellent location in the city center, very close to the subway entrance. The room is well-equipped, and new amenities (including pajamas) are provided daily. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and responsible, assisting me in resolving some travel-related issues — my sincere thanks to them !

The hotel is in a good location, about a 10-minute walk from the nearest subway station. There are also convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which makes it very convenient. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful, making the stay pleasant. The room, bed, and bathroom are a bit small, but this is quite normal in Japan. If two adults are staying together, it may feel slightly crowded. Body wash and shampoo were provided, and they had a nice scent, which was a plus. Overall, it’s a good place to stay with reasonable pricing and good value for money.

Location is superb and pretty safe, even for solo travelers and family with children. The surrounding area of Nishiki at night is lit with busy night life but not so crowded and not so loud, so it's acceptable and fine. Don quijote is only 1 minute away. Ichiran is around 3 minutes away. Subway train exit 1 is only 1 minute away but this exit, stairs only. For elevator exit, go to exit 8 of Sunshine city, it's in the opposite site and only 3-5 minutes away. Oasis 21 is around 8 minutes away. The hotel is old, classic but clean. I will book this hotel again if I plan to come back to Nagoya.

It's really clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful. There's a coin laundry at the 3rd floor as well as vending machines. There are also toiletries provided for free. One can also rent a night wear for free. The limousine bus stop to the airport is across the street. It's also 4-5 mins walk to either Fushimi and Sakae train stations. You can easily walk from the hotel to the heart of Sakae, Nagoya's downtown.

This is an excellent choice to stay in Nagoya. The hotel is just 2 stations away from the Railway Station, the reception works 24 hours a day, and I checked in after 23 PM. There is a sweet and pleasant smell on each floor. While you are walking, it is like eating a cake or an ice cream. Now, they have an eco policy, so they don't turn on air conditioner just in case, and when you arrive, it is not cold. If you want cold, you can turn it however you like. I asked for a green room in advance, and they made it available for me. The breakfast is tasty, but I didn't try the food they advertized because I came almost last minute, and the one dish out of 3 remained were cold noodles. Instead of that, I chose rice with fish, tempura and potato salad. There was a queue in the laundry, but it was OK because it was during Obon. Not far from the Hotel, there are the Castle and parks. This is my second time in this hotel. I enjoyed the stay and recommend it to every tourist visiting Nagoya. Thank you very much!

It is a normal hotel with the standard size of room in Japan (small) at a reasonable price at the time I stayed (Suzuka F1 + Hanami). The bed was not 1'50m as in the description of the room, it was 1'35m, although it iwa sclean, quiet and beds are comfortable, IMO. The room is cleaned once every three days, claiming they do for the environment. As I stayed 3 nights, I didn't get my room cleaned one single day. However, they give you a complete set of new towels everyday, whether you need them or not :/ .

The room is quite spacious. The furnishings felt a bit dated but the housekeeping crew did a nice job of keeping the room very clean. My only complaint was that you cannot turn on the air con during winter time, because the thermostat was locked. Even after we had turned off the heating, it was still hot and stuffy. The window can only be partially opened, so the staff brought us an electric fan. Thumbs up to the staff for their impeccable service. All our requests -- whether it was making a dinner reservation, fixing a leaking faucet or booking a taxi to the bus terminal -- were attended to promptly and competently. The hotel is in a convenient location.There is a 24-hr drug store and a FamilyMart just around the corner. The bus terminal at Oasis 21, Sakae Station(Subway), Sakaemachi Station (Meitetsu Seto Line), Hisaya-odori Park, Mirai Tower and several department stores are only a few blocks away. The drop-off point for the airport limousine is right in front of the hotel, though you have to go to the bus terminal to board the bus bound for the airport.

I'm a local and I stayed this hotel because I had a meeting with my close friend at a restaurant near here. I didn't want to go back home in the midnight by taxi. The location is good enough, close to Chikusa station. You can arrive at the entrance through the underground pass from the station. The facilities are good, but not new, not super excellent. To stay here one or two nights for a business might be fine, but I do not recommend you for tourism. Good enough as a business hotel.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel has an excellent location — right in front of Hisayaodori Subway Station Exit 4, which made getting around extremely convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven just next door, and right behind the hotel is a lively district filled with restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and malls. It connects directly to Oasis and Sakae, so everything is within easy walking distance. I chose a shower-only room since I rarely use a bathtub. The sink being located outside the bathroom was actually a plus for me, as it provided better lighting for makeup. The room also had a large window, which made the space feel more open and comfortable. One of the main reasons I didn’t use the shower much is because the hotel has a really nice public bath. It’s very comfortable, with both indoor and semi-outdoor areas. I absolutely loved this facility — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also collaborates with a luggage courier service that can send your suitcase to a building next to Nagoya Station (not directly inside the station), which is very convenient. I booked a room with breakfast, and although the selection was simple, everything tasted really good. There were real, hearty dishes, soup, some Western options, as well as desserts, coffee, and tea — all complete and very comforting. Some of the menu items also changed daily, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the food overall. The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings, large windows, and very comfortable sofas. The staff were generally helpful, but I did encounter one issue. Aside from 2 staff members (who I believe may have been of Indian descent), the Japanese staff did not speak English. While I understand this can happen, I think having basic English skills would be very helpful, especially since this hotel accommodates many international guests. When I asked about the luggage courier service, I felt like I was being passed around between staff. Another staff member came out to assist, but unfortunately, they also did not speak English and did not attempt to use a translation app. Instead, they tried to explain using pen and paper, which made the situation quite confusing. I felt there was very little effort to communicate clearly, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has great facilities and an unbeatable location. I hope the communication aspect can be improved, as I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!

KKen SooI stayed at Comfort Inn Nagoya Sakae for 2 nights, during my trip and overall had a good experience. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to Sakae station, shopping areas, and many restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, Like most business hotels in Japan, the room size is a bit small, but it was still manageable for two people with luggage. The staff were polite and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The hotel also felt quiet and safe at night, which made the stay more comfortable. Overall, it is a good value hotel with a great location in Nagoya. I would recommend it for travelers who want a clean and convenient place to stay in the Sakae area.

ONLY downside is that this location is further away from the actual shopping district which is abt 2km (21min walk away) best travelled with bus .... But for my day trip to shirakwago which required us to meet at the train station - it was perfect. Another thing to note due to my earlier remark is that there are no gyms within reasonable (10min) walking distance nearby..... Mostly within the shopping district

Thoughtful Amenities The welcome ice cream for my sons was a delightful surprise. It was a thoughtful gesture that made them feel special and added to our overall positive experience. Duty Manager Mr. Andei Ho One standout moment of our visit was when Mr. Andei Ho, the Duty Manager, came to assist us during one of our evenings at the hotel. Being a Hongkonger himself, he made us feel right at home. When we returned from a day out and needed to store some belongings at the concierge, Mr. Andei approached us and warmly communicated in Cantonese. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly made us feel welcomed. Proactive Assistance After our check-out, Mr. Andei noticed us trying to call an Uber in the lobby and proactively offered to help by calling a taxi instead. Given that we had too much luggage, he went above and beyond by marking the pick-up and drop-off locations for us at the Airport Express Station, ensuring a smooth departure. One day, he saw us waiting outside for a taxi and proactively asked a colleague to come over and see if we needed help calling a taxi. Housekeeping I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. They kept our room impeccably clean and tidy throughout our stay, greatly contributing to our comfort. Summary In summary, my experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding service from Mr. Andei Ho and the entire staff, including the diligent housekeeping team. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future!

The location is excellent—close to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore Nagoya. The staff were polite, friendly, and accommodating, providing smooth check-in and helpful assistance whenever needed. The room was clean, well-maintained, and housekeeping did a great job keeping it tidy every day. Breakfast was satisfying with a good selection, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and relaxing. Great value for money and highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

LLAY HUABreakfast only 3 fix selections & have to inform them the night before to collect the voucher & decide on the option. Amenities can be collected beside the reception before going to the room. About 10 minutes walk to Sakea mrt station. There is airport transfer bus service to and fro near sakae station & bus terminal. There are 7 eleven & family mart nearby & 24 hrs Yilan ramen restaurant right outside the hotel. Some noise pollution cause is near the road & night entertainment place. Overall, the place is nice & cozy.

VVinnie_OngRoom price includes breakfast, while the options are limited, the taste and quality is good. Love the curry and it's soft scrambled egg. Room size I booked is typical Japanese business hotel size, which is compact. Location is like 5-10 mins to Nagoya station, 5 mins to Aeon Mall, and 15 mins to Toyota Commemorative Museum (all in walking distance). Also they have supplementary coffee and soft drinks throughout the day at the breakfast hall until 11pm. You can heat up your food as there is a microwave there. A good hangout place with friends for night snack before hitting the bed.
