PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is built in 2022 so everything is new. Staff speaks good English. Excellent location with the Omicho Market and the Main Street just minutes away. But those looking for early morning breakfast will be disappointed. The best you can get at 7.30am is the Starbucks about 10 min away.

RR ToroBrilliant boutique hotel with truly kind and amazing staff.  Only 15 rooms but the staff truly outsize the hotel in terms of what would wow me.  They really make you feel very comfortable and safe.  Great location to visit Kenrokuen!

PPengguna TetamuThe location is great it’s easy to walk to any places. The bed is comfortable, but the arrangement of the room is quite crammed so it’s hard to open the suitcase and walk around without being tripped. The hotel staff is friendly but they don’t seem to be able to resolve any issues. For example, the corridor outside our room has a strong bbq smell, and it’s even passing into our room. I called the front desk, they only shrugged and said that it’s because of the bbq store next to the building and the ventilation system so there’s nothing they can do. I mean… I know there’s nothing you can do, but you can at least apologize and try to do some amendments. Oh well. Also, refrain from using the public bath here. This hotel accommodate big tourism group. Most of the tourists do not know the etiquette of bathing in Japan. Some people don’t wash themselves before going into the bath so the water is quite dirty and you might get sprayed on when walking past people showering. It’s overall an uncomfortable experience.

WWAKKANA1Hotel ini menawarkan nilai yang sangat baik untuk wang dan terletak dengan sangat strategik betul-betul di sebelah Stesen Kanazawa. Mudah untuk menerokai bandar atau menaiki bas jarak jauh. Walaupun hotel ini agak lama, ia telah diubah suai; satu-satunya isu ialah bilik mandi, yang belum diubah suai, tetapi ia bersih. Kakitangan hotel sangat profesional dan penuh perhatian, yang sangat baik. Sarapan pagi juga sedap.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaStayed here for 4 nights to visit Kanazawa, Fukui and Toyama. Room is small but sufficient for 2 people. The toilet seems newly fabricated/ installed so it feels newer than the room. The room is stuffy in the winter because theres only a slow wind/ hot room option for the AC. There are microwave ovens, drinks vending & ice machines located on various floors. Even though the hotel is located near the JR Kanazawa station, it is very quiet at night. My favourite part about the hotel is the proximity to Kanazawa station, just 7 mins walk! Perfect for those using the Shinkansen. Opposite the hotel (1mins) is Forus & 100bangi mall with many shopping, eating & omiyage choices there. Omicho market is about 20mins walk, perfect for a fresh bowl of kaisendon!

CChan, Man LeiI booked a double bed room, but they gave me a two beds room which they can allow me to pay extra to upgrade another room type if I want to have a double bed for three days, the staff is nice, just the arrangement is not so great experience, but the location is great, right next to the train station

PPengguna TetamuThis place is just a 5-6 minute walk to Kanazawa jr station and the bus terminal. The location is fantastic. There is all the amenities you need like coin laundry, and ice machine. The staff are wonderful and helped me to correctly fill out the forms to mail a package to my teacher staying in japan. This is my second stay with the hotel franchise in kanazawa- i stayed in their other hotel more in the town centre previously. They both smelled amazing. I don’t know what they use, but they have a specific scent that they make for their hotels. Apparently Kanazawa also has a tradition of incense and so they’ve incorporated a signature scent based on it. I wish I could buy it tbh- so Koko staff- if you see this, please make it an item you sell! The rooms are a good size, for Japan, and the bathtub in the room is MASSIVE. Sadly I dont have photos as I forgot to take them. They have a lovely outdoor on the top floor as well, where you can sip a drink and enjoy the view which i do have photos of.

PPengguna TetamuWe originally got a room that was smoky probably due to previous guests but the housekeeping did not do a good job of getting rid of the smokiness (take note the hotel is supposed to be non smoking I think). We called the reception who proceeds to change our room to another floor and they made sure this time there's no ciggarette smell. That wasted a bit of our time but a good gesture to change our room. House keeping needs to make sure to check room properly especially for those with families. Son had a bit of a coughing fit when he entered the room due to the smoke. Location was strategic and they provide free parking in the mall parking.
