DDeb_ypcThe owner is very warm & welcoming, she also recommended place to visit in Shirarahama during check in. Its located between 2 bus stops, make it easy to travel to the major tourist spots. Its about 5mins walk to the beach. The room is spacious & clean. There is a lot of eateries near the hotel. Will definitely recommend this place if visiting Shirarahama.

WWinnie WM今次租住了白濱這家溫泉酒店，個人覺得非常值得，房間新淨，有獨立浴室和私人風呂，入住時職員有提出可到lounge飲嘢，攞小禮物同梳洗用具，我倆即刻去嘆咗兩杯生啤，這安排非常貼心。晚餐可安排6點或7點開始，食材非常豐富, 鮑魚好鮮味，熊野和牛都好好味。每次上餐職員都有講解，雖然溝通有困難，但佢地都好盡心用Google translate翻譯比我地。服務真是無得頂。
我原先買咗梅酒打算喺房間喝，正擔心怎樣問他們攞冰塊，點知一入房就有一大個食用冰冰桶放置喺櫃面，即時覺得酒店真係好貼心啊！
第二朝早餐可以揀9點開始，因我倆打算起身再浸一次溫泉，早餐同樣豐富，食到要攬住個肚上房。
總括嚟講這次體驗好好，好值得推介啊！

PPengguna TetamuGrateful for the nice and helpful lady at the reception. Facilities are great (Onsen of course), a decent room to stay in and they even offer you amenities to enjoy tea there. Also, thankful to the hotel that offered me a ride to the train station so that I don't have to worry about getting on a bus with my heavy luggage. Thank you for such a pleasant hotel experience you have offered me, hotel staff team!

PPengguna Tetamu다른 저렴한 호텔을 이용할까 고민했는데 산라쿠조 호텔의 창가에 욕조있는 방을 예약한건 최고의 선택이었습니다. 방에 욕조가 있으니 공용 온천은 굳이 이용 안해도 됐어요. 궁금해서 사용해 봤는데 물의 차이도 별로 못 느꼈습니다. 창가에서 바로 바다가 보이는 게 정말 아릅답고 이쪽 방면의 뷰가 디른 호텔보다 정말 좋습니다. 바다가 바로 앞이구요. 6층이었는데 리모델링하여 매우 깨끗했고 방이 정말 넓었습니다. 배드가 두개인데 하나에 둘이 자도 사실 충분 했어요. 그리고 아침식사 추가한 거 정말 신의 한 수 입니다. 조식 포함으로 예약하세요 꼭! 유카타도 있어서 정말 좋았어요. 그리고 무료 셔틀이 있습니다. 호텔까지 올 때는 저녁이라 이용 못했는데, 체크아웃 후 역까지 갈때 이용했고 리셉션에서 예약해야 합니다. 800엔을 아낄 수 있었고 편리했어요.

● The hotel offers two types of yukata, and for one of them, you can choose your preferred pattern.
● The hotel provides complimentary limited-time plum juice, snacks, and ramen.
● The hotel offers two types of private onsen services for free. There isn't much difference between them, just the size and shape of the tubs. Each session is 40 minutes, and you can book multiple times on a first-come, first-served basis.
● Besides the private onsens, the hotel also has mixed-gender onsens (with provided bathing attire), a men's onsen, and a women's onsen.
● Kaiseiki meals normal only.

PPengguna TetamuGreat place to stay. We liked the on-property Onsen, bakery, and common kitchen space. We did not have a dog but enjoyed that it was dog friendly. We took the short walk to the beach and visited restaurants, shops, and nature views on foot also. We took the bus to Adventure World and saw some great animal shows.

PPengguna TetamuComfy bed, large and clean room. Have common areas like shared kitchen at the residence. The residence is located next to the main block of the hotel. You have to walk outside for ~2min to travel to the main block if you would like to enjoy the hot spring / play at the game room / exchange for new towels. Hot spring is nice, with indoor and outdoor areas. The outdoor one is with stunning sea view. There are snooker, table tennis, and other games in the game room for all guests.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed in a room on the 2nd floor, with breakfast. Breakfast was basic.
The room was small, luckily we didn't have much luggage, in general it was clean. There's no bathroom/shower in the room, which we knew when we booked, but didn't expect there's no toilet or even a sink in the room. There aren't that many toilet on each floor and you do have to walk a fair bit, so if you or your family need to use the toilet at night then you should have second thought.
The osen area is clean but not too big, and it was crowded when I went, so if you like some privacy then will need to either go very early or very late at night.

GGeraldLim1Beautiful Ryokan! The room I stayed in had tatami floors and western beds. The doors slide instead of open outwards like they usually do. Toilets are relatively small, but the shower had great water pressure and temperature! However we did not shower much because.. We showered at the Onsen instead since we were there to spend time! The Onsen is tattoo-friendly as confirmed by the check in staff, and the water really had skin smoothing effects. Yukatas are available at lobby area for all guests, and level two has a restaurant with microwave and ice machine outside for your konbini meals. No view from the room, but that's fine cos the Onsen itself was worth a visit. Steep short hill up to the lobby, but if you drive then that's fine. Free to use outdoor BBQ area, but didn't have the chance to. Rooms were comfy, sleep was good with minimal disturbance. Side note: my underwear got stolen at the onsen and I never managed to find it back again but that's fine cos it was worth the Onsen experience. Stayed two nights here, no regrets, would totally do it again! Oh and Onsen area has got numbered lockers to store your belongings but not your undies!
