We had an amazing stay at Bakery Hotel Shirahama. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained, and every corner felt cozy and welcoming. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to everything we needed, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. You can really feel the Japanese hospitality here. The amenities were well prepared and thoughtfully provided, making our stay very comfortable. And of course, the bakery theme is such a lovely touch everything felt warm, cute, and unique. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for a trip with friends!

We had a lovely 6-day stay at Shiraraso Grand Hotel with breakfast and dinner included. What stood out most was the personal touch in everything—something you rarely find in chain hotels. Every staff member works well as a team to ensure guests are comfortable, and we appreciated that throughout our stay. Our room was meticulously cleaned each day. The view was spectulae. We had good sleep because of the comfortable beds and pillow. The hot bath was a nice bonus, and we also enjoyed the free wine events. The buffet breakfast and dinner were genuinely impressive. Over six nights, the chef prepared nearly 10 courses each evening with almost no repetition. We truly appreciated the variety and effort. They accommodated our special request of replacing the sashimi dishes to cooked food. A special thank you to Mr. T. FUKUSHIMA. Due to my own mistake, I had booked a room with futon beds that we wouldn't have been able to use. He arranged a room upgrade for us (with a reasonable fee) and looked after us during our entire trip. His kindness and helpfulness made a real difference. Also, thank you to Miss S. OZAWA, who helped us with a few personal requests to ensure we enjoyed our stay. All the staff were polite and helpful throughout. We left feeling very well taken care of.

Room is clean:) Staffs are very polite and friendly Breakfast is good but I think in previous was better. But well in overall happy to stay here Thank you :)

This is a very nice ryokan that you feel relax and clean. ● The hotel offers two types of yukata, and for one of them, you can choose your preferred pattern. ● The hotel provides complimentary limited-time plum juice, snacks, and ramen. ● The hotel offers two types of private onsen services for free. There isn't much difference between them, just the size and shape of the tubs. Each session is 40 minutes, and you can book multiple times on a first-come, first-served basis. ● Besides the private onsens, the hotel also has mixed-gender onsens (with provided bathing attire), a men's onsen, and a women's onsen. ● Kaiseiki meals normal only.

Location ok got bus stand in front of the hotel , staff friendly , room clean... only the onsen wanna pay for 150 yen per day....onsen there have a lot of shampoo n conditioner to choose...this is the photo

食事。海鮮丼がおすすめ。身がデカくて種類も多い、酢飯も多くて、かき揚げもうまい。 部屋。別館はお得。広くてコンセントも多くてエアコン二個付きで快適。ソファーもデカくて気持ち良い。 お風呂。温泉が濃い感じがします。皮膚自体が良くなるわけでは無いですが、表面スベスベです。

We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Villa Shirahama. The house was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the private onsen, which we all truly enjoyed — it was relaxing and perfect after a long day of traveling. The house is fully equipped with plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils, making it feel like a ready-to-move-in home. You can easily cook your own meals with your own ingredients, which is very convenient and comfortable, especially for group stays. The surrounding area is quiet, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing vacation. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, privacy, and a calm getaway.

We stayed in a room on the 2nd floor, with breakfast. Breakfast was basic. The room was small, luckily we didn't have much luggage, in general it was clean. There's no bathroom/shower in the room, which we knew when we booked, but didn't expect there's no toilet or even a sink in the room. There aren't that many toilet on each floor and you do have to walk a fair bit, so if you or your family need to use the toilet at night then you should have second thought. The osen area is clean but not too big, and it was crowded when I went, so if you like some privacy then will need to either go very early or very late at night.
