PPengguna TetamuWe had a lovely 6-day stay at Shiraraso Grand Hotel with breakfast and dinner included. What stood out most was the personal touch in everything—something you rarely find in chain hotels. Every staff member works well as a team to ensure guests are comfortable, and we appreciated that throughout our stay.
Our room was meticulously cleaned each day. The view was spectulae. We had good sleep because of the comfortable beds and pillow. The hot bath was a nice bonus, and we also enjoyed the free wine events.
The buffet breakfast and dinner were genuinely impressive. Over six nights, the chef prepared nearly 10 courses each evening with almost no repetition. We truly appreciated the variety and effort. They accommodated our special request of replacing the sashimi dishes to cooked food.
A special thank you to Mr. T. FUKUSHIMA. Due to my own mistake, I had booked a room with futon beds that we wouldn't have been able to use. He arranged a room upgrade for us (with a reasonable fee) and looked after us during our entire trip. His kindness and helpfulness made a real difference.
Also, thank you to Miss S. OZAWA, who helped us with a few personal requests to ensure we enjoyed our stay.
All the staff were polite and helpful throughout. We left feeling very well taken care of.

PPengguna TetamuFantastic hotel. The entire stay was amazing. The hot springs and well maintained with so many options to choose from. In the evenings they have free beverages as well as late night ramen after dinner which is nice. But the lines can get a bit crowded. Not a deal breaker. Staff is super friendly and some of them speak English pretty well or use translate tools. They also have laundry machines to run a cycle as neede

PPengguna TetamuGreat place to stay. We liked the on-property Onsen, bakery, and common kitchen space. We did not have a dog but enjoyed that it was dog friendly. We took the short walk to the beach and visited restaurants, shops, and nature views on foot also. We took the bus to Adventure World and saw some great animal shows.

ЮЮрий555Grampus Shirahama A modest hotel right near the ocean. The room was clean, but the air conditioning was all dirty. I wouldn’t want to stay here in summer. The breakfast was nearly the same as in every other hotel in Japan, though the grilled fish was a bit stale. The dining room has a wonderful view over the ocean. The staff almost didn’t speak English but tried to help anyways. Plus: the hotel has its own onsen. Minus: no bathroom in the rooms, only toilets on the floor, no shower.

PPengguna Tetamu今回旦那の誕生日旅行として、渚2号棟を利用させていただきました。
まず、チェックイン・チェックアウトする場所が車で5分でいける場所で、早起きをする必要がなくてよかったです。
BBQを利用する際は前日までに申し込まなければいけないということを知らず（利用詳細を見ておらず）、チェックインの際にスタッフの方に聞きました。どうにかしてBBQをしたかったため、無理にお願いすると快く了承して下さいました。BBQも準備片付けしてくれる形で、無理言ってでも利用できて良かったと思いました。とれとれ市場に行くのも車で10分、徒歩圏内にはコンビニ、薬局もあったためロケーションはとても良かったです。ただ、リビングやBBQをする場所、お風呂が少しだけ写真と違い、イメージしてたのとは違ったです。
それ以外はとても良かったです。ありがとうございました。

GGeraldLim1Beautiful Ryokan! The room I stayed in had tatami floors and western beds. The doors slide instead of open outwards like they usually do. Toilets are relatively small, but the shower had great water pressure and temperature! However we did not shower much because.. We showered at the Onsen instead since we were there to spend time! The Onsen is tattoo-friendly as confirmed by the check in staff, and the water really had skin smoothing effects. Yukatas are available at lobby area for all guests, and level two has a restaurant with microwave and ice machine outside for your konbini meals. No view from the room, but that's fine cos the Onsen itself was worth a visit. Steep short hill up to the lobby, but if you drive then that's fine. Free to use outdoor BBQ area, but didn't have the chance to. Rooms were comfy, sleep was good with minimal disturbance. Side note: my underwear got stolen at the onsen and I never managed to find it back again but that's fine cos it was worth the Onsen experience. Stayed two nights here, no regrets, would totally do it again! Oh and Onsen area has got numbered lockers to store your belongings but not your undies!
