MMike MnshStaying at Hotel Indigo Nagasaki Glover Street was a highlight of our trip to Nagasaki. The hotel is beautifully designed with a distinct British colonial character that fits perfectly into the historic Glover Garden neighbourhood — stepping outside, you’re just moments from Oura Cathedral and some of Nagasaki’s most iconic sights.
The rooms are immaculate, stylishly appointed, and the bathrobes were a lovely touch after a day of sightseeing.
Breakfast at Restaurant Cathedréclat — set inside what feels like a converted chapel — was a real experience in itself, with a tasty Japanese option that was genuinely delicious.
The staff deserve a special mention: attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. Service was flawless from check-in to check-out.
The only minor thing I’d flag — and it really is minor — is that the pillows are on the thin and soft side, which might not suit everyone who prefers a bit more support. A firmer pillow option would make this hotel absolutely perfect.

TTatiana VybornovaThe location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic! It’s on a quiet pedestrian street just two minutes from Chinatown, and there are tons of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff is very supportive. The only downside? The elevators are slow - be prepared to wait a while.

There is a small but nice onsen on the 11th floor as well as a reading room containing a huge collection of mangas and even free ice cream! The hotel is located close to the train station and the tourist attractions can be reached by tram.

DDominic Leong YSHotel located right at the city centre next to a covered shopping *****. Surrounded by good restaurants around. Room is good enough for 2 person and complete with everything a traveller needs. Free coffee machine at reception area for morning coffee if one doesn’t want to drink coffee in the room. Highly recommended

EEthan Dun KapLocation-wise, the hotel is conveniently right in front of the Ohato Station of the Nagasaki tramway system, and is a very walkable distance away from many attractions including Dejimamachi, Nagasaki Shinchi Chinatown, and the Nagasaki Seaside Park. The cleanliness of the room and hallways was excellent and the front desk receptionists were kind and welcoming. The coin laundry room has 4 washing machines and 4 dryers (as of Sept 2025; do note that the coin laundry room feels like a free sauna when at least 4 machines are running), the wifi for guests worked consistently, and the smoke-free policy meant that no areas smelled of smoke. The air conditioning for the rooms was sufficiently cool, the lighting control and mini alarm clock by the bed worked well, and overall the room felt very cozy and comfortable to stay in. Because the single room has a relatively narrow entrance walkway, try to avoid bringing multiple pieces of large luggage as there may not be space to open them at the same time. I greatly enjoyed my stay here (especially it being my first solo trip), and would book it again if returning to Nagasaki in the future.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is clean, checked on was fast. Room was spacious and has many USB ports for charging Ur handphone all round the room so no need for adapter.
Parking was limited but there are public parking near the hotel and a family mart opposite the hotel with a 5 mins walk.
Breakfast is good but limited course.
Overall stay was good n happy.

TtravelforleisureLocation is great. Breakfast buffet spread were amazingly delicious and good. Love the indoor onsen spa full facilities. Quiet and nice environment except the room is a little dusty and bathroom sink has a bit of Urine smell. Good stay and will consider staying here again for the amazing breakfast spread and onsen spa. Hotel is generous to supply complimentary laundry washer at no charge. Dryer is affordable at 100yen for 30mins spin. Very generous and considerate for hotel guests. Complimentary supper Ramen and ice cream. Well done and staffs were friendly and helpful .

DDONG YEON후쿠오카에 있는 3성급호텔과는 비교도 안되게 좋아요. 넓고, 청결합니다. 짐 보관 되고요. 트램까지 도보로 5분거리이며 호텔 옆은 차이나타운+ 번화가 있어서 도보로 밤에 나가기 좋습니다

PPengguna Tetamu環境が良く静か、駅からの位置も良く利便性良い。ホテルの皆様、優しく、丁寧でした。朝食も美味しく頂きました。カステラ巻きが付いていて、長崎感ありました。長崎で、泊まるなら、次もここにします。
