PPengguna TetamuThis was my second time staying here. Everything was good and met my expectations as a five star hotel. There was one thing they needed to improve - communication. When I checked in, they said that I could use the gym and have a shower for free. I asked the sauna staff the same thing to make sure when I had a sauna, and received the same information. However, when I went to the gym, they asked me to pay for the shower. I can have a shower in our room. I have no problem with that. But they made me feel embarrassed. Just give the right information to customers. Please tell them that using a gym is free but there is no free shower facility. It's simple and not that difficult.

PPengguna TetamuStayed in this hotel for the Coldplay concert over at Goyang Stadium, which is literally 10mins walk away. I got the large/small twin bed. Mattress was super comfy. Room was good size with a lounge seat area. I even got a computer in the room that you can use. Was a Bath/walk in shower, however this bath is the like the size of the jacuzzi square shaped ones. My only fault here would be the towels they had. I had to go out and get my own - for the ladies, you may understand. Otherwise, lots of food spots, 2 minutes from train station, really cant go wrong.

PPengguna TetamuStayed in delux room for 5 nights, it’s good and clean, great location for me, for others, depends on where they need to be, but a station to go to Seoul is a few minutes away, 2 big shopping malls and good restaurants around is a big bonus.
But! I’d be really grateful if stuff let me know that I can have kitchenware for extra few dollars a day (10,000 won), found out on my last night because I did not even have a spoon in the room to eat an yoghurt, while having stolve, washing machine etc, and I was told it’s too late, tomorrow I can get what I need. While my check out was the morning after.

SsushimohanWhilst the cleanliness of the room and especially the toilet was good considering the type of hotel it is, my biggest issue was the sockets.
I understand that Korea uses a different type of socket. I had my travel adapters handy. But the sockets were so old that
1) my adapter couldn't be plugged in tightly. So it was always loose and sometimes would even fall off.
2) it was super slow charging!
They had provided a cable with multiple chargers that was attached to an electrical supply. But the typeC wouldn't work. That cable was useless.
With the one socket that would actually charge at a decent pace, I had to interchange over the night amongst my 2 handphones, power bank and WiFi router.

1.location, a little bit difficult to find because there is no sign of the hotel and the name is different. The name of the hotel on Trip.com should be the name of the hotel. It is a ”Grand Motel” and we couldn't find the entrance easily. The local people were kind and tried to help us find the entrance. Ohhh. The hotel is inside the building and the hotel is on the 10th floor only.
2. The cleanliness was good. The reception was friendly and helpful. He supported us everything.
3. The facilities were good. This is Korea, the land of beauty. The hotel cares about the beauty, there were facilities for beauty in the room.
4. It is near bus stops and subway. It was really convenient for us.
5. There were some great restaurants there. We stayed there for 6 nights but we went to a BBQ restaurant 3 times, the owners were super kind to us and served good service with a smile everyday. Lovely restaurant.
6. There were some super markets where I could find fresh fruit, vegetables, coffee, bakery and also convenient shops everywhere.
7. Even at nignt, the vibes were safe
The location of the hotel is great but the entrance was difficult to find at the first time.

TThinidaเกือบดีแล้ว แต่ชักโครกเหมือนไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด มีคราบอุจจาระ อยู่ขอบชักโครก ผ้าเช็ดตัวเปื้อนมากๆ ห้องไม่เก็บเสียงเท่าไหร่แ่ปกติของที่พักในเกาหลี โดยรวมถือว่าดีถ้าไม่เจอคราบชักโครก ห้องตรงปกติกว้างขวาง

酒店前台都是一家人，年輕的可以說英語，前台還有兩隻懶羊羊的開門貓
樓下就是地鐵3號線大化底站，去首爾購物地鐵換車過去大概40分鐘
酒店周邊有餐館，有liveyong專賣店，還有seveneleven，水果店
