Hotel berhampiran Tanhyeon-dong, Goyang-si

WWe chose this hotel for a quiet, relaxing stay and were impressed by its location in an upscale neighbourhood surrounded by lovely cafes and restaurants. Transport was easy—with the GTX-A line nearby, you’re in Seoul before you know it. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained, with several great dining options on-site. Unfortunately, the experience was affected by a significant issue. The air-conditioning didn’t work throughout our stay, and despite informing the front desk, we were advised to open the windows instead. With the low air quality, this quickly led to sinus congestion and hay fever for our family—definitely not ideal before a flight. On top of that, nearby construction made it hard to rest with the windows open, and our request for a room change was declined. Had this issue been handled better, it would have been a perfect stay. The location and amenities are excellent, but customer service and maintenance need improvement.

Good hotel near bus stops and parks, easy acess I. GOYANG, cleaning need to ask basic amenities wifi desk had good stay.. asked fir early checkin with full pay.

We would like to attend the exhibition at Kintex 1.location, a little bit difficult to find because there is no sign of the hotel and the name is different. The name of the hotel on Trip.com should be the name of the hotel. It is a ”Grand Motel” and we couldn't find the entrance easily. The local people were kind and tried to help us find the entrance. Ohhh. The hotel is inside the building and the hotel is on the 10th floor only. 2. The cleanliness was good. The reception was friendly and helpful. He supported us everything. 3. The facilities were good. This is Korea, the land of beauty. The hotel cares about the beauty, there were facilities for beauty in the room. 4. It is near bus stops and subway. It was really convenient for us. 5. There were some great restaurants there. We stayed there for 6 nights but we went to a BBQ restaurant 3 times, the owners were super kind to us and served good service with a smile everyday. Lovely restaurant. 6. There were some super markets where I could find fresh fruit, vegetables, coffee, bakery and also convenient shops everywhere. 7. Even at nignt, the vibes were safe The location of the hotel is great but the entrance was difficult to find at the first time.

Great for a short stay seeing a concert at Goyang Stadium. Short walking distance to the stadium. There’re convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Simple room. Sufficient basic amenities. Generally clean, but the floor felt a bit sticky.

The hotel room was spacious and clean, the lobby had an amazing scent, service was professional and attentive. Would 100% recommend

  Nothing Fancy but comfortable and convenient.  Resonable  price for  roomy and clean room.   I wil stay this Hotel again If i visit Korea again. 

1、飯店地理位置佳，離一山東部警察局公車站很近，交通方便 2、對面有24小時營業的超市，附近也有多家便利商店 3、房間安靜，幾乎聽不到其他房客的聲音 4、櫃檯人員服務親切，詢問問題皆能獲得協助

hotel was near daehwa station exit 5, had many food stores that were open till late and convenience stores nearby. Good location if you are attending a concert in goyang stadium, around 5-15 mins walk (depending on entry gate). Room is spacious and all basic amenities were provided, bottled water is given everyday. pretty clean except that furnitures are pretty old, can hear noise from the corridor and no peephole. Had the experience of a stranger banging and pressing the room doorbell and had to open the door to inform them that they were at the wrong room. Receptionist does not understand much english but is friendly and will use hand gestures or still try to understand your needs.

เกือบดีแล้ว แต่ชักโครกเหมือนไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด มีคราบอุจจาระ อยู่ขอบชักโครก ผ้าเช็ดตัวเปื้อนมากๆ ห้องไม่เก็บเสียงเท่าไหร่แ่ปกติของที่พักในเกาหลี โดยรวมถือว่าดีถ้าไม่เจอคราบชักโครก ห้องตรงปกติกว้างขวาง

酒店離KINTEX展館500米左右，走過去最多10分鐘 酒店前台都是一家人，年輕的可以說英語，前台還有兩隻懶羊羊的開門貓 樓下就是地鐵3號線大化底站，去首爾購物地鐵換車過去大概40分鐘 酒店周邊有餐館，有liveyong專賣店，還有seveneleven，水果店 走10分鐘有樂天超市
