"I’d like to express my gratitude for the wonderful hospitality I received from check-in through to after check-out. As for the room, if I had to mention one thing, I would have appreciated having a refrigerator, but other than that, there were no issues. Please note that while you can use the washing machine provided in the hotel, there is no dryer, so you’ll need to hang your laundry out to dry. It was a huge help that I was able to leave my luggage there after check-out, and that you arranged a shared taxi to take me to Luang Prabang Station."

"Good location and good breakfast. However, guests are not allowed to wear shoes inside the hotel, which didn’t make much sense as the floor in our room was dirty — my shoes were honestly cleaner than the floor. We also rented a scooter from the hotel, but it was given to us with an empty tank. Since it was Lao New Year, we visited around five petrol stations and found them either closed or out of fuel. One place offered petrol at 160,000 kip, which we refused since the scooter rental itself was only 190,000 kip. We decided to return the scooter, but about 1.4 km before reaching the hotel, it ran out of fuel completely. Fortunately, a kind local shop owner helped us by selling petrol in a beer bottle, which allowed us to make it back. We were quite disappointed that the scooter was provided with an empty tank during a holiday period, without any warning that petrol would be difficult to find. The hotel only refunded 120,000 kip, and overall it was not a pleasant experience. If you rent a scooter here, make sure it comes with a full tank or confirm fuel availability in advance."

"The accommodation was very nice and comfortable. It had all the essential amenities, so I didn’t need to bring many things with me. The location was also great, close to many tourist attractions and convenient for traveling around. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again."

"This is a perfect little location for budget travelers. The shower is hot (not great water pressure) there are multiple wifi routers (wifi seems to work 95% of the time). The rooms and surroundings are clean. The bed is hard (not my preference) and the wall plugs to charge phones needs to be replaced"

"Nava Luang Prabang, located 900 m. from Luang Prabang Night Market on Kham Khong Road - Mekong waterfront read, was a small lovely hotel with 15 clean accommodating rooms. Its rooms had relatively oversized beds with relatively firm mattresses and fully equipped amenities. 2 complimentary bottles of drinking water were provided in each rooms with also complimentary replenishment once requested. Due to its special policy, there was no TV set in all of its rooms. Its bathrooms were in the right size with quality bathroom fixtures and real hot (not warm) water. It had a receptionist standing by 24-7 at its welcome lobby. All of them were friendly and attentive. With its present room rates, its overall quality was beyond expectations."

"Good size of room, clean and comfortable. The room comes with the river view, very peaceful area not too crowded with many tourists but very close to all of main attractions by foot. Friendly and helpful staff. Only one thing I don't like about this place is you have to walk for few mins to the breakfast place, and the breakfast quality and choice is very poor, but what could you ask for more with this price right? Overall I am very satisfied with this stay"

"We loved Luang Prabang and we loved our stay at Jingland Palace! We were two families with kids and everybody at the hotel made anything to let us feel comfortable and pampered. The kids loved the swimming pool. The breakfast was deliciuos and they prepared freshly brewed cappuccino for us Italians even if cappuccino was not included in the rich buffet. The building is beautiful and full of an ancient feel of elegance, both outside and inside the rooms. On the second day my husband and son asked to change their room with a better view one and were given a bigger one for the same price. But what made our stay just unforgettable has been the kind and attentive precence of Mr Phan, the manager. He was there everytime we needed something and foresaw any needs we may have. He was really helpful and patient even before we got there, as we were trying to organise some nice activities for kids in Luang Prabang and he provided loads of suggestions, quotes, arrangements and everything we may have needed. Thank you so much Mr Phan, we will always remember Luang Prabang also due to you!"

"The place is well maintained and the cleanliness is impeccable. You are to remove your shoes when entering the premise and you can tell the place is spotless. Amazing view from the shared patio. Host is friendly and helpful. Walking distance to everywhere. Lots of eateries and night market is just three blocks away. Breakfast is simple but for the price, it is definitely satisfactory. Will definitely recommend to those who are visiting Luang Prabang."
