The reception can be added on WhatsApp and they’re very accommodating and nice. They offer water sport and activities at the reception too. I got the best private boat sailing for reasonable price as well as island hopping.
The garden villa is surrounded by plants and green. Very beautiful but a bit exposed to the people-passing by. The sea is viewed from the side window not the big one.
Three options for breakfast. Very simple but nice. Unlimited coffee and tea.
The only downside for me, the curtains are not blackout. They’re also short for the windows so the light comes in in the morning.

The best service we have ever experienced! The Ferra Hotel is very centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the water sports activities on White Beach. The facilities and amenities are very good for the price range. But there is one reason in particular why I can highly recommend this hotel: the friendly staff and outstanding service! We travel extensively in Asia and Europe and are accustomed to different hotel categories. But even compared to our experiences in significantly more expensive and exclusive hotels, the service at Ferra Garden is outstanding. From all the staff at the reception desk to the service staff at the bar or in the restaurant to the cleaning staff, everyone at this hotel is more than friendly and courteous. It is never fake or over the top, but always authentic. Every chance glance leads to a beaming smile, and every conversation shows genuine interest and helpfulness. As we sit in the next hotel restaurant and look back on the incomparable service, I realize that I now find the way of communicating in most hotels even more unpleasant because it feels somewhat submissive. This review may seem exaggerated, but I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for that experience and the management for this incomparable corporate culture.

This resort is absolutely beautiful! The private beach and the various swimming pool areas are lovely to recharge at. The gym is well equipped and the breakfast buffet is well worth going for. It is also situated not too far away from the main Boracay centre, just a 10 min tuk tuk journey. All the staff were incredibly helpful and respectful towards us during our 2 week stay. The room was spacious and well functioning with a large smart TV and a nicely designed bathroom. I would definitely recommend coming here!

1. 我是和朋友旅遊過去了，他們在攜程上看到評分不錯，就訂了，本來覺得不安全，就附近簡單轉轉，看看海灘，遊游泳。 結果到了以後發現他們的酒店經理維迪是中國人，三言兩語下來，大家閑聊起來，就熟絡了，他們幫我們推薦了幾個玩的地方，讓先找當地旅行社的經理TOM就行了。 我們白天出去轉轉，晚上買些食材回來，酒店經理維迪會安排服務員幫我們做一些，我們會給廚師一些小費，如果吃膩了，也可以點外賣，他們酒店也開了兩個中餐館，可以點餃子，中國菜，畢竟，在異國他鄉，吃到可口的中餐很難。 維迪經理還免費提供啤酒，白酒（在國外很難有白酒），我們就熱情邀請他們一起喝酒聊天。這樣，我們在異國他鄉大家中國人聚在一起，體會到了不一樣的情懷和熱鬧，一點也不擔心害怕了。因為很多中國人不去的原因，是感覺菲律賓現在不安全，其實到長灘，住了國人的酒店後，才知道在長灘很安全，因為是旅遊盛地，當地治安也很嚴，海灘上幾步就一個警察，其次，有了這些國人開的酒店和旅行社，我們就放心了很多。這讓我們非常省心和放心。
2. 酒店的服務員也都非常熱情，每天早餐（我訂的是帶早餐的，早上可以6選1）
其中牛肉早餐味道很好，一般本地人起來晚，早餐到10點結束，我們是中國人，熟悉了，幾次我到11點起來，他們服務員都給我來做，就當中餐吃了。
3. 樓下有一個游泳池，可以直接游泳潛水。或下海前，在這邊熱下身，再下去潛水，這個好像本來就是潛水的一培訓地。
4. 我住在二樓帶陽台的房間。
5. 總之，這次旅遊本來沒有期待太多，看看海灘，遊游泳。就是休個假。但確在這邊認識很多國人，得到超值服務和驚喜。吃到海鮮大餐，和烤肉，嚐了各種本地酒，大部分都維迪免費提供的。 省了很多事。海灘很美。
感覺下次再來的時候，吃住行一條龍就都省事了。我是那種對陌生環境接受比較慢的人，這次和幾個朋友一塊出來，本來就想着，在酒店附近走走，結果一下子認識這麼多人，就全島都熟悉了。

Hannah Hotel is a great place to stay! The room is spacious and clean, although some lights weren’t working, such as the one outside our balcony.
The location is excellent—close to everything, including the HOHO bus stop, good restaurants, and convenience stores. It’s also very quiet at night since it’s away from the busy nightlife. The beach is about a 5-minute walk, and being in Station 1 makes it less crowded compared to other areas, which is perfect for a more relaxing stay.
There are a few areas for improvement. The air conditioner is quite loud at night. The breakfast was disappointing—the portions seemed limited, and the food quality didn’t meet hotel standards. Our corned beef was even served cold. The Wi-Fi was also not working in the rooms, which can be a problem if you need to work; it only works in public areas downstairs.
Housekeeping could be improved as well, as basic items like soap, shampoo, and tissue were not consistently refilled—we had to request them multiple times.
On a positive note, we loved the friendly community cats and dogs around the area, as well as the free water stations available. The pool is also nice and warm, making it enjoyable even at night.
Overall, despite some issues, the staff were very accommodating, informative, and provided a smooth airport transfer. I would still recommend this place for its cozy atmosphere and great location.

We stayed at Lola’s Lodge in Boracay and booked their new twin room. The room was clean and comfortable, with two beds and its own toilet and bath. It also had towels, air-conditioning and a fan, which made the stay very pleasant, especially after a long day at the beach.
For its price, the place is really affordable—only ₱1200 per night for 2 people, considering the excellent location. It’s right in D’Mall very close to Budget Mart and just a short walk to the beachfront, so everything you need is easily accessible.
Another thing we liked is that they have a shared kitchen which is convenient if you prefer to cook your own meals. The staff were friendly and helpful as well.
Overall, Lola’s Lodge is a great budget-friendly option in Boracay. You get comfort, convenience, and a perfect location without spending too much. Highly recommended for travelers looking for value for money. Highly recommended and will book in the future.

I was so annoyed with the remote control being faulty during our entire stay. I need to get near the sensor, just to keep it functioning. Imagine the hassle of standing up, every now and then just to change channels. For 54k for 2nights, its not worth it. Its really frustrating.
Also prior to stay, I specifically requested for rooms near each other since we had kids and seniors with us. But lo & behold, rooms were 1 building away from each other. I kindly asked for assistance, but the front desk officer who I was talking to showed no empathy, the worst part? it seemed she was blaming me, telling me I was the one who booked it. Yeah, right. But it was my first time in the property, how would I know the room 341 was far from room 415. I assumed it was just a floor / elevator away. It feels like she wasn't even willing to help after all and just put all the blame to the client.
One more thing, prior to our stay at Mandarin, we stayed at another property at Station 2, the front desk was a lot different!! They're not as accommodating, something was off, it feels like you're not welcome (I am pertaining to the front desk / manager who was processing the check-in)
What I only liked about them was their staff who welcomes you when you arrive (the ones handing over wet towels and welcome drinks) they greet you warmly & very welcoming. Also, the request for a birthday greeting was also granted, thankful for that. But thats it, never coming back.

The room was very spacious and clean when we first arrived. The airconditioning was functioning well so having a cold room was no problem. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. There were a few options for breakfast but what they lack in choices they have made up for it for the quality of the food they served. We were even able to request for an extension to stay in the room while we wait for our airport transfer. The location is also very nice as everything was just within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again should I come back to Boracay.

YYaLenkaWe decided to go for a holiday on Boracay Island for a week. We have been looking for a suitable accommodation option for a long time. And when we found this wonderful hotel, we were very happy. The price includes transfer from/to the airport. A friendly, smiling, wonderful young man met us at Caticlan airport, took our luggage, carried it into a comfortable minivan, and took us to the speed boat. Then we sailed by boat to the next pier, from which we were again taken by minivan directly to the hotel. The hotel is small, one-floor, there is no swimming pool or other interesting entertainment on site, BUT the hotel is a subsidiary hotel of the Coast Hotel, which has everything your heart desires: two swimming pools, an entertainment room with table hockey, a library, a Play Station, a small number of sports equipment. You can enjoy all these benefits on a par with the visitors of this hotel. This hotel is located directly on the coastline and very close to the Blue Marina Hotel.
We took breakfast, which turned out to be not a bad option at all. Every day you choose your breakfast from the menu the night before. In the morning you go out to the hotel lobby, they set the table for you and you enjoy it in a relaxed atmosphere. Once we were sent to the Coast hotel for breakfast, we were amazed by the variety of dishes: cheeses, sausages, egg dishes, various fruits, vegetables, yogurt, pastries, main courses. Delicious. At Blue Marina you can only choose one dish. The lobby itself will also have three options for pastries, oatmeal, milk, juice, but no more. They could at least add some more fruit, it would be much better. The hotel room is good, with a large soft bed. Upon arrival, they left us small compliments: Coca-Cola, mango, bananas, a small bottle of rum, sweets, two beach bags, two hand sprays, two pairs of beach slippers. There are a huge number of different cafes near the hotel, so we didn’t go hungry. The beach is 3-5 minutes walk, which is also very cool. The only one huge minus is good audibility, a very loud sound from a nearby cafe, but somewhere at 11-12 at night it closes and there is no more music. But the neighbors can make noise all night, and you can hear it very well. I don’t know how it is in other hotels with this issue, but when we were choosing a hotel, we saw many reviews of hotels telling you that you could hear everything literally to the point of sneezing. Maybe these are the peculiarities of building construction, I am not keen on this matter.
Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and would recommend staying at this hotel if your budget is small and you want a hotel close to the beach, with food and good service. This is definitely a worthy option, especially because of the transfer. Thank you very much for the excellent service, for the warm meeting at the airport, for seeing off early in the morning, for the organized breakfast before leaving early for the airport at the end of our vacation. We really liked everything, if we come to Boracay Island again, it will be the Blue Marina or Coast Hotel.

CChewy MeiWe’ve been staying at Coast every time we visit Boracay since discovering the hotel in 2022, and this was already our fourth stay. This time, we stayed for six nights.
The room experience remains consistent and comfortable. The bed is cozy, the air-conditioning is cold, and daily free treats are a nice touch. We especially enjoy the complimentary soft-serve ice cream and popcorn offered every day at 3:00 PM.
Service continues to be one of Coast’s strongest points. From the moment we land in Caticlan until we arrive at the hotel, everything is taken care of seamlessly. Airport pickup, boat transfers, and land transportation are all well-coordinated. Every request—whether for extra pillows or bottled water—is handled promptly, and the staff consistently greets us whenever we pass by.
We spent Christmas at the hotel this year and were pleasantly surprised to find a Christmas stocking with treats hanging on our door on Christmas Day—a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture.
That said, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. We experienced problems with the water heater twice; while these were eventually resolved, the water pressure remained extremely slow. The shower area also has drainage issues, with water splashing outside and draining slowly. Additionally, soundproofing is quite thin—you can hear footsteps in the hallway and even the television from neighboring rooms.
Breakfast is acceptable, though we found the food to be a bit bland. Service during breakfast could be improved, as we often had to repeat requests because they were forgotten.
Special mention goes to Coast’s beach boys, Joni and Ben, who have consistently provided 5-star service since our first visit in 2022. Their attentiveness and warmth continue to elevate our beachside experience every time we stay.

The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, with every meal exceeding our expectations. The private beach and the variety of activities offered made our experience even more enjoyable — everything was convenient, well-organized, and worth every cent spent.
Overall, it was an excellent stay in every way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning to Crimson Hotel again soon!

We stayed in one of the rooms that had direct access to the pool, the room was huge! Definitely would stay here again.

DDarina Muradyant’s a good hotel but a little bit tired. We had big room with 2 comfortable beds. The view was so-so- on the roof, but one day we saw monkeys there - it was fun ! The territory of the hotel is very beautiful- a lot of plants, trees and flowers. The staff is very polite, friendly and helps with any questions. The breakfast is quite good - eggs, pancakes, vegetables, fruits, fresh juice, coffee- in common we had all what we need. We like swimming pool - it’s big and beautiful. The beach of Movenpick is good too, but it was bad weather, so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy it as well. And of course we liked chocolate hour - it was so tasty !

JJJSunfunA wonderful location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby (we suggest TGH for excellent salpicao), and beachfront was beautiful. Family connecting room was spacious with good sized bathroom (shower & tub), two large screen tvs, and a small balcony with area to hang swimsuits to dry + a safe.
Cons were the breakfast (quality quite low and many options nearby with better value), construction going on (although all staff and workers were courteous and polite), rainshower not working and only luke warm water available for showers/bathing, lots of algae in the ocean waterfront for swimming (especially compared to station 1).
