"Location of Eurotel Boracay is a 5-min walk to the pristine beach., and is situated in Station 2. Staff: accommodating and smart. Cleanliness: 5/5 Amenities: provides shampoo/ soap/ hair dryer / slippers/ towels for room only. You can rent a beach towel for 100 pesos . Aircon functions well as much as lights. Has elevator. Buffet breakfast from 6-10AM for free if included in the booking . Overall - happy and satisfied of our stay. Will recommend to friends and if ever I come back to Boracay, I will book again.."

"Henan Lagoon is the best; this is my second stay, and they always do their best to serve well. All staff are friendly and very accommodating. Clean towels are provided daily along with beach towels. The buffet breakfast is great, though we usually just eat bread in the morning. I love staying here. It’s worth the price. They also offer tours for island hopping. Highly recommend!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Henann Regency (despite the monsoon and typhoon during the time of our visit). The staff let us check-in earlier than scheduled because the room was ready by the time we arrived at 1:00 PM. The direct pool access is very nice, especially if you are coming with kids. They provide pitcher and water dispenser along the hallways which contributes to minimal use of plastic bottles. The breakfast buffet is also nice. There are three restaurants to choose from facing the beach, Mesa for Filipino food, HapChan for Chinese and Christina’s, which I do not recommend because of their silly policy of not allowing children to be in their restaurant (bad experience during the time of our visit, it was raining heavily and there’s no guest inside but they still told us that we could not dine in Christina’s because we have a 2 year old baby with us; they asked us to sit in HapChan and pay for the premium price of Christina’s food). Christina’s management is not under Henann but just avoid going there if you are with a family and I hope Henann will do something about this. But overall, we had a nice short trip in Boracay in a stormy season 😂"

"I arrived past 2pm. I finished checking in at around 2:20 PM, i asked if can alreadtly have the room since im feeling so hot already, no Airconditioned in the lobby, they told me check in time is 3pm so okay i waited. A couple arrived around 225 pm, they finished checking in around 240pm, but they immediately assisted them to their room, it was just so unfair that they allowed them and they let me wait. So i went to front desk asked why they allowed the couple to immediately accomodated to their room the front desk officer just gave me the keycard and no explanation as to why they allowed the couple. When i arrived to my room i immediatelt called them and asked why, they told its because i only booked deluxe and that tjey are preparing the room, but upon the room there is no sign of recent cleaning. So dis appoimting and i felt discrimanated. Also there insect crawling amd theres even cockroach.and there is even a stain in the duvet."

"We liked everything at this location. It was really clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and Peter (the owner) is very nice. The breakfast is ok, an omelette or scrambled eggs, with bread and some peanut butter, jam or hazelnut cream, and a fruit (mango, watermelon, banana, pineapple). The room was spotlessly clean, big, the bathroom was nice, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The location was good, 3 minutes to the beach, but a little bit far from D'mall and station 1, about 25 minute walk. But the walk is on the beach, so we really enjoyed it. Before coming to the property, if they can't contact you on WhatsApp, you should contact them, and tell them when you arrive, because they can help you with your luggage. Google Maps is not showing you the good route, so I really advise you to contact the property. They couldn't contact us because Trip was censoring our phone number. "Rooms are comfortable and just right. We love the bath tub. Bathroom is generally large and has everything you need. Hot water was not consistent though. Breakfast buffet has a good selection 👍🏼 It has a big beachfront location with sun beds and area for dining and having drinks"

"We stayed in Boracay for 8 days, and Paradise Garden Resort was the third hotel we checked into during the trip. Surprisingly, among all the hotels we stayed at, Paradise Garden was one of the more affordable ones yet it ended up giving us one of the best overall experiences. We’re currently staying at Azalea Hotels & Residences Boracay, which has a higher rate and supposedly more premium services, but honestly, Paradise Garden stood out so much more because of how consistent and exceptional their service was. From the moment we arrived, the experience already felt smooth and welcoming. The lobby had plenty of seating for guests checking in and out, which was a huge relief especially after being out in the heat. Check-in was hassle-free, and we were even allowed to check in earlier than the standard 2 PM time. Someone also personally assisted us to our room which makes sense because the property itself is huge. At first, I thought we wouldn’t even use the pools because, well, you’re already in Boracay. But surprisingly, we still enjoyed them a lot. The pools were clean, well-maintained, and not a hassle to use at all. The resort itself definitely shows its age, and you can tell it has been operating for a long time, but despite that, the service remained exceptional. The staff were consistently courteous and accommodating. I also loved that they had a beachfront area exclusively for Paradise Garden guests. We were able to borrow beach towels for free, and the seating area in front was actually really nice. There were also thoughtful extras like live band performances, massage services by the beach, and even a pool area with a functioning open bar not just something “for display,” but something guests could genuinely enjoy. The room itself was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I’m very particular about beds and sheets when staying at hotels, and I honestly slept so well there. Our experience was so good that I genuinely wished we had stayed there for three days instead of just one night. Even checking out was seamless. No issues, no stress just consistently good service from start to finish. That’s probably the best way I can describe Paradise Garden: consistent. Out of the four hotels we stayed at during this Boracay trip, Paradise Garden is honestly the one I would choose to return to. For me, it’s such an underrated hidden gem in Boracay."
