SSylvia TeohI am here for business trip and had a great 4nights stay at this hotel. The room is spacious and the staffs are really friendly and sweet. I wanted to call out on 1 front desk lady (I didn't recall her name) but she is very lovely and helpful. Truly professional! I highly recommend this hotel

One of the first things that stood out to me was how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. Every corner of the hotel felt fresh, tidy, and taken care of, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease.
The room I stayed in was beautiful—spacious, modern, and elegantly designed with a calming color scheme that made it a perfect space to relax after a long day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the lighting in the room was thoughtfully arranged, making it suitable for both rest and work.
The hotel’s location is another big plus. Situated in the heart of Warsaw, it’s within walking distance to many popular attractions, charming cafes, and local restaurants. Whether you’re visiting for sightseeing or business, the location makes it easy to get around and enjoy the city.
The only downside I experienced was the slow check-in process. The front desk service, while friendly and respectful, took longer than expected, which can be inconvenient after a long journey. However, the staff were professional and welcoming, which made the wait more bearable.
All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and comfortable stay in Warsaw. It offers great value, a peaceful atmosphere, and a beautiful room to return to after a day exploring the city. A solid choice for any traveler.

PPengguna TetamuHotel facilities are excellent, breakfast is great. But I found the most of the staff are not helpful, specially at the restaurant during breakfast time. Felt descriminated by color. When we went for breakfast no one showed us a table while others are escorted. Folk & knife brought to them while we were asked to go and take it.

JJu&LinThe stay was nice overall. The staff tried their best to accommodate our requests, and the housekeepers were friendly despite having some difficulty communicating in English.
However, there are some points that disappointed us:
- There was bottled water labeled ”still water” in the room, but it was in fact sparkling. We had to call the front desk every day to get actual still water.
-The kettle wasn’t working and actually gave my partner an electric shock. It could have ended very badly.
-The shower water was either boiling hot or ice cold; there was no in-between, so we couldn’t enjoy a relaxing shower.
- I know that the hotel values sustainability; however, I accidentally spilled some ketchup on the bed. I placed the card stating ”if you want the bedding changed, put this note on the bed,” but to my surprise, the sheets were not changed after housekeeping, and the stain was still there.
- The heater/AC was VERY LOUD
- And our biggest deception was the fact that the pool was closed and we didn’t get notified at all about it, we chose this hotel over another one because we wanted to try it.

MMrNoodlezPretty standard a&o hostels experience, satisfying showers, bed, and washroom, fortunately nice roommates. One surprise I got allocated into a 4-people room instead of booked 6-people room.
Note that the guest kitchen requires keycard to access to spare some time if you're making your own breakfast the morning you check out.
One major drawback, NO luggage room, only paid lockers:

You might want to store your luggages at Warszawa Centralna (Main train station) or Warszawa Zachodnia (West station if you're taking coach) since the lockers are bigger and PLN30 (7.5euro) for 24h

YYuryОтель хороший. Очень удобный номер с 4-мя кроватями. Наличие кухни в номере, холодильника, посуды. В номере удобный санузел. Вежливый администратор в рецепшене со знанием русского языка.Имя Руслана - спасибо ей за помощь. Много чего не знал, многое было непонятно. Если весь персонал такой же - то это очень хорошо. В Варшаве 1 -ый раз, польского языка не знаю. Кого не спроси. - никто тебя не понимает. Если ещё когда-нибудь буду в Варшаве - то уже знаю в каком буду отеле. Всем рекомендую.

DDaffidAt beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed.
In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.
