HHajar A.This is a very nice hotel. Very kind staff and accommodating. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. All things are high quality, good service! The food is amazing. The breakfast, and the dinner we tried them and they never disappoint! We will come back to this hotel hopefully and truly, it is worth it! PPengguna TetamuWe had a wonderful stay in Mandarin Oriental Doha in our recent family trip during Chinese New Year holidays. The room is spacious for my family of four with 2 young children. All the staff are friendly, especially the servers in Mosaic who could address me by name in the second morning without telling them my room number. We also ordered room service once and the staff Faroh is extremely helpful.

PPengguna TetamuIt’s ok. The location is good and close to the city center mall. Good for a walk or running at the Bay with breathtakingviews. The hotel was clean, the service is just ok. Shower gel was missing and it took 4 hours to get it. There is a washing machine but no liquid. Washing liquid was promised to get soon, but it took half a day and a call to „0“. At the end we were told it will be purchased from a shop at extra costs. (If you wanna wash, bring liquid). The extra bed we pre-ordered was not ready and we had to call „0“ three times. Its all not a problem itself, but many things in just 4 nights is for me just ok. The front desk stuff is always kinda busy and arrogant in communication. Not just friendly and helpful as I expected. Security staff is very friendly and helpful.
Will choose another hotel next time.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed at Al Najada for 7 days. The staff was very friendly and helpful, assisted us in every way we needed. Early check-in was not possible (we arrived at around 11am), but it didn’t sour our spirits. We booked a deluxe room, it was very spacious and came with a balcony, all amenities were included. Room was cleaned almost daily, at some point staff took one of the bathrobes and didn’t bring a clean one. Breakfast could’ve been better, in my opinion, food options were a bit limited, but, overall, still quite okay. You will not walk away hungry. The location is top notch! It’s right next to Souq Waqif, which is a traditional local market, there are lots of cafes/restaurants/shops there. There are 2 metro stations within the walking distance. Msheireb district (short walk away) was my personal favorite. Definitely will book this hotel next time I’m in Doha.

Every request was handled promptly and with genuine care, making the entire experience feel effortless and personal.

The range of dining options ensures there is something to suit every taste, whether you’re in the mood for international cuisine or familiar comfort dishes. Each venue has its own unique style and ambiance, which keeps dining exciting even over an extended stay. The food quality was consistently high, with well-prepared dishes, generous portions, and attentive service that made every meal enjoyable.
The leisure facilities further elevate the overall experience. Having both indoor and outdoor swimming pools is a fantastic feature and offers flexibility regardless of the weather or time of day. The indoor pool provides a calm and private environment, ideal for a relaxing swim, while the outdoor pool offers a refreshing and open setting perfect for unwinding and soaking up the atmosphere. Both areas are beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort.
Another standout amenity is the fully equipped 24-hour gym. This is especially convenient for travelers with busy schedules or those adjusting to different time zones. The gym features a wide range of modern equipment suitable for cardio training, strength workouts, and general fitness routines. The space is well organized, clean, and spacious, making it easy to enjoy a productive workout at any hour of the day or night.

The location is good, services are nice.
Specially, Richard, the supervisor, was very supportive during my stay.
the Coral Restaurant is good too.staffs are working diligently and very attentive. Food is full of varieties.
One minor thing is the Singing… some guests’ birthday celebration was conducted by the staffs, the chorus was … kind of terrible… whatever you do, just don’t ask them to sing for you!
It was a perfect stay for a 8 days of vacationing!

The food at the open buffet is decent, with a good variety of dishes to choose from.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaBranding of Ramada did not live up to our standard. The miscomm between the night and morning shift staff need lots of work!! Being told you can check-in early at 2 pm(upon arrival at the hotel at 8 am) and only to wait another 30 minutes for the room at 2.30 pm, is HIGHLY unacceptable! And other guests who were waiting at the couch got to their rooms before us. Not an experiece you would want after a red-eye flight. There are other hotels nearby who accommodate guests at least before 1 pm if they’re informed of their flight details. The security staff,on the other hand, were eveready to assist us! Rooms are just okay.. Dated and needs more work done. Would I stay here again? Sadly not.. Hope you guys improve on communication. It’s part of good service!

Ffahad.facadeThis hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of a subway station and the main sightseeing areas. The room was nice and spacious, with a decent bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, and it’s served on the top floor, which offers beautiful views of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Aira.
My only complaint is that I could hear some noise from outside at night, even though I was on the sixth floor, and there were occasionally a few flies in the room.
