PPengguna Tanpa NamaAll the hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. The room is very clean and comfortable, especially it’s also child friendly. Their pool staff are very attentive too. Breakfast is great with variety of foods. The staff at breakfast are very attentive to our needs and service is top notch. Kudos to them!

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was fantastic, especially because of the wonderful receptionist team. The hospitality and the way the staff treated us were truly exceptional. At the reception, an African gentleman who spoke English fluently assisted me with checking into my room. He truly deserves recognition. He greeted me warmly, attended to my needs thoughtfully, and interacted with me as if we had known each other for years.

PPaparazyThe Hospitality of the St Regis Hotel in Doha is second to none, from the reception to the room was so clean and the view from the room was marvelous, the food in the Chinese restaurant, the morning breakfast and the swift response of the staffs was very hospitable, also complementary transportation within the hotel with the carrier is mind blowing.
Not forgetting the complementary water and towel by the beach side and also at the pool side was wow and cooling to the mind considering the weather.
I would love to go back someday

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed at Al Najada for 7 days. The staff was very friendly and helpful, assisted us in every way we needed. Early check-in was not possible (we arrived at around 11am), but it didn’t sour our spirits. We booked a deluxe room, it was very spacious and came with a balcony, all amenities were included. Room was cleaned almost daily, at some point staff took one of the bathrobes and didn’t bring a clean one. Breakfast could’ve been better, in my opinion, food options were a bit limited, but, overall, still quite okay. You will not walk away hungry. The location is top notch! It’s right next to Souq Waqif, which is a traditional local market, there are lots of cafes/restaurants/shops there. There are 2 metro stations within the walking distance. Msheireb district (short walk away) was my personal favorite. Definitely will book this hotel next time I’m in Doha.

Each venue has its own unique style and ambiance, which keeps dining exciting even over an extended stay. The food quality was consistently high, with well-prepared dishes, generous portions, and attentive service that made every meal enjoyable.
The leisure facilities further elevate the overall experience. Having both indoor and outdoor swimming pools is a fantastic feature and offers flexibility regardless of the weather or time of day. The indoor pool provides a calm and private environment, ideal for a relaxing swim, while the outdoor pool offers a refreshing and open setting perfect for unwinding and soaking up the atmosphere. Both areas are beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort.
Another standout amenity is the fully equipped 24-hour gym. This is especially convenient for travelers with busy schedules or those adjusting to different time zones. The gym features a wide range of modern equipment suitable for cardio training, strength workouts, and general fitness routines. SSafiZRight after our arrival to this hotel we were expecting multiple problems. Customer manager was trying to do her best to make our mood better with complimentary gestures, and after I complained I saw the improvement but still this hotel needs proper stuff training and communication improvements. Neither one day I received any room amenities (teeth brush, vanity kit etc) , for every single and simple thing you gotta ask. And then it’s very slow to execute things. Food at main restaurant fresh but tasteless, we tried one of alacart restaurant on lobby floor but again food was missing flavors. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who use to stay in five star hotels , because you will feel exhausted to communicate about your needs. That’s a pitty, because property is beautiful, beach is nice, workers are postive and have a smiley face. Just whole lack of management doesn’t make holidays here enjoyable

SSofia_PoeThe room was clean and tidy. Smooth check-in, even though I arrived a bit earlier. There's a currency exchange point with 5+ most popular options. There's a metro station not too far from the hotel.
The room was decently equipped. As I was there during Ramadan, they served breakfast in the room (food was okay, though, I was quite unlucky with the coffee).

TThe_Ross_1I lived in Doha many years ago, so I booked the rooms in this hotel for the location which is excellent. I have also paid a good rate as I booked those quite in advance (about 50 quid per night, per room). Unfortunately our staying was not that great. I am not really happy to write this review, because all the staff are extremely polite, courteous, and well mannered, all of them, really nice staff. However, feedback and reviews are given 'here and now', so to better describe the circumstances encountered during the visit.
PROS - Very easy/hassle free check in/out, strong wi-fi, polite staff, super location, amenities near by and on site, comfy bed, super shower, overall cleanliness of the hotel.
CONS - Upon check in, I asked for two rooms not near the lifts, as it could get busy and noisy. The receptionist said 'ok no problem' and, guess what, one room was far from the lifts, but my one was right next to it. Upon entering the rooms, in my room the bath mat was missing and I had to call them asking for one. In the other room, there was a tray with food leftovers in the fridge. Considering that the rooms were just been cleaned up, it is really bad. We had to call the house-keeping to have it removed and the fridge cleaned. The hair drier is kinda secured/clipped to the wall and it cannot be taken to the bath. I asked how we are supposed to dry our hairs if the drier is not in front of the mirror, they replied 'use the TV screen as a mirror!'. The coffee mugs and drinking glasses were never changed or washed, we had to wash them ourselves. On the kitchenette top, there was some coffee powder, that was never wiped off during our entire stay. Once back in the room, on the first evening, I realized that there were 3 pillow cases missing out of 4. I had to call them up asking to bring some and put them on. The house keeping were always missing something everyday, and we had to call them many times. The lifts are key-operated but they only allow the guests to their room floor. Mine was on 9th floor, the other was on 7th floor. We had to use the staircase if we wanted to go to each othe room which, by the way, was dirty. They have a metal detector at the entrance which is very noisy. The lobby is kinda smallish and gets cramped and busy at a times. Overall, it didn't feel like a 4* hotel, but more of a budget hotel. The house-keeping needs to improve and so the room cleanliness.
