Love the balcony view of this hotel, it was clean and comfortable, the room size is giant, and the breakfast hotel provides is super good, they have those Thailand traditional dishes. But the most important part is the services, the reservation boy is super nice and cute. Because I’ve left a doll in the hotel, later I called the hotel reservation department, he answered patient and perfectly. his English is super fluent and perfect. Any way, thanks to the reservation boy soooo much, this doll means a lot to me.🥲

Our stay at the hotel was great. The room comes with a mini bar that’s very affordable. They cleaned our room every single day. I suggest renting a bike if you’re a couple. Get your international license first or try to avoid the traffic police, which is not that easy….
If you have trouble sleeping, I suggest booking or asking for a pool side view or for one of the rooms that don’t have windows facing the outside. My wife couldn’t sleep and when we asked the hotel to switch our room, they said it was fully booked. So, we had to get earplugs…
For breakfast, I recommend this spot that we loved. Go straight down towards the beach. There’s a spot in the corner that has a huge breakfast sign with 3 different sets to choose from. The ladies there are really nice; the breakfast is delicious, packed and affordable.

For the price, it’s a decent option, but the furniture is quite old and in need of renovation. The location worked well for us — we already knew where it was. With a scooter, you can reach Kata or Karon in about 10 minutes.
We paid around €25 per night for a 25-day stay. In my opinion, the place is average overall and there’s definitely room for improvement.

I highly recommend staying here. The service was great and the view from the pool and sea view villas is amazing. I booked two nights and then one more at the end of my trip. I liked the food and massage was good. The operations manager went out of his way to help me get to the airport and to my destination earlier in the week, personally making phone calls for me and even drive me to the pier. When the hotel airport service was booked, he found the cheapest transport for me and booked it himself. I will definitely stay again and recommend the hotel. The surrounding area doesn’t have much but it’s only a short taxi away from the restaurants at the pier.

This was my first time to Rawai in high season and i didnt know the location. I paid about 28usd including breakfast. Although the taxi dropped me in the wrong location its close to the main roundabout. The hotel also goes by another name so it wasnt showing on maps. Its a small hotel which requires 1000 deposit but they gave that back when i checked out without even checking the room so not really sure why they bother getting that deposit. The girl that checked me in was friendly and quite attractive.
There is a elevator and the rooms had tv, hdmi box etc. The air con however was on the side of my bed so it was impossible to have it on without it blowing on u even by trying to alter the direction. So i had a choice of the air con on my face or a sweat box. My friend asked if they have taxi to go to the airport and they replied they didnt, he asked if they knew anyone and they said they didnt which we found hard to believe. The rooms were clean and they housekeeping tried to clean rooms each day. The location is great and its central with 10 mins walk to the pier and 5 mins to shops and restaurants. I was very impressed by the breakfast it was a buffet but had quite a lot for a small room. I would stay here again if I was in Rawai.

CChristoRenaissance Phuket Resort and Spa was an amazing experience. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious with a wonderful plunge pool for those hot Thai afternoons. The hotel went over and beyond to accommodate us, we had a very late flight we were given a late check-out (19:00 pm) so that we could freshen up before heading to the airport. This was so appreciated and thoughtful. The spa was just as great. We had various treatments and all were beyond our expectations. I can’t wait to return on our next Phuket trip. The only location of the hotel is far away from the popular tourist spots, but this made it even better as the beach wasn’t crowded and had a more chilled vibe. It’s also much closer to the airport for easy transfers.

PPengguna TetamuI would like to say thank you for Noku for the birthday arrangements and also the kind service from the staff; I do not like complaining but I do have to raise up my issues as I do believe there can be massive improvements in the hotel and how they handle issues ($550USD for two night stay)
- I booked a HILL VILLA KING; I requested prior to arrival that I wanted a certain view and they replied we will try to the best of their availability (which is totally understandable)
- When I arrived the service was good and they were very kind and again I appreciated the birthday setup they did in the room
- After I checked in ROOM H11; which I saw was weird was there was 2 separate bed bases; and using common sense I thought why would a KING bed have 2 bed bases
- After trying to sleep at night I noticed that it was actually a 2 twin beds put together which explains the two separate bed bases; during the night the bed moved in the middle (with obvious two twin beds and the line in the middle) the bed sheets did not fit because it was two twins and they gave me two separate blankets (it was me and my girlfriend) so it is weird having two separate blankets
- I went to explain my situation to duty manager (AM is his name) he was very nice but very inexperienced I must say; I went to the front desk and I said “hi may I know what type of room I booked” then they said “king bed Hill Villa” I said perfect then I said I would like to speak to a manager (they knew what I was going to say)
- When AM came out he did not let me speak he just talked and said sir because you requested for a nicer view we gave you this room and because the king bed broke which is why we put two twins together. I asked if that is the case why did you not inform me at check in? He said oh we did not im so sorry; let me change your room for you and I will send a fruit plate as apology (TBH I don’t want a fruit plate I can easily get one for $2USD anywhere in Thailand) I said please I had lunch yesterday which was around $25USD pls waive that for me as courtesy and everything would be fine. AM replied of course that’s not a problem sir (I THOUGHT everything was resolved) not sure if he did not understand but I spoke slowly in English due to the language barrier
- We went to my new room at night and saw the fruit plate (thought it was a bonus) room was better and was a king bed which is what I wanted. I go to check out the following morning (I DID NOT HAVE TO) they do not take a deposit which is weird because I signed a lunch to my room so I could have just left. I met AM again and he showed me the map of the whole hotel; Pointed at H11 and you can clearly see that the room has two twin beds (So the BED was not broken they just put me in a twin bed combined into a King) He said yes lol not sure why because its not what he said yesterday that the King bed broke. Then he said oh sir you do have a lunch that you had to pay for (Yesterday he just said yes no problem I will take care) now I need to pay for it; I said did you not say you will take care of it he replied “sorry sir because this is another department” To me its one hotel; how you deal with costs internally is not my problem ( I WAS NOT GOING WRITE A REVIEW BUT AFTER THIS I HAD TO)
- Also just to add First day breakfast I asked for (ICE THAI COFFEE) they said they do not have and interesting as im in Thailand all hotels have this but it was fine; BUT the breakfast colleagues said at afternoon session they have so I said no problem! But one of the staff offered “sir tomorrow morning we can offer if you would like” I thought amazing that’s service; next day I went “SIR WE DO NOT HAVE THAI COFFEE” after the disappointments above I gave up and adding to the bill not being waived which is a fraction of the cost of the room I gave up
- All in all this hotel tries to be “high end” but there are many improvements that can be made

Hotel ini mungkin jarang dipilih oleh warga negara China; sepanjang 3 hari saya menginap, saya hanya melihat 4 orang China, berbeza dengan Sheraton di sebelah yang penuh dengan mereka. Gaya hotel ini adalah resort Barat yang lama, dengan bilik yang luas dan kolam renang yang besar, sesuai untuk bersantai. Mungkin saya bernasib baik kali ini, harga kurang dari enam ratus semalam, sangat berbaloi. Satu-satunya kelemahan besar adalah sarapan; pilihan makanan agak terhad, dan perkhidmatan panduan perlu diperbaiki, tetapi bagi saya yang selalu bangun lewat, ini tidak terlalu memberi kesan. Lokasi hotel sangat baik, keluar sahaja ke pantai, ada 7-Eleven dan dobi dalam 5 minit berjalan kaki, dan hanya 10-20 minit berjalan kaki ke Jungceylon. Lokasinya mudah diakses dan pada masa yang sama cukup tenang pada waktu malam. Asalnya saya menempah bilik pemandangan taman, tetapi petugas kaunter depan telah menaik tarafnya kepada bilik pemandangan taman matahari terbenam semasa daftar masuk. PPengguna TetamuThe Naka Island is, without question, one of the most accurate and outstanding resorts you can choose to stay at in Thailand. The experience is remarkably flawless — everything is perfectly executed, well organized, and thoughtfully designed.
Above all, what truly sets this resort apart is the people and the service. Every single staff member greets you warmly; there is not a single person who passes by without saying hello. The entire team, without exception, was exceptional. I would especially like to mention Peachy, who welcomed us, as well as Ohmmy, Bennet, and Dome — though in truth, every staff member deserves recognition, even if I unfortunately do not remember all the names.
The resort has undergone a recent renovation and upgrade a few months ago, which is clearly reflected in the overall quality and attention to detail. We stayed in a pool villa for four nights for our honeymoon, and the experience exceeded expectations. Initially, we requested to change villas, which was accommodated immediately. We later decided to return to our original villa, and this request was also handled positively and without hesitation.
The reason for the initial change request was the mangrove forest area. Guests who are less comfortable sleeping in a jungle-like environment, or who are sensitive to wildlife or mosquitoes, may wish to specifically request accommodation outside the mangrove area.
The villas are modern, spacious, and extremely well designed, with attention to even the smallest details required for an exceptional stay. Each villa includes a private pool, an outdoor shower, an outdoor bathtub, as well as an indoor bathroom with excellent hygiene products.
The resort features three restaurants. We dined at several of them, and the food quality was excellent overall, though the pizza was relatively weak compared to the rest of the culinary offerings. The Z Bar is particularly pleasant, offering a wonderful atmosphere and a beautiful sunset view. Additionally, 24-hour room service is available with a fairly extensive menu.
The main pool is stunning and seamlessly connected to the sea. Guests can enjoy complimentary use of kayaks, longboards, and paddle boats. Jet skis can also be rented from local operators for approximately 2,000 THB for 30 minutes. Bicycles are available for two-hour rentals, which we used for a short and enjoyable ride around the island.
Housekeeping is provided twice daily, including an evening turndown service around 7:00 PM, during which curtains are closed and the room is prepared for the night.
The gym is exceptionally well maintained, fully equipped with Technogym equipment, and offers everything one could need for a complete workout. We did not visit the spa for treatments, but guests have access to an ice room, steam room, and sauna.
Breakfast was rich, well organized, and among the best we have experienced. Guests fill out order slips with their table number, and dishes are delivered directly to the table exactly as requested. At the pool, food and drinks can be ordered easily by scanning a QR code from your sunbed. While the service at the pool was slightly slow at times, it did not significantly detract from the overall experience.
On the day of our arrival, the resort hosted a Christmas tree lighting event, which felt like a private invitation-only celebration. Special drinks, bruschetta, chicken satay, and tuna pani puri were all served complimentary by the hotel.
We left with the clear feeling that the team is constantly thinking about you and anticipating your needs, no matter how small. This is, without hesitation, the strongest recommendation I can give to anyone visiting the area — and we will most certainly return.

TTatiana Ch.A great hotel for a family vacation. It’s surrounded by beautiful nature, in a safe area with little traffic and no pushy street vendors.
The hotel is located within the Laguna complex, which offers a free shuttle service. The only store within walking distance is the modest Top’s, but you can drive to a 7-Eleven.
You can get to the beach by boat, but around 8–9 a.m. and in the evening, the boat will be packed with families with children and strollers. You can also walk there; taking it easy, it takes about 8–10 minutes, though part of the way is in the heat. There are plenty of private sun loungers at the beach. However, the front row closest to the sea is taken from early morning.
The rooms feature a kitchen, a small living area, and two air conditioners. They come with dishes and cutlery. Housekeeping is provided every other day. The trash disposal system is interesting—it’s done through a special “locker,” so the staff doesn’t need to come into your room to take out the trash. It’s a great system.
The hotel’s clientele consists mainly of families with small children and older couples.
My family liked the hotel; we’d definitely come back again!

If you have an issue of not using sandals in the bathroom, then honestly you just need a hotel with a private room. Yeah, upper deck was scary. I dreamt of falling down 😪
Well, deck dorm style is not just for me. But a good experience here, and with 217 Baht (including tax) I paid, it is worth the money.
This hotel provides breakfast too. Something I don't really expect 😁😁
They also give me a key gift over a checkout. For sure, I get my 200 Baht back.

SsaiudnThe staff were really welcoming upon arrival, with a drink and fresh towel to cool down. I was given a twin room but the staff kindly put the beds together immediately. The mattress and pillows were so soft and I slept comfortably. One small faul is that there was no remote control for the AC, so I did have to get up in the middle of the night to adjust the settings.

KKLorraineOverall, it was a very good stay. Orn was nice and accommodating and even helped move me to a higher floor the next day. Berna from the restaurant was also friendly and took the time to chat, which was really nice.
The room was refreshed while I was out during the day, which was great, but it would’ve been helpful to be informed beforehand since my personal belongings were left around.
Just a small note — the bathrobe wasn’t set up initially, and only two pillows were provided for a room meant for two guests, so I had to request extra pillows.
