Ada tempat makan sebaik keluar dari hotel, dan ada farmasi di sebelah, tanpa diduga, saya membeli hadiah kecil yang saya suka di farmasi Terdapat juga pasar malam kecil yang sangat sesuai untuk bercuti. Ia kira-kira sejam memandu dari Lapangan Terbang Phuket. Perkhidmatan ini sangat baik, komunikasi pada dasarnya dalam bahasa Inggeris, bufetnya baik, menghadap ke laut, tidak ada penghawa dingin, haha, tetapi ada burung menyanyi dan haruman bunga. Kesimpulannya, saya akan menempah lagi lain kali saya datang ke Phuket.

The staff were excellent so helpful and friendly. Bird the shuttle driver was so kind and always willing to help you. I matter what.
Breakfast was good but a little heavy more like a brunch due to it being mainly curry, noodles and rice. Not used to this in the uk.
I was disappointed that the large windows in the room looked onto a high wall, about an arm length away no view at all and the swim up pool was outside the room door. This definitely was not what I see when I booked other wise i would probably have chosen another hotel.

Pool Access Room
The location is convenient, but our stay had several inconveniences. The slope up to the rooms is extremely steep, so we relied on the buggy service (5–10 mins wait each time). At check-in, our 16-year-old was charged as an extra adult despite being declared during booking, which was disappointing.
The pool access room was nice, but the pool itself is very small—more for dipping than swimming. Breakfast was 350 baht per person with limited variety.
Overall, convenient location but the steep hill, extra charges, small pool, and average breakfast affected our stay.

Cleanliness was excellent, the room with a view was awesome, and the large bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast had limited western options, but there was still enough variety to fill us up each morning.
There are a lot of steps (as advertised), although it is possible to use some lifts. The humidity definitely made the stairs hard going at times.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pools were good, although not very refreshing as the water was quite warm.
The only disappointment was happy hour. Prices were inflated during happy hour and then offered as “two for one”, which felt a bit misleading.

At first I had some doubts because the reviews mentioned that the hotel is located on a steep hill, but it’s actually very manageable. For those who find it too challenging, you can simply take a Grab or Bolt (just keep in mind that there can be traffic in the afternoon and evening). The hotel is beautiful, very clean, offers great service, and has a lovely view of Kata Beach from the pool. Definitely recommended!

TtobesterThe Renaissance Phuket feels like a boutique hotel, all the facilities are intimate in a nice way and the service feels personal. All the staff are very friendly and aim to please, including those in the restaurants like Khun Poom in Takieng and Khun Sak in Locavore, and the front desk staff who gave great recommendations. Service at the spa was also very good. A plus service is the complimentary transfer to JW Marriott next door to use their dining facilities, it opened up more options for guests staying at the Renaissance. Being low season in July, one entire wing of rooms was under renovation, but no noise could be heard. The currents in Mai Khao beach were strong while we were there, so we took cars to swim in Nai Yang and Nai Thon.

PPengguna TetamuI would like to say thank you for Noku for the birthday arrangements and also the kind service from the staff; I do not like complaining but I do have to raise up my issues as I do believe there can be massive improvements in the hotel and how they handle issues ($550USD for two night stay)
- I booked a HILL VILLA KING; I requested prior to arrival that I wanted a certain view and they replied we will try to the best of their availability (which is totally understandable)
- When I arrived the service was good and they were very kind and again I appreciated the birthday setup they did in the room
- After I checked in ROOM H11; which I saw was weird was there was 2 separate bed bases; and using common sense I thought why would a KING bed have 2 bed bases
- After trying to sleep at night I noticed that it was actually a 2 twin beds put together which explains the two separate bed bases; during the night the bed moved in the middle (with obvious two twin beds and the line in the middle) the bed sheets did not fit because it was two twins and they gave me two separate blankets (it was me and my girlfriend) so it is weird having two separate blankets
- I went to explain my situation to duty manager (AM is his name) he was very nice but very inexperienced I must say; I went to the front desk and I said “hi may I know what type of room I booked” then they said “king bed Hill Villa” I said perfect then I said I would like to speak to a manager (they knew what I was going to say)
- When AM came out he did not let me speak he just talked and said sir because you requested for a nicer view we gave you this room and because the king bed broke which is why we put two twins together. I asked if that is the case why did you not inform me at check in? He said oh we did not im so sorry; let me change your room for you and I will send a fruit plate as apology (TBH I don’t want a fruit plate I can easily get one for $2USD anywhere in Thailand) I said please I had lunch yesterday which was around $25USD pls waive that for me as courtesy and everything would be fine. AM replied of course that’s not a problem sir (I THOUGHT everything was resolved) not sure if he did not understand but I spoke slowly in English due to the language barrier
- We went to my new room at night and saw the fruit plate (thought it was a bonus) room was better and was a king bed which is what I wanted. I go to check out the following morning (I DID NOT HAVE TO) they do not take a deposit which is weird because I signed a lunch to my room so I could have just left. I met AM again and he showed me the map of the whole hotel; Pointed at H11 and you can clearly see that the room has two twin beds (So the BED was not broken they just put me in a twin bed combined into a King) He said yes lol not sure why because its not what he said yesterday that the King bed broke. Then he said oh sir you do have a lunch that you had to pay for (Yesterday he just said yes no problem I will take care) now I need to pay for it; I said did you not say you will take care of it he replied “sorry sir because this is another department” To me its one hotel; how you deal with costs internally is not my problem ( I WAS NOT GOING WRITE A REVIEW BUT AFTER THIS I HAD TO)
- Also just to add First day breakfast I asked for (ICE THAI COFFEE) they said they do not have and interesting as im in Thailand all hotels have this but it was fine; BUT the breakfast colleagues said at afternoon session they have so I said no problem! But one of the staff offered “sir tomorrow morning we can offer if you would like” I thought amazing that’s service; next day I went “SIR WE DO NOT HAVE THAI COFFEE” after the disappointments above I gave up and adding to the bill not being waived which is a fraction of the cost of the room I gave up
- All in all this hotel tries to be “high end” but there are many improvements that can be made

PPengguna TetamuThe Naka Island is, without question, one of the most accurate and outstanding resorts you can choose to stay at in Thailand. The experience is remarkably flawless — everything is perfectly executed, well organized, and thoughtfully designed.
Above all, what truly sets this resort apart is the people and the service. Every single staff member greets you warmly; there is not a single person who passes by without saying hello. The entire team, without exception, was exceptional. I would especially like to mention Peachy, who welcomed us, as well as Ohmmy, Bennet, and Dome — though in truth, every staff member deserves recognition, even if I unfortunately do not remember all the names.
The resort has undergone a recent renovation and upgrade a few months ago, which is clearly reflected in the overall quality and attention to detail. We stayed in a pool villa for four nights for our honeymoon, and the experience exceeded expectations. Initially, we requested to change villas, which was accommodated immediately. We later decided to return to our original villa, and this request was also handled positively and without hesitation.
The reason for the initial change request was the mangrove forest area. Guests who are less comfortable sleeping in a jungle-like environment, or who are sensitive to wildlife or mosquitoes, may wish to specifically request accommodation outside the mangrove area.
The villas are modern, spacious, and extremely well designed, with attention to even the smallest details required for an exceptional stay. Each villa includes a private pool, an outdoor shower, an outdoor bathtub, as well as an indoor bathroom with excellent hygiene products.
The resort features three restaurants. We dined at several of them, and the food quality was excellent overall, though the pizza was relatively weak compared to the rest of the culinary offerings. The Z Bar is particularly pleasant, offering a wonderful atmosphere and a beautiful sunset view. Additionally, 24-hour room service is available with a fairly extensive menu.
The main pool is stunning and seamlessly connected to the sea. Guests can enjoy complimentary use of kayaks, longboards, and paddle boats. Jet skis can also be rented from local operators for approximately 2,000 THB for 30 minutes. Bicycles are available for two-hour rentals, which we used for a short and enjoyable ride around the island.
Housekeeping is provided twice daily, including an evening turndown service around 7:00 PM, during which curtains are closed and the room is prepared for the night.
The gym is exceptionally well maintained, fully equipped with Technogym equipment, and offers everything one could need for a complete workout. We did not visit the spa for treatments, but guests have access to an ice room, steam room, and sauna.
Breakfast was rich, well organized, and among the best we have experienced. Guests fill out order slips with their table number, and dishes are delivered directly to the table exactly as requested. At the pool, food and drinks can be ordered easily by scanning a QR code from your sunbed. While the service at the pool was slightly slow at times, it did not significantly detract from the overall experience.
On the day of our arrival, the resort hosted a Christmas tree lighting event, which felt like a private invitation-only celebration. Special drinks, bruschetta, chicken satay, and tuna pani puri were all served complimentary by the hotel.
We left with the clear feeling that the team is constantly thinking about you and anticipating your needs, no matter how small. This is, without hesitation, the strongest recommendation I can give to anyone visiting the area — and we will most certainly return.

AApriltse0508recently stayed at Graceland Resort & Spa in Phuket from May 11 to May 16 with my boyfriend, and it was truly a 5-star experience from start to finish.
The location is perfect—just steps away from Patong Beach, yet peaceful enough to relax away from the crowds. We loved being able to walk to the beach in minutes while still having easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and nightlife.
The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Our room was clean, modern, and had a lovely balcony where we could unwind in the evenings. The housekeeping team did a great job every day, keeping everything spotless.
One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the pool area. The resort has multiple pools, so it never felt too crowded, and there were always plenty of loungers available. It created a really relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a couple’s getaway.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, everyone was welcoming and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. Their service really made us feel valued and taken care of.
We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options—both local Thai dishes and international choices. Everything was fresh and delicious, and it was a great way to start each day.
Overall, Graceland Resort & Spa exceeded our expectations. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and great service. We had such a memorable stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for couples looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Phuket.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is very good. Its close enough to the beach that you can take the private boat shuttle or walk without meeting to be tired. The swimming pools are connected to each other and its a very unique experience. We got the loft style room and the children really enjoyed the upstairs. Included a small kitchen with a refrigerator and some cooking utensils which allowed us to have access to good food. There are decent restaurant and seven eleven but they require a fifteen to twenty minute walk. There is one limited tops store slightly closer. The breakfast quality was not so good although their options were diverse. The normal restaurant food quality was not so good and very expensive. The actual cleaning workers and people on the ground were very nice, but the overall organization of the staff and the ability to get feedback was quite limited. IIvan KraljEven if it ended with a nice gesture, the receptionist handing me a keychain gift (not sure if they do that with all guests), with a written request to leave 10/10 review, sadly I couldn't ignore the shortcomings of this hostel that seemed like just a downgraded version of Marco Polo Poshtel (not sure which one came first, but from breakfast to ”funny” wall messages, there was a similar ”creative” signature).
While I was initially attracted by reviews mentioning hostel's cleanliness, I couldn't say I shared the same opinion. Certain public areas were quite messy. The staircase to the first floor (where shoes are forbidden) didnt seem to be cleaned for some time. In the showers (which had a good water pressure), there was mold. None of the three handsoap dispensers in the only bathroom had soap in them. It just felt the staff doesnt have time or organizational skills to maintain everything in working order.
But I was mostly surprised by finding a not clean (i dont want to call it ”used”) bed cover in my bed. It had some fresh stains, hair and crumbles (well, not just on bed cover), and seemed just to be folded after the guest before me (even the folding seemed messed up, so i really thought maybe the bed was forgotten). When I asked the housekeeping to change it, they initially approved. The younger housekeeper started changing everything, sheet included (which i believe is a good way to do it, when it is not certain if the bed was completely changed), but when the older one returned, she made her put the sheet back (the sheet that was thrown on the floor in the meantime), laughing all along. No, that wasnt really funny.
Then instead of letting the young housekeeper put on the new bed cover she brought along, i noticed that the older one brought something that seemed to be the same old bed cover that i complained about (the duvet was already inside). When i asked if that is a new thing, she was convincing me it was. Already at that moment, i felt ridiculed. But i said, ”okay, if you say so.”
After all was done, i came back to my bed, unfolded the bed cover and confirmed my doubt - all this performance of changing the bed, without them changing anything! The only difference was that the bedsheet was also on the floor in the meantime.
This got me really frustrated, mostly because they lied to my face (what for?), and mostly because they invested energy in ”changing” everything while actually just stripping everything off and returning it (why? It takes the same amount of energy to do it for real). Feeling like an *****, i asked what seemed to be the problem? Dont they have clean bedding, or what? But they had. I asked them to give it to me then, and i would happily prepare the bed myself. Which they accepted. Lol.
I dont know, with that poor breakfast, the visual mess, unpleasant ”toilet” scent at hostel entrance, and generally low level of cleanliness (you can see how yellow the pillow is once you remove the pillow case yourself), it felt that other reviews mentioning spotless hygiene were misleading. Or were my standards too high?
In any case, i stayed in a dozen of Phuket hostels during my month here, but none of them tried to insult my intelligence. There are better places, and no, Dorm Hostel sadly doesnt deserve 10/10, to quote the request they tell everyone at check-out.
I also tried to leave them space for hostel improvement, so instead of lowest marks, i left average ones, even if the experience was truly below average.
P.S. When a guest asks whether a ferry with a pick-up operates everywhere in Phuket, a genuinely helpful answer would be ”yes”. And not ”no, it's only our hostel's pickup”. I understand everyone just tries to earn money, but it shouldn't be done by misleading guests who just trustfully ask for information.

SsaiudnThe staff were really welcoming upon arrival, with a drink and fresh towel to cool down. I was given a twin room but the staff kindly put the beds together immediately. The mattress and pillows were so soft and I slept comfortably. One small faul is that there was no remote control for the AC, so I did have to get up in the middle of the night to adjust the settings.

KKLorraineOverall, it was a very good stay. Orn was nice and accommodating and even helped move me to a higher floor the next day. Berna from the restaurant was also friendly and took the time to chat, which was really nice.
The room was refreshed while I was out during the day, which was great, but it would’ve been helpful to be informed beforehand since my personal belongings were left around.
Just a small note — the bathrobe wasn’t set up initially, and only two pillows were provided for a room meant for two guests, so I had to request extra pillows.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaHotel yang mempunyai kelebihan dan kekurangan yang jelas, kemudahan keseluruhan boleh dikatakan tiga bintang, tetapi hotel ini berusaha untuk menyediakan perkhidmatan lima bintang. Kerana ia telah diubahsuai dari Holiday Inn sebelum ini, kemudahannya agak baru, tetapi tahap hiasan adalah pada tahap Atour di China Hanya beberapa jenis bilik mahal yang mempunyai tab mandi. Terdapat banyak aktiviti hotel percuma atau berbayar. Terdapat ramai orang kulit putih dan sangat sedikit keluarga Cina.
Kelebihan: Dua kolam renang utama sangat cantik, terdapat banyak kerusi pantai, dan terdapat pantai persendirian (sebenarnya, ia bersambung dengan pantai beberapa hotel lain, terdapat sofa malas dan tikar jerami di pantai). terdapat seorang wanita meja depan yang boleh berbahasa Cina, ia adalah satu kejutan
Kelemahan: Lokasinya terlalu terpencil. Terdapat tanah ladang di jalan raya. Ia mungkin lebih sesuai untuk keluar dari hotel orang yang menghabiskan masa berhampiran lapangan terbang atau hanya tinggal di hotel ;Pasir di pantai agak kasar
Beberapa petua: Terdapat sebuah restoran tepi laut yang kecil kira-kira 1 minit berjalan kaki ke utara di sepanjang pantai Pemiliknya berbahasa Inggeris dan menunya ada gambar dan masakannya tidak mahal dan ada tempat duduk pemandangan laut mesin ais di koridor di tingkat pertama Anda boleh membawa ais ke minuman DIY di dalam bilik terdapat begitu banyak makanan ringan tempatan di pintu masuk bilik sarapan, anda boleh mencubanya dengan berani

Perkara buruk: Pengurusan hotel tidak bagus dan kakitangan tidak bagus. Kami tinggal selama empat hari, dan kami terpaksa menunggu lebih daripada dua setengah jam untuk memesan makanan pada dua daripada empat hari itu. Semua orang yang datang selepas kami telah makan, dan kami belum makan lagi. Naik, pantai tidak begitu cantik, dan terdapat banyak batu di dalam air.
