"The breakfast was amazing—we really loved it! We also enjoyed relaxing in the onsen, which was a great experience. The hotel is in a great location, and the rooftop offers a nice ocean view. Overall, the guest room was quite standard. The only downside was the automated parking system. It took around 5–10 minutes to retrieve our car each time we wanted to leave, which was a bit inconvenient."

Harga berpatutan. Walaupun di Jalan 3, ia adalah setengah jam berjalan kaki dari pantai, tetapi masih mudah untuk ke Terminal 21, dengan banyak pilihan makanan, minuman dan hiburan di sekitar."

"Rooms with a minimum of comfort but ok. What is not ok is the broken elevator, which goes into Out of service mode frequently with passengers inside. Also the blind out curtains in the rooms but be closed properly and the sun will blind your eyes first thing in the morning!"

"Room was quiet, despite the party at the pool. They have ala carte Breakfats at 7 am if you want No phone in the room, if yiu need to call info deck, yiu can call them near the elevator. They have slef service laundry You can play pingpong and billiards Gym was cozy too"

The rooftop pool offers a beautiful view, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel may need to improve its advertising and provide more accurate information. I went to the 7th floor, but unfortunately it was not accessible because it had been completely damaged by a fire. The swimming pool was also disappointing. There were no towels available, and if you asked for one, you had to pay extra. Overall, the hotel was not bad, but it definitely needs more work and improvement."

"Good location next to the North Pattaya Bus Station, Lotus, Terminal 21. To reach the beach will takes around 15-20 min by step. Wifi is OK, I was listening online books, no issue except the last day of my stay - wifi was disconnected from my room with no reason. Staff is very friendly, polite, smiling, ready to assist 2 small bottles of water every day, also towels was changed daily. But bedshit with spots. Could be great to have a beach for sun no white colour. Unfortunately I count sleep even one night good because of the noise of AC so bad and old, leaking on the middle of the night. Around 8-9 am can hear how kids are screening next to the swimming pool and birds at 6 am disturbed me badly. The furniture should be paited again. The sink in the bathroom should be clean, was dirty. I can't say it's 4 star hotel. 2-3 only. Swimming pools is good but not enough sunbeds."
