"Great hotel for families! The water park and pools were awesome, and our baby had so much fun. The room was clean, comfortable, and had complimentary amenities. The whole place was nice, well-maintained, and family-friendly. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pattaya with kids."

"I traveled with my little furry baby (dog), and we had a wonderful stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and provided excellent information and assistance.
One thing I really appreciated was that the hotel has ramps wherever there are changes in floor levels. This makes it very convenient for families with children, pet owners, and elderly guests, as strollers and wheelchairs can easily move around the property.
The location is great, and overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it!"

Only one point is it located on northern Pattaya and far away from the attractions, so if you don’t have tour own car, it might be difficult for you to travel. Rather than that, good view, various kinds of breakfast type. Good and well mannered staff.
The beach is private but due to its location near to the port, so it is oily.."

"A wonderful hotel! Very helpful staff, clean rooms, excellent service, delicious breakfasts, good Wi-Fi, clean pool. I would especially like to mention the variety of food for breakfast — everyone can find something to their taste, from fresh pastries to healthy muesli with fruit. "I had a wonderful stay at Akara Hotel Pattaya and was really impressed by how modern, comfortable, and well-designed the hotel is. The location is excellent, with Terminal 21 just a short walk away, plus plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and convenience stores nearby.
The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with beautiful views of Pattaya. One of my favorite parts was definitely the rooftop swimming pool and bar. The view from the top floor is amazing, especially around sunset, and it’s a perfect place to relax and take photos. The breakfast also had a good variety of choices, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
Overall, Akara is a great choice if you’re looking for a stylish and relaxing hotel in Pattaya with a convenient location, beautiful views, and excellent facilities. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for both couples and leisure travelers."

"We had a wonderful stay at Manditel North Pattaya. The hotel is new, very clean, and everything looks exactly like the photos. The room was spacious, bright, and comfortable, with a large balcony. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had everything we needed, including a refrigerator, kettle, and a good workspace.
The bathroom was spotless, with strong hot water and quality amenities. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the entire hotel was exceptionally clean.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Check-in was quick and easy. The location is quiet, which made it easy to relax, while shops, cafés, and the main areas of Pattaya were just a short drive away.
Considering the quality, cleanliness, and comfort, this hotel offers excellent value for money. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pattaya."

The outdoor swimming pool is fantastic (and great for families since there is a kids' section), and they have a functional gym and sauna on-site. To top it all off, the daily breakfast buffet was excellent with a huge variety of hot dishes, including a delicious noodle soup station.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and always greeted me with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pattaya and will definitely be returning!"

NNattiya N.I stayed at the TJ Hotel and the experience was truly excellent in every way. The location is one of its strong points: easily accessible from the city's main attractions, it allows for easy travel.
The room deserves a special mention: a huge, extremely comfortable double bed ensures perfect rest after a busy day. The bathroom is modern and well-designed, featuring a bathtub and shower, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and very clean, with an above-average level of comfort. You can clearly sense the attentive and professional management, and the staff is always available.
I would also like to highlight the friendliness of the staff. The team members at both check-in and check-out were very warm and welcoming. The pool staff and housekeeping team were always smiling, greeting guests in a genuinely friendly manner throughout the stay.
Although the hotel is not directly on the beachfront, it is only a short walk to Jomtien Beach. There are plenty of food options along the beach, and it is also conveniently located near several well-known restaurants.
One unforgettable highlight was the birthday room decoration arranged for my husband. The hotel did a wonderful job decorating the room in a cute, beautiful, and romantic style, especially with the candles placed on the bed. What exceeded our expectations even more was the cake prepared on the table and a plate of fruit arranged in the refrigerator. It was a truly thoughtful and memorable touch.
The common areas, including the pool and relaxation area, are also pleasant and well-maintained. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent balance of quality, location, and price. A reliable and highly recommended choice for a stay in Jomtien, Pattaya. I would definitely love to come back again.

Jjeffryalbert_sI recently stayed at Arbour Hotel and Residence Pattaya for my birthday trip and had a fantastic overall experience! The hotel is very nice with top-notch amenities, including convenient free valet parking and a delicious breakfast spread. The staff added such thoughtful touches for my birthday, surprising me with a complimentary cake and cute animal figures made out of towels.
The only hiccup during our stay was with the hot water, which was only working properly on my second day. When the issue happened around midnight, the staff let us use a nearby checked-out room just so we could take a shower. While moving between rooms late at night was pretty inconvenient, I really appreciated their effort, they dispatched an engineer immediately to work on the issue, even though it couldn't be fixed that night.
On top of that, they left us a heartfelt written apology letter and sent a fresh fruit platter to our room, which showed how much they care about their guests. Despite the minor hot water issue, the outstanding customer service made it a memorable stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will definitely stay at Arbour again next time I'm in Pattaya!

The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious.
What surprised and deeply touched us was how they handled a forgotten item. When my friend left something behind, the staff arranged to ship it to Bangkok with top-notch security. I would definitely love to stay here again!

This was my first visit to Srinn hotel. It looks bright and clean from the outside, a fact that continues throughout. (Plus point).
The reception is light and airy, and modern in design, although it could be better laid out to make the most of the space. Such as an area with a sandwich toaster and microwave which is placed in a position where egress and access to the rooms is, narrowing the space, making it awkward for large cases or people walking in opposite directions. A better option would be to move this area to the far side of reception, where there is a random table holding nothing but a few nick nacks.
On checking in, the staff, two very friendly ladies, we're busy with several guests, and what looked like a ton of paperwork. I feared a long wait.
But no, the ladies were supremely efficient, and within a few minuets I had my key and was on my way to the room. All this with amazing, happy smiling, and most welcoming attitude. (Oh, how I wish this was how all hotel receptionits were.)
Remembering this hotel markets itself in the budget category, that on arrival the porter-cum-security guard/car park attendant, had marshalled me into a parking bay, although there was only one other car there, then carried my luggage, albeit two relitivly small bags, to reception, before showing me to my room. Not something one generally experiences in a hotel in this catagory. He was not a bellhop looking for a tip, as once in my room he wished me a pleasant stay and was immediately gone.
The room. Light, airy and a good size, with a fair size balcony.the double bed is smaller than many, but not all, hotels in this class, more of a European double, not queen or king size. Comfortable mattress. The pillows were passed their best; once your head touched them they became wafer the. This was resolved with a simple request, and within moments I had newer firmer pillows. Bed linen clean, white, crisp, fresh... full marks.
One oddity, there being only one bedisde table (night stand). It seems they only plaved one as the other side of the bed is nearer the wardroab, but If the bed was moved a foot or so to the left, there would be plenty of room for a stand on each side of the bed without restricting wardrobe access. (As I say, the bed is not large).
The wardrobe had clothes hangers, drawers, and houses a small in-room safe.
A large smart TV stands on a low sidebord/counter, but would be better wall mounted, as it prevents the sideboard being utilised for any functional purpose.
A fridge, a cafe style round table with two chairs, a full length mirror, and some shelving completes the bedroom.
A kettle, mugs, & teaspoons provided, along with a daily allowance of two sachets of 3in1 coffee.
Complimentary toothbrushes, cotten ear buds, shower cap, are supplied. Shower gel and shampoo in large pump action bottles are in the bathroom. (Not my favourite. I always take my own toiletries).
Towels, white, soft, fluffy, two hand, two bath. Full marks for those.
Bathroom relitivly small, and the shower instalation is cobbled together like an afterthought. The showerhead spraying water in all directions, this needs attention.
The balcony hosts a wicker cafe style round table and two chairs.
Smoking, should you indulge, is permitted on the balcony, but thankfully, not in the rooms.
One more oddity. Part of the hotel, in front of the car park, is a 'coffee cabin' with a shaded seating area. Unfortunately, this was not open... due to it being low season? I'm not certain this is correct.
So, all in all, I rank this as a superior budget hotel, with an exceptional, dare I say fantastic, crew of staff from reception, to porter, to room maid.
If the small things I've mention here were addressed, it would be almost perfect.
As it stands, I put this at the top of my budget hotel league in Pattaya, but reserve the points for improvement.

PPengguna TetamuWe booked this hotel for a two-night stay, arriving late around 22:00. While we originally booked a small twin room with no balcony, we decided to upgrade to a Junior Suite with a balcony upon arrival.
🛏️ The Room & Comfort
The Good: The room is exceptionally large and completely pest-free (no bugs, roaches, or bad smells). The bed is excellent, featuring a large, comfortable mattress with fresh white bedding and a warm blanket. Sockets are conveniently located in every corner.
The Bad: Our second-floor balcony sat directly above a designated smoking area. In the shower, it was hard to make the water just warm, it was always either too cold or too hot.
📺 Appliances & Tech
WiFi: Did not work upon arrival, though staff resolved the issue by the second day.
Television: Very old, non-smart TV with no Netflix, YouTube, or international channels. The screen flickered constantly, making it look like a bad 90s video filter.
Air Conditioning: Old and noisy, but it successfully cooled the room down very quickly.
Kitchenette: Includes a microwave and a stove, but no pots or frying pans are provided. You must bring your own cookware if you plan to use the stove.
🍳 Dining & Breakfast
Served buffet-style and tasted amazing.
Features plenty of eggs, chicken, pork, fresh/cooked vegetables, fresh fruit, and baked goods.
But there were no seafood or fish available.
🌳 Hotel Grounds & Location
Ambiance: Very cozy, traditional Asian-style property decorated with beautiful elephant statues, koi carp ponds, and fragrant blossoming trees.
Unbeatable location. A 7-Eleven is less than a 1-minute walk away. Jomtien Beach and the main bus terminal are both a short 5-minute walk. Local songthaew run directly past the hotel.
🔄 Verdict
We would happily stay here again for a short-term visit, but the outdated electronics and shower issues might make a long stay frustrating

I thought the square footage would be small, but it was more spacious than I expected, and since it was newly built, I lived comfortably. I went up to the rooftop swimming pool during the day, but it was so hot and hot that I just came down.

The restaurant offers a huge variety of different options although the breakfast was the only average part. The swimming pools are nice and well looked after and the massage bed beside the pool is a very nice touch. I recommend everyone to try it at least once. The staff was very nice,cheerfull and very much helpful and ready to assist us in any matter. The gym was very underwhelming for me as the equipment is very very limited and it’s not a 24h gym as other hotels around here offer. The hotel is located by the beach so that is a big advantage as well. Overall I enjoyed my time here and I praise the staff for the wonderful hospitality and the smooth service they provided us.

Just one negative I accidentally knocked a glass in the middle of the night and it broke which I cleaned up. I advised the cleaner so she would be careful not to cut herself getting rid of the plastic rubbish bag. They then returned with a male employee to charge me for the glass 150 baht. I declined to pay due to spending approx 19 nights at the hotel in the last 12 months spending over $2000. Also had a mate with me first time 10 nights spending over $1000 on accommodation. They tried to charge me again when I booked out and i explained I was not going to pay due to the income I had paid them over the last 12 months. Not sure what the outcome was I had to catch my ride to the airport. As you can understand it is not the money but the principle. If this hadn’t occurred Service would be marked as a 5.
