my experience was mixed. The location is great — very close to the beach, which is definitely a plus. The room was neat and clean, and overall the property looked well-maintained.
However, the front desk experience was disappointing. The male receptionist was extremely rude. I was simply waiting for another person, standing a step behind, and he kept telling me “Wait, wait, wait” multiple times in a harsh tone. That kind of behavior is not acceptable and leaves a poor impression. On the other hand, the female staff members were polite and more professional.
The breakfast was just average — not quite what you’d expect from a three-star hotel. Additionally, the amenities could be improved: no toothbrush or slippers were provided, and we had to request them separately.
Overall, while the location and room were good, the rude receptionist and lack of basic amenities took away from the experience.

Enjoyed staying at Jomtien palm beach hotel.
Staff was always kind and friendly. Very hard working.
Breakfast buffet was very good, lots of selection of varies veggies, noodles and veggies, American breakfast of toast, eggs, meat etc.. Omlette station was very well done. Lots of drink options. The chef (Damrong Chapanya) introduced himself us and was very friendly, nice and personable. He was in the dining area making sure everything was filled, cleaned. He did an amazing job.
You can tell hotel was older and needed some TLC like around the large pool on outside main entrance. Whatever is used to clean pool isn’t keeping up, water appears dirty and murky.
The pool on the 3rd floor other tower of hotel was amazing, very clean, hardly anyone there. A true gem.
Room was very clean, and nice touch having 2 comfortable chairs and a table near the window.
The main entrance of the hotel, hallways and other entrance to other tower of hotel rooms was gorgeous. You can tell this was a grand hotel when it was built. Lots of very clean and nice bathrooms on main level. Convenience store good prices and not really expensive.
Although I didn’t play pool or play bowling both looked amazing and high end pool tables.. gorgeous. There was also a gym looked well equipped.
If I was to return to the area I would definitely stay there again.

I booked for 1 night and decided to stay the next night. I went to the reception desk and was told that the only rooms left were the very expensive ones. Got onto booking. Com and got the room I was staying in for a third of the price quoted at reception. Not quite sure what this hotel is thinking. As I was going to cheak out had I not looked at booking. Come. That apart the room was fine, clean and great value for money. The staff were on the whole very nice.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
The staff were very friendly and always willing to help with any requests.
The location is convenient, close to restaurants and public transportation.
Breakfast was good with a variety of choices, and the dining area was clean.
The hotel facilities were well organized and easy to use.
Overall, this hotel offers good value for money.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future.

The room and the bathroom were very clean.

The hotel is very close to Jomtien Beach, and there are many markets, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby. The location is excellent.

I booked a Deluxe Corner Sea View Room, and the ocean view from the room was absolutely beautiful.
Pros:
The hotel parking lot is very large, so there is no need to worry if you visit with a private car. The hotel itself is very big, and the swimming pool facilities are excellent. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food, and it was delicious and satisfying compared to other hotels. The surrounding infrastructure is very convenient, and the hotel offers clean rooms, a smart TV, a large balcony, beautiful sea views, and friendly staff. Overall, this hotel has many advantages.
Cons:
One downside is that the room itself is quite small. Inside the room, there is only one table and one chair, so there is not much space if you want to eat food or enjoy drinks with a partner or friend.
Overall:
Overall, this hotel has many strong points. The size of the hotel, cleanliness, and the surrounding infrastructure are all excellent compared to other hotels in Jomtien. However, the room size could be considered a drawback. If you book a larger room than the Deluxe Corner Sea View Room that I stayed in, you may be more satisfied with the space, but the value for money might decrease. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. If I visit Jomtien again in the future, I would consider staying at this hotel again.

The hotel & staff are excellent we have stayed here many times but unfortunately we had some major concerns with some of the many Russian quests staying here, being ****** towards westerners, rude, arrogant, extremely bad manners, I even got told by a middle aged lady it was their hotel and not for me !!!
We witnessed some stealing lots of food into bags in backpacks at the breakfast buffet, throwing our pool towels off our sunbeds by the pool then refusing to move
Talking to reception I got pushed in the back then the lady moved in between myself and the counter to loundly voice something in Russian she wanted.
I could continue writing more but what’s the point as this type of behaviour will obviously continue but not for us as unfortunately our future stays here is finished completely and we will stay somewhere else that is not over run by ****** quests.

Жили (хорошо, что 1 ночь ) на 15 этаже. При выходе из лифта сразу впечатление испортил старый, грязный ковролин. На фото видно, что там грязь вековая. Далее нас встретила дверь в номер, дверь видавшая виды, зашарпанная, ручка с замком, который любой первоклассник вскроет за секунду. В номере чисто, но освещение вечером очень скудное. По мне, так от фонарика ручного было бы куда светлее. Балкон большой, обшарпанный. Ни стула, ни стола.
Завтраки это отдельный трэш. 5 «горячих» блюд, для массовости они слева и справа продублированы. Яйца жареные холоднючие, просто жуть. Из жидкого, похлебка непонятно из кого и из чего и какая-то молочная жижа. Из овощей: листья салата, морковь и огурец, из фруктов: арбуз и ананас. Кофе удачный. Из вкусного это хлеб, который ты сам прогоняешь через тостер и мажешь потом его джемом или маслом.
В общем, очень эконом вариант гостиница. Наверно, есть и хуже, но нам это не известно и на том хорошо.
Жили там вынуждено 1 сутки, так как квартира в кондо через дорогу была занята.

The hotel is nice and located in a great spot, but the breakfast variety needs significant improvement. We were very disappointed to find that an expensive New Year’s Eve dinner was automatically included in our price. This was not mentioned in our Trip.com confirmation and felt like a ”tricky” hidden fee. The food at the gala was quite simple for such a high price. On a positive note, the staff put on an interesting show featuring Thai dancing and boxing (I hope they were paid extra for their hard work!), though the singer and band were unremarkable.

The manager (i forgot the name) she assisted us by that time around 15:00 on March 6, we booked only the Superior room with seaview then they upgraded from normal room to the room with kitchen and laundry with the sea view. Thank you so much for that.
But the cleanliness of our room is a bit disappointing, first our pillow have smell of something just like somone used and didn't replace it. second the trash under the sink, used towels and robes didn't collect when we ask for make up room. But the location is perfect, it is located nearby the beach and in front of the mall. So it is very easy to us to buy the things we needed.

EE AbanicoThis was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and accommodating. Being personally driven to our room added a unique and memorable touch to the stay.
When we entered the room, we were honestly amazed. It is rare for a hotel to exceed its promotional photos, but this one truly did. The room was immaculate, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully designed. The complimentary minibar was a generous inclusion and added even more value to the experience.
Service throughout our stay was outstanding. The front desk team were always available and quick to assist with any request. The restaurant delivered high quality meals for both dinner and breakfast, and the onsen and sauna facilities were incredibly relaxing and a fantastic benefit to have included at no extra cost.
Considering the overall experience, the value for the price point is exceptional and well worth it. My only regret is not booking this property sooner. If I return to Pattaya, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

笑笑莉草Absolutely loved our stay at [Hotel Name]! The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. Staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us plan city tours. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. Will definitely return! location – steps away from the metro and walking distance to major attractions. The concierge gave excellent dinner recommendations. Rooms are cozy with comfortable beds. Highly recommend for city explorers。truly 5-star experience! From the stunning rooftop pool to the gourmet restaurant, every detail was impeccable. Special thanks to the staff for arranging a surprise birthday cake. Worth every

JJamgatoThis hotel is very nice, but it needs better maintenance. Rooms are formidable, huge, comfortable and clean. The swimming pool is big and full of palms and trees.
The staffs were very friendly and helpful!! There's a small gym, although in a poor maintenance, but with AC.
The breakfast was excellent, every day new dishes and lots of varieties!!!
Location is not so good, far from every place! I was walking towards to the coast 20 minutes, from where I could catch public transport to downtown for just 10B.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was soft, the air-conditioning worked well, and the balcony provided a great spot to unwind. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh throughout my stay.
The pool area was one of the highlights. There are plenty of loungers, the water is clean, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing. The beach is only a few steps away, making it easy to switch between the pool and the sea.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and everyone I interacted with was polite and willing to assist. Breakfast had a decent variety—nothing overly fancy, but enough options to start the day satisfied.
Overall, Welcom World Beachfront Resort is a solid choice for anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront stay. It strikes a nice balance between comfort, value, and convenience. I’d happily return.

The rooms is small but it’s okay for just 1 night trip and great value, there is limited car park and operated on a first-come, first-served basis. The staffs were nice and helpful.

PPengguna TetamuI actually like this hotel. The reception area is very nice, and there is a large bar in the alley adjacent to reception. My room was nice. It had Thai style furnishings, and looked nice. The balcony was large and had a table and two chairs. I didn't go to the pool, but I could see it from my balcony, and it looked very nice. I never went to the exercise room, because the pictures online just showed a bike and elliptical type machine, but I don't think they have any weights there ~ other than a few kettle bells. I had a small refrigerator, a water kettle, and safe, so it was fine for a short stay. It is centrally located and is in a very walkable area. The only bad thing was the air conditioning unit blew directly on the bed, I tried to adjust the sway and fan speed to make it less noticeable, but nothing I did worked. So, I have had a sore throat for the past few days. Overall, it is a nice place for short stays. The pool seemed very nice, but if you don't need a pool, then staying at a guesthouse might be a good alternative. I didn't eat the food there. I had my Do Not Disturb sign up most of the time, and they do not bother you or provide any towels / water in that case, but they cleaned my room once and did a good job. Overall, it is a solid hotel.
