Proses daftar masuk dengan cepat dan mereka memerlukan deposit 1000/malam jadi sediakan sedikit wang tunai, lobi tidak besar tetapi kelihatan hebat. GCP Ratchadamri terletak di tempat yang sangat mudah, boleh berjalan kaki ke pusat beli-belah fesyen platinum C besar dan centralworld. Bilik yang sangat luas dan bersih, dengan katil bersaiz king dan pemandangan tingkap yang bagus. Kelemahannya ialah mandi sangat sukar untuk melaraskan suhu, sama ada terlalu panas atau terlalu sejuk sangat tidak stabil. Terakhir saya cadangkan pihak pengurusan hotel meletakkan sebotol kecil cecair pencuci pinggan supaya tetamu boleh mencuci peralatan pada bila-bila masa, secara keseluruhan kami sangat menikmati penginapan kami di GCP.

Added another room for my siblings. We booked this hotel based on recommendations from others.
We have elderly with us so walking to and fro hotel - bts can be challenging for them.
The hotel provided free tuk tuk service to bts.
We used it once but since traffic was bad during peak hours, tuk tuk was still slower than walking.
Close to central world. Just walk from the BTS.
Breakfast - thumbs up.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is convenient, with the metro right nearby, so getting around the city was easy.
The room was clean and spacious, and housekeeping came every day. I loved that I could choose a time that worked for me.
The staff were friendly and helpful. There’s also a café on the rooftop where you can grab breakfast, plus a pool. Honestly, I didn’t find any downsides. I was very happy with everything and would definitely stay here again.

Satu pengalaman yang sangat unik dan menyenangkan, sebagai pengembara solo. Saya tidak pernah menginap di tempat seperti ini sebelum ini, jadi ia terasa unik di Thailand. Katil asrama bersih dan selesa. Bilik pancuran mandian komunal luas dan bersih.
Bagi aspek *** dan komuniti, malangnya sebahagian besar tetamu ketika saya menginap di sana nampaknya orang Cina dan seolah-olah berpegang pada kumpulan mereka sendiri. Ini bukan salah hostel itu sendiri, dan mungkin ia hanya masa yang tidak sesuai.
Masuk sauna disertakan - ia berdekatan, tetapi BUKAN di bangunan utama. Hostel tidak semestinya kotor - ia adalah apa yang anda buat. Jika anda hanya mahu pergi ke sana dan berkawan/mempunyai ruang yang selamat untuk bercakap tentang perkara-perkara queer, itu juga tidak mengapa. Jangan biarkan konsep itu menakutkan anda.

Had a lovely stay at Grande Centre Point Ploenchit in January for my birthday getaway 🎂✨. The manager surprised us with a room upgrade and a beautifully decorated birthday setup — such a thoughtful touch 🥰.
We were lucky to stay on a high floor, as lower floors may be noisy from traffic 🚗. Location is great, with easy access to Chidlom and Ploenchit BTS stations 🚆.
Only downside is there are just 4 lifts, so waiting time can be longer during peak hours ⏳. Also, only one nearby 7-Eleven, but it’s manageable 😊.
Overall, wonderful service and comfort. Will definitely stay here again! 💖

always loved the location along Langsuan . one of the budget friendly stays along the expensive district. cannot compare with most of the other status along Langsuan, but the others also cannot compare this hotel's pricing too.
clean enough to accept, floor is clean, toilet fairly clean, though mirrors were dusty and basin dated with age. need is clean, balcony doors cannot be locked, lifts does go into maintenance mode once in a while. interior is modern but exterior unkept, not painted, paint peeling.

staff friendly, view of the backyard is therapeutic, able to see squirrels and birds and cats roaming around. hardly able to see Such view in the city.
if maintained well, it would be a best stay for me imo.

I was super happy with The Duchess Hotel even if the gym and restaurant is not available during my stay.
This hotel truly became my home away from home during my stay of more than two weeks. The room (1706) is beautifully designed and very comfortable, with a spacious kitchen, living, and dining area combined, plus a lovely bedroom and a very nice bathroom. It has everything you need for a long and relaxing stay. The location is also very close to Lumphini Park and we’re able to walk every morning, One Bangkok Mall and Dusit Central Park.
The space, comfort, and overall atmosphere made my time here in Thailand extremely enjoyable. We were able to cook noodles and other short meals. Staying here felt easy, convenient, and very welcoming.
I will definitely come back to this hotel on my next trips to Thailand. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, space, and a place that truly feels like home.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Far enough from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok but near enough to everything. 5 mins to Central World, walkable to BTS Chit Lom and Siam and there's a 7-11 nearby. Hotel offers shuttle services. Super convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room service was quick. Pool and gym well maintained. Decent breakfast. Easy stay.

Luas dan banyak ruang untuk menyimpan bagasi anda. Kemudahan asas disediakan seperti tuala, berus gigi dan selipar bilik. Satu-satunya masalah bagi saya ialah jaraknya yang dekat dengan pusat bandar. Agak sukar untuk bergerak melainkan anda tahu sedikit bahasa Thai. Lebih seperti kawasan kejiranan tempatan jika anda bertanya kepada saya. Tetapi selain itu, saya akan mengatakan ia adalah hotel yang bagus hanya di antara pusat bandar ke lapangan terbang.

PPengguna TetamuThe hostel is very modern and generally clean. The staff are very accommodating. The bed I was assigned to had a broken towel rack and ants around the bed and the staff immediately agreed to switch beds for me. While there were fewer ants at the new bed, there was a baby cockroach running around the locker portion of the bed. It was late and my last night when I saw the cockroach so I didn't bother asking for a change but I do think better pest control could be something the hostel should look into.

CCurt 常鹰We saved this hotel until last – slightly fancier than the other 3 in our time in Thailand – as a little final night trip, and unfortunately, it was the most disappointing of the lot. The price, by global standards, might not be eye-watering. But by Thailand prices, it was certainly higher end, at over 800rmb per night with a ~450 (2000bht) deposit upon arrival. It did not meet those standards, I'm afraid to say.
First things first, it should be said that it is fairly easy to get to on the MTR system, just a very short walk from Hwai Khwang, though it should be pointed out that when using Trip to find the location of Google Maps, I was given the wrong spot (further down the road, so actually a nice surprise to see it was closer, and I wont hold this against the hotel as it is likely nothing to do with them.)
Serve at check-in was good, bags carried up the stairs for us and taken to the room with the porter stood waiting as we arrived. Check-in staff were as friendly as one would expect at a Marriott-run hotel of this quality, & though I was slightly surprised by the price of the deposit it was ultimately fine.
We had booked a deluxe room with a double bed, and were told that since there was none available (?), we'd be upgraded to a Premier. Looking at the app since, I'm struggling to see where they differ. The decor in the Premier is perhaps a bit more modern, but they are the same size with the same bathroom (more on that later), and the lower price-point is on a much higher floor (ergo better view, I'd assume). In truth, had I paid for a Premier & been greeted with our room, I'd have been even more disappointed.
The room was fine, but I'm not sure much more than that. A decent size, though by no means surprisingly big. It was at least quite airy, and the bed pretty comfortable, though seriously lacking in plug sockets. I find it rare to see a hotel these days without plug sockets on both sides of the bed, especially a hotel at this price point. It meant that only one phone could be charged nearby, the other on the table on the other side of the room.
The bathroom, though, was really, really disappointing (& that's putting it lightly). The bathtub might have been a nice touch, had it not quite clearly had dried on blood stains in it. I've never experienced this in any hotel I've ever stayed at, no matter how cheap. Let alone at one double the price of anywhere else we stayed in Bangkok and Thailand! The sink, too, was clearly scratched up dirty, with two clear globs of dried on mucus. No face washing in there for us. Fortunate perhaps, given the number of towels provided too was pretty light. The bin in the bathroom also came with no bin bag. I'd hope that the inside is therefore cleaned regularly, but given what we'd seen before, I wasn't filled with hope.
Elswhere, breakfast was generally of expected quality. Nothing to write home about per se, but a very nice dining area and good service in fairness. The coffee was decent, though again by no means hugely memorable. The swimming pool is a highlight, offering great views across the city (indeed, the view from our room was quite nice too – though can't help thinking it would be better from a higher floor, like in the cheaper rooms!), with ample comfy beds and free towels. It might be a bit small in peak season, but there were only 3 other groups sharing with us, so plenty of space for a swim.
We also enjoyed the massage (850bht). The price was not included in the room fee, but I thought 850 seemed a decent price for the quality and the convenience.
Each of these things could be the most memorable part of the trip, were we not greeted by the dirtiest bathroom I've ever experienced in a hotel. & that's a real pity, because it was so avoidable too! Especially from a Marriott hotel, I'd really expect better.

Free shuttle boat service to Sathorn Pier of which you can easily transfer to Icon Siam. Walking distance to Asiatique which was surprisingly bustling even at 10pm.

GGarreth HuntBangkok was the last stop on our trip to Thailand and we booked this hotel as a treat to end our trip given it's 5 star status. We were left very disappointed...
The lobby is lovely and is indicative of a high end hotel but that's where it ended unfortunately. The rooms are 3 star at best. We had booked a room with a balcony specifically but the initial room we were given didn't have one. The staff were very helpful and moved us to another room with a balcony, however the balcony was surrounded by fans so we had limited views. We were offered another room on our second day with a better balcony but the room itself was smaller so we opted to stay where we were. From what we could see, none of the balconies are great so I would avoid paying the extra for rooms with them.
The pool is cold and in need of some work, the grout is coming away in many areas creating sharp edges in spots. Also not 5 star quality.
Breakfast was the nicest setup and offering we had seen in Thailand.

Check-in was easy and smooth with welcome infused water, and the on-site café was excellent, with delicious breakfast pastries. The beds were firm and clean, the room was comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning and making our beds daily. We also appreciated that both of our rooms were booked next to each other, which made travelling as a family much easier. Our fourteen-year-old’s bed was already made up upon arrival, which was a thoughtful touch.
John, the concierge, was outstanding. He managed to book a same-day bike tour for our family of six and also kindly arranged our airport transfer. His service truly stood out and made our stay even better.
Our only disappointment was New Year’s Eve. We had planned to ring in the new year at the rooftop venue, but it was fully booked. I had messaged the hotel in advance through the Trip app but didn’t receive a response. Instead, we followed a restaurant recommendation from the front desk, only to arrive 56 minutes before closing and be told the kitchen was already closed. Two other nearby restaurants were also closed, so we ended up grabbing snacks from the 7-Eleven across the street. The hotel kindly unlocked our balcony so we could at least watch the fireworks from our room.
The rooftop restaurant is beautiful, and the pool area is also very nice, although the water was quite cold, so we didn’t swim. The location is a bit far out, but overall, we enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it and booked a third night. A great hotel with excellent service, especially from the concierge, and we would happily stay again.

Turun di stesen dan berjalan selama 3 minit sahaja. Bilik di tingkat 28 mempunyai bilik mandi yang sangat bersih. Kakitangan perkhidmatan yang baik, cantik. Katilnya bersih dan selesa. tiada bunyi bising Tidur lena sehingga pagi. Hotel ini mempunyai sarapan di tingkat 8 Bagi makanan, terdapat kolam renang yang panjang secara keseluruhan, sangat bagus.

Cons
The rooms are very outdated. Furniture, walls, corners, and the bathroom show visible wear and damage. The rooms clearly need renovation.
The photos on the listing do not reflect the current condition of the rooms. They look much newer than they actually are.
A stove was listed as an amenity, but in reality it was not usable — it was covered with a fixed wooden panel and could not be opened.
There is no tea or coffee in the room, despite a coffee machine being shown in the photos. Tea is available at the reception during daytime only.
The air conditioner is very noisy. It is controlled via a wall panel (no remote control) with limited settings, and even on the lowest mode the noise is noticeable.
There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom, so steam stays in the room after showering unless the door is opened.
The TV offers only Thai channels. There is no Smart TV and no option to connect a phone.
The kitchen area has a sink, cabinets, and basic dishes, but it is not functional due to the lack of a stove.
Despite cleaning, the room looks visually worn because of the overall condition of the walls and ceiling.
Pros
The bed is comfortable, with two pillows per person.
Clean bed linen.
The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure.
The room includes a new hairdryer, a refrigerator, dishes, and cutlery.
There is a balcony facing the courtyard, where smoking is allowed.
The staff were polite and helpful. The receptionist spoke good English and explained everything clearly, and the housekeeping staff were also very friendly.
The hotel provides a golf cart shuttle to nearby shopping malls.
The location is convenient, close to M-Sphere, Emporium, and the M District, which was the main reason we chose this hotel.
Overall
Suitable for a short stay of one night.
The main drawback is the outdated rooms and mismatch with the photos.
The location and staff are the hotel’s strongest points.

Минусы
Номера сильно устаревшие. Мебель, стены, углы и ванная с потёртостями и сколами, требуется обновление и ремонт.
Фотографии на сайте не соответствуют текущему состоянию номеров: выглядят новыми, тогда как по факту номера давно не обновлялись.
В номере была заявлена плита, но фактически она отсутствовала — была закрыта и зафиксирована деревянной панелью, воспользоваться ею невозможно.
В номере нет чая и кофе, несмотря на то, что на фотографиях присутствует кофемашина. Чай можно взять на ресепшене в дневное время.
Кондиционер шумный, работает без переносного пульта, управление осуществляется с настенного блока с ограниченным количеством режимов. Даже на минимальном режиме шум заметный.
В туалете нет вытяжки, после душа пар остаётся в комнате, уходит только при открытой двери.
Телевизор показывает только тайские каналы, Smart TV отсутствует, подключение телефона невозможно.
Кухонная зона оборудована раковиной, шкафчиками и посудой, но нефункциональна из-за отсутствия плиты.
Из-за общего износа поверхностей номер визуально выглядит неаккуратно, несмотря на уборку.
Плюсы
Удобная кровать, по две подушки на человека.
Чистое постельное бельё.
Ванная комната была чистой, хороший напор воды.
В номере есть новый фен, холодильник, посуда и столовые приборы.
Есть балкон, выходящий во двор, на котором можно курить.
Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал: девушка на ресепшене хорошо говорит по-английски и подробно всё объясняет, горничные также оставили приятное впечатление.
Предоставляется гольф-кар трансфер до ближайших торговых центров.
Удобное расположение рядом с M-Sphere, Emporium и M-кварталом, что было основной причиной выбора отеля.
Итог
Подходит для краткой остановки на одну ночь.
Основной минус — сильно устаревшие номера и несоответствие фотографиям.
Расположение и персонал — сильные стороны отеля.

PPengguna Tetamurooms and hotel is clean. location is a bit of a far walk away from the MRT. I would always take a bike into the hotel as the walk is too long and the alley is really narrow. booked the hotel because i saw the onsen facilities but when i arrived the onsen was under repair/renovation which was a huge bummer. room size was good, however soundproofing not that great. could hear my neighbours loud and clear, especially from my toilet. the shower water temperature changes on it’s own as well, from really hot to normal which needs to be looked at. overall it is a pleasant stay but the huge downer for me was the onsen since it’s the main reason why i booked the hotel.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is situated almost the end of silom but close to Hindu temple for me to visit and more convenient for me to worship almost everyday when I get bored or when I have Sth in my mind . The breakfast is the same old same old and no matter time fly so is the same but u need to rotating the hot breakfast menu and too minimise a food cost and food waste after service. The room was great ! And thanks for an upgrade with the tup and made me to relax after the humid and hot day or after window shopping. The room is clean and housekeeping are friendly and ask for the service . Staff are friendly for checking in and I feel bad when staff complain and u under the pressure and have to get police involve and I want to step up and help u to rectify a problem but I am off duty as I am on a short vocation so next time and don’t be afraid and stay tough with this people cause they complain too much but always pay less and expect more or not enough ( tell them ) or ask them to go to neighbour hood hotel instead or try to negotiate with them and catering the best u can by not getting affect by room revenue . I hope to see u again in the future maybe in other excutive room with a bath tub and view but u all need to refurbish some room or the best type of room to upgrade or selling to a guest and increase room revenue incremental .
