Hotel berhampiran Pantai Rawai, Phuket

The rooms are spotless, exactly as presented. The maids are excellent. The cortiard type grounds are beautifully maintained and the koy karps in the pond and artificial stream under the room's balconies just underscores the Chinese influence, to whom the hotel mainly caters to. Breakfast if tasty but mainly oriented onto the Chinese clients. Location is perfect for Rawai and is very close to the pier from where most of the south-bound boat trips depart from. The pier is also right next to the famous Rawai Seafood Market, where I enjoyed several excellent meals. Would stay here again anytime.

Resort Laut Phuket ialah tempat di Rawai Phuket yang terletak di lokasi yang mengagumkan dan dikendalikan oleh Jemm dan pasukannya dengan hebat. Saya telah tinggal di sana 5 bulan dari 12 bulan yang lalu.. Tiada sebarang masalah untuk saya dan perkhidmatan pelanggan adalah tepat.. Saya akan kembali suatu hari nanti!

Lovely stay, great room with Pool View. Pool lovely. Right on Rawaii beach, close to great bars, restaurants and cafes. Sad to leave. Would definitely stay here again.

Upon arriving here, the reception staff was not very helpful or nice.. it seems as though the rooms are rented out via different agencies so I had to contact them directly to let them know we were here. Even though I travelled with a Thai national, the manager was not very willing to help. Then we had to wait about 10 minutes for the person to arrive to take us to the room. When we got to the room, we were provided with one key, and I had to pay an additional 400 baht for a second key which they said I would get back on checkout. This is silly and annoying. The location is good - right next to 711 and a tops, and the street this is on has everything for a few days stay, however there is really not much to do in Rawai. The room was a decent size, however there were a few things that stood out that made the stay less comfortable and I wish I had stayed somewhere else for the price - The shower temperature was either cold or boiling hot, and would change between these two without touching the handle. It was genuinely impossible to shower well. Having to use a little soap, the wait until the water temp was manageable for a few seconds to was off before it became too hot or cold. Either this or just have a cold shower. The pressure was very low too. There was a bath, but the water pressure meant that it took ages to fill up and I'm not 5 years old, so I really just want a shower. The bed was quite hard and very noisy. Just rolling over sounded like it was going to break. The tv in the living area was good, but the one in the bedroom was not. The cooking hob or element was exceptionally slow to heat up and it took 30 minutes to cook some bacon. It was a shame that the photos look so good, but in reality it was far from it. We spent almost 10 days here and I almost went back to Bangkok for a few days in the middle. Rawai seafood saved the trip really... Amazing seafood helped forget about the hotel!

Checkin and check out was smoothly. Room was a bit far from the hotel lobby, need to climb hill every time back to room. Some staff is friendly like Nam, some staff is not. Kid accidentally broke one saucer of the coffee cup, charged 300 baht for one saucer. The shuttle bus to the beaches is a bit difficult to book, most of time is fully booked. And sometimes seems like the service is not available as we had waited one time at yanui beach from 2-2.40pm, no shuttle bus appears.

The hotel is not far from Rawai Beach. It can be reached within a ten-minute walk. When you get to the beach, you can enjoy the sea breeze and look at the sea view, which is very pleasant.

Place is nice enough, fairly basic but great value at the price. breakfast is just coffee and toast and a couple of pieces of melon. The location was good and the staff friendly. they did charge me a full day on a late check out they could probably have been more flexible on and the desk prices were several hundred baht more a night than using trip.com. Which they refused to match even though my original booking is that price. A bit odd as it is cheaper to use trip.com, and on top they lose the booking fee of about 20%. All in all it was a nice enough place , clean and comfortable at a good price. I would stay hear again, just always using trip.com to book.

Очень чистый и новый отель с приятной атмосферой. Расположение удобное — рядом пляжи Найхарн, Януй и мыс Промтхеп, легко добираться до всех ключевых локаций. Отдельно хочется отметить хозяйку — очень дружелюбная, доброжелательная и всегда готова помочь. Благодаря этому создаётся ощущение уюта и заботы.

Отель находится в прекрасном месте, вид потрясающий! Но сам отель дышит на ладан: мебель грязноватая, полотенца чистые, но уже сильно старые, бассейн маленький и грязный, на террасе деревянная колонна с огромной трещиной вотвот развалится. Мы останавливались на 1 ночь, чтобы встретить рассвет на мысе Промтеп, очень красиво и совсем нет людей, вечером на закате просто куча народа не протолкнуться. На долгий срок не стала бы бронировать. Завтракали мы в ресторане рядом Rock Salt, очень вкусно и вид красивый.

Ia sangat bersih dan cantik, dan lokasinya agak jauh dari jalan, tetapi ia masih sangat bagus tanpa sebarang kesulitan besar. Sarapan pagi sangat lazat. Terima kasih kepada kakitangan yang mesra.
