Обслуживание было превосходным — профессиональным, внимательным и очень приятным. Каждое посещение оставляло только положительные впечатления. Завтраки были великолепными: большой выбор, свежие продукты, отличное качество блюд и очень красивая подача. Особенно запомнился десерт, который шеф-повар приготовил прямо при мне. Это был тирамису — невероятно нежный, идеально сбалансированный и, без преувеличения, один из лучших, что я пробовала. Было видно, сколько внимания и любви здесь вкладывают даже в такие детали. Именно люди делают это место особенным. Весь персонал создаёт атмосферу спокойствия, комфорта и искренней заботы, благодаря чему отдых ощущается по-настоящему особенным. Спасибо всей команде OUTRIGGER Phi Phi Island Resort за прекрасный опыт и незабываемую атмосферу. Это место, куда действительно хочется вернуться.

Everything was excellent about location, amenities.Restaurant is located outside the main building and is sea facing. We booked Deluxe room with Garden view but the hotel reception tried to give us superior room with no view, when we resisted we were offered superior room with view and asked us to take refund as no other room was available. We felt cheated as if we would have accepted cancellation we would have to pay higher prices for instant booking in order Resorts. So we paid higher price for Deluxe double room but given other lower category room

Hotel ini terletak di Koh Phi Phi, dan secara keseluruhannya saya sangat berpuas hati. Ada dua kolam renang tepi pantai yang memberikan suasana percutian yang lengkap. Saya cadangkan tinggal sekurang-kurangnya 2 malam atau lebih, kerana perjalanan ke sana agak jauh. Anda perlu menaiki bas ke jeti terlebih dahulu, kemudian menaiki bot laju yang mengambil masa kira-kira 1.2 jam. Ia agak memenatkan, jadi tinggal lebih dari 2 malam adalah lebih baik. Sekeliling hotel ini adalah sebuah perkampungan kecil, mudah untuk mencari tempat makan dan menyewa bot ekor panjang. Tambahan pula, tiada pembangunan komersial lain, tidak seperti Jeti Ton Sai yang sesak dengan ramai orang. Di sini, anda dapat merasai ketenangan dan suasana percutian yang sebenar. Pada pendapat saya, ini adalah alternatif yang lebih murah kepada The Racha di Koh Racha, kerana lokasi The Racha yang lebih dekat mungkin menjadikannya sedikit lebih mahal.

This hotel is tucked away in a secluded area and is best reached by long-tail boats or their hourly shuttle service to a town pickup point. Just be aware the shuttle stops at 9pm. My room had a dripping air conditioning unit and some loud mechanical noise from a nearby pump disturbed my sleep. Otherwise, the view was great and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

This is a fabulous place to stay. It’s tucked away in the corner of a beautiful beach so it’s peaceful and chilled but still walking distance (5mins) to the main shops, cafes, bars and harbour of PhiPhi. The bamboo huts are very solid and appeared to be really well sealed so no bugs getting in and excellent at holding the cool air from the air conditioner inside. Very comfy bed, soft bed linen, good pillows, bathrobes, bottled water and good quality toiletries all provided. Gorgeous bathroom with great showers. Welcome drink and snacks provided in the room. The breakfast buffet was incredible- so much choice and everything was delicious. We also ate lunch here one day and dinner here one night and both were delicious, The swim up pool bar was a real treat with happy hour 2 for one cocktails from 3-5 as well as delicious smoothies ice cream and made to order sushi available. The pool is stunning of with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Pool towels supplied. Also possible to hire canoes and stand up paddle boards to take out on the bay. (1 hour included for free for all guests). The staff were lovely at all times. A delight to deal with at all times. Lastly yes you can hear the noise from the bar across the bay in the evenings from 10 to 2:30 am but the resort supplies ear plugs and we all slept perfectly fine every night. If you are sensitive to noise maybe bring some noise blocking ear plugs but don’t let that be the reason you miss out on staying in this stunning resort.

Great stay at Coco Bella hotel . The location is ideal if you enjoy nightlife and being close to the action, with plenty of restaurants, tours, massage places and activities within easy reach. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety and quality. The pool area was also a highlight—very relaxing and well maintained. We stayed in a pool access room, which was fantastic and made the experience even better as we could step directly into the pool from our room. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with great facilities and a lively, convenient location.

I chose this hotel after walking past it earlier and seeing the pool from the outside. It looked nice enough to convince me to stay here. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. It seems that this hotel and next to it the Phi Phi Andaman Beach Resort Is the same hotel with the same management just with different name To start with the positives — the staff are polite and helpful. Someone waited for us and other at the pier when we arrived with the ferry ⛴️ and helped transport the luggage to the hotel (about a 15-minute walk). Reception staff were friendly as well. That’s appreciated — but also fairly standard service in this area, Breakfast is acceptable there is enough variety to satisfy basic hunger. However, there is no proper coffee machine and the bread selection is disappointing. The baguette, for example, was dry. On the positive side, the dining area has a beautiful sea view. Honestly, the view is more satisfying than the food itself. The hotel itself is clearly neglected. The grass is burned and not maintained, trees and bushes are not trimmed, and the overall property looks like it hasn’t been properly cared for in a long time. The room lighting in the room is very poor. The bed is acceptable but the bathroom lighting is extremely weak I couldn't see myself shaving and the water pressure is barely enough for a normal shower. The air conditioner also works weakly and noisy Honestly, it’s hard to understand how management feels comfortable selling rooms in this condition. If the hotel doesn’t care about its guests, why should guests care about the hotel? Luckily, I booked only one night to test the place first. I’m leaving and moving somewhere else. And the pool the reason I chose this hotel in the first place was the biggest disappointment. The water is very warm and smells strongly of chlorine, tiles inside the pool are missing or broken, the internal steps feel unsafe, some chairs are torn, and some areas of the synthetic carpet are ripped. So yes — the pool looks nice from the outside. Just don’t make the mistake of getting closer.

I recently stayed at The Hotel and it was a delightful experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. My room was spacious, spotless, and offered a stunning city view. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The dining options were excellent, with delicious meals and attentive service. Highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay!

This hotel stay was very nice. The pool view is stunning The hotel owner is very helpful and friendly. She even upgraded our room without extra cost . She even organised someone to pick us up and carry our bags from the pear and from hotel to pear at check-in and check out . She even keeps our bags in a place near to pear for us to pick up in the afternoon for our ferry trip. Staff is very friendly too. We really enjoyed our two days stay and definitely recommend this hotel stay Will come back again with my family See view villa was the one we stayed it was the best
