This hotel is beautiful and tranquil, set in a tropical environment with many open-air areas. You need to go outside to reach the reception, restaurant, or bathroom from your room. They have done a fantastic job of combining luxury with a natural, jungle-like setting—something I've never seen before. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. If you're looking for a more exotic nature experience, this place is ideal. However, if you prefer a more standard/business stay, it might not be the best option.

The location is excellent if you want pretty much everything worth seeing on Phi Phi within walking distance.
As the room is windowless, there is less noise from motorbikes and bars – still some, but nowhere near what you will likely experience at many other hotels on the island.
Bottled water provided.
Free lunch provided (I didn't take advantage if this as the times were fixed and I didn't want to have to eat in a set place during a 2–3 hour window).
Staff were very helpful.
Wifi was good.

Phi Phi is just too expensive now – what you get (small, windowless room, no room cleaning, no pool/gym etc) is just very poor value for money. In many other parts of Thailand you would get a huge room in a beautiful resort for the same price!
Room not cleaned over 3–4 days.
The room is very small – you are basically paying Singapore prices for a Hong Kong style box room.
Strong smell in the corridors (again, reading many reviews for PhiPhi hotels, this seems quite common), however the room didn't smell at all.
Overall, i'd say this is acceptable if you want one or two nights on PhiPhi. I don't think any more than that is necessary. If it was priced more reasonably, i'd say it could be good value for money but at over 4000 baht a night, it simply isn't right now. But I guess that comes down to competition, supply and demand.
The most important aspect for me was the quietness – not 100% but again, probably better than many other parts of the island.

AAlScukasOne of the best accommodation in Thai during our 1 month trip. We had some doubts after reading reviews and booked only 1 night initially but ended up staying for 3 nights there. Everything was perfect, stuff was super friendly and helpful, location on top of the hill and shuttle was always on point so you can fully enjoy the island. I am not sure about condition of water slides but when you have an ocean just 5 minutes away it is not a biggie tbh

PPengguna TetamuThe facility was great and it was beautiful and it did offer a number of amenities but I will be honest the service wasn’t the greatest. I felt as if as a paying customer I was constantly being treated like I was a burden for asking for things like “extending my say” I don’t want to generalize and say it was all the workers there was a man named “Chan” who had a very passive aggressive attitude with me and other people there. I understand that it’s a 5 star resort and it is on the pricier side but it constantly felt like they were also trying to capitalize on the necessities you’ll need because it is on an isolated island. (Word of advice go to the local village for things like pharmacy needs, cosmetic and booking boats and excursions it’s 10 times cheaper.) At the resort they will do things like charge nearly 30$ for a bottle of sunscreen at the gift shop because they know you’ll need it. Going back to this I tried to extend my stay with them and Chan told me I was going to have to pay double the original price if I wanted to stay another night I quickly went online and saw that it was half the price that he quoted and just immediately felt quite put off and like he was doing whatever possible to milk us financially when we are already being generous and willing customers. I was in a group of four people and everyone in my group had stomach issues after eating at the breakfast buffet so that was a problem as well. We were also not told that on the resort is a mosque and you will be woken up to the call of prayer frequently. I have no problem with people exercising there religious traditions I would just like a forewarning about being woken at 5AM to hear the it.

PPengguna TetamuThis is our 3rd time at the resort in recent years and it remains in our opinion the best higher end resort on the island. It’s tucked away right in the corner of the main beach which means there is no passing traffic and a lot less day trippers about. The rooms are lovely bamboo bungalow with en suite shower and although not very big there is plenty of space for what you need. The beds are large and comfortable and the air con works well. The whole setting is beautiful with the bungalows along sandy paths and surrounded by gardens and trees. The resort has an amazing huge pool and more than enough sun loungers. Breakfast is superb with lots of choice and it’s very fresh. The bakery section in particular is excellent. The only negative - and this is not at all the fault of the resort - is the noise at night from the parties at the other end of the beach. Despite being a really long way away the noise travels across the bay / beach and it goes on until about 3:30am. They provide you with ear plugs but we always take our own better ones with us which are more sound resistant. Soundbloc putty earbuds if anyone is interested! With these in you hear nothing and the resort is absolutely perfect. We will be back i am sure

GGuest UserKami mempunyai pengalaman yang cukup baik tinggal di sini tetapi kami mempunyai bilik di belakang hotel melihat ke bilik penduduk tempatan di mana seorang lelaki setiap kali kami membuka tirai pada dasarnya melihat ke dalam bilik kami. Pandangan adalah seperti yang dilihat dalam gambar dan kerusi di luar nampaknya sudah lama tidak ditukar. Saya pasti akan memastikan untuk menginap di bilik berhampiran kolam renang atau sebaliknya memilih hotel lain jika saya ingin kembali. Kakitangan sentiasa sangat ramah tetapi pengawal keselamatan membuat teman wanita saya sangat tidak selesa bermain-main di sini dan membuat komen yang tidak wajar semasa saya menggunakan bilik mandi pada waktu malam. Semua yang lain baik-baik saja.

BBrucaledoAbsolutely fantastic journey, I love this island with beautiful coastline and little mountains that you can do a bit hikes. And the hotel is right located on the north of the phiphi island. I wish I can spend more time here, with my family. But I would say it’s the best place for couples too, you can swim and dance, enjoy the fire show or simply just this nature island.

TToni CummingsCoco Bella Hotel is centrally located in Phi Phi, which is definitely its strongest feature. It’s within easy walking distance of restaurants, massage spas, bars, and many of the island’s popular tourist attractions. Very convenient if you want to be in the middle of the action.
I’m a fairly extensive international traveler and appreciate luxury when my budget allows, but I also understand that some hotels are simply meant to serve a functional purpose. This property falls into that category. The room wasn’t sparkling clean, but it was adequate for a short stay. The bed itself was comfortable, though the pillows could use improvement. The room was a decent size, but not particularly aesthetically appealing.
Amenities were basic: Shower gel, pool/beach towels, bath towels and a washcloth were provided. There may have been some plumbing issues, as a mild sewage odor was occasionally noticeable, which was unpleasant but not overpowering. There is no elevator, however the staff was helpful with luggage, and the flights of stairs are short and manageable.
Overall, Coco Bella Hotel works if you’re prioritizing location and practicality over comfort or luxury. It’s suitable for travelers who plan to spend most of their time out exploring Phi Phi and just need a place to sleep at the end of the day.

KKsudaMy family and I really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel. The location is perfect — right in front of the beach and conveniently near a 7-Eleven. We had a great time at the pool, and the staff were very friendly. The room was a bit old and the bed was quite hard, but overall, I loved the hotel. Thank you so much for giving us such good memories! 💗

PPengguna TetamuThis was a wonderful place to stay. Amazing views and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet (if you get the choice, it's worth signing up for it). Cats roaming the property and island; great if you're a cat lover like me- if not, no worries, they pretty much leave you alone unless you seek their attention. The only drawback I have is that no matter how many people stay in the room, you get only one key. This is because the key is inserted into a ”socket: that powers the air and lights. Conservation is important for resources on the island. They will, however, let your other roomies in any time, day or night, by stopping by the front desk. If you're not used to it, be aware that Thai beds in general are very firm. Not much padding.
