Hotel berhampiran Stesen Trem Aksaray, Istanbul

Perfect location for everything we walked everywhere as the main attractions and bazaars were within 5 mins walking. Left was Hagia Sofia. Palace etc, right were bazaars...straight down was the sea. The hotel was lovely, and breakfast had everything I liked and more. The view from the top was amazing; you could see all across Istanbul. Our room was very clean, and we even had soothing music in the bathroom, which was a really nice touch. I gave 4 stars for amenities because although the hotel has a spa, I was really hoping for a hammam experience and unfortunately it was mixed. If they offered an hour or even part of the day for ladies only, this hotel would be an absolute winner. One small downside was that our taxi couldn’t drop us off or pick us up directly outside the hotel, so we had to walk about 3 minutes. That said, the area felt very safe we walked out at 10pm as two women and felt completely comfortable. There’s even a police station right opposite the hotel! Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely recommend it.

Fatih Tuna and Ömer are two names I won’t forget anytime soon. Their professionalism is effortless, and their kindness feels completely natural; no rehearsed smiles, no scripted greetings. Whether it was assisting with directions, offering local dining suggestions, or simply greeting guests with warmth that instantly puts you at ease, both Fatih and Ömer demonstrated a level of hospitality that’s rare even among top-tier hotels. They are the kind of hosts who remind you that genuine service can transform an ordinary stay into a meaningful experience. It’s no exaggeration to say that they embody the best of Turkish warmth; courteous, humorous, and always ready to help without ever feeling intrusive. Breakfast & Shared Spaces Breakfast each morning felt more like a pleasant ritual than a hotel buffet. The spread was abundant and fresh, featuring local cheeses, eggs, fruit, pastries, and strong Turkish tea that was hard to resist. Staff managed the flow smoothly, keeping everything replenished while maintaining the sense of calm that regular travelers quietly crave. The public areas, especially the lobby, were clean, cozy, and inviting. Whether grabbing a quick coffee, catching up on emails, or chatting with staff, the space encouraged connection rather than mere transit. Small Note The only subtle reminder that you’re still in a lively city comes from occasional distant traffic or early-morning sounds from outside. It’s faint and fleeting, more of a whisper than a disturbance. For light sleepers, a higher floor or a room facing inward may be ideal. It is an exclusive hotel where the staff is very courteous and tries to do everything for the Guests. We had access to the Executive Lounge. The lounge is okay but there are better ones! Last year the cappuccino wasn't tasty...hasn't changed, still doesn't taste good 😀 but there are plenty of other alternatives. Nevertheless, it is a very good hotel where the staff should be mentioned that they do everything to satisfy the hotel guests.

it was fantastic weekend. We came for concert, but found this district very cute: a lot of specialty caffès, local cousine, friendly people. Waiter helped us to schedule our last day – we left our bag on reception and went for lovely walk before went to the airport. Place is nice, restaurant on 5th floor where we had a good breakfast, also has a nice view. Will be back ;)

Saya membuat tempahan untuk 6 malam, mereka menyambut kami dengan baik di pintu, mereka membawa beg pakaian kami ke bilik, bilik kami mempunyai dua katil, kami juga mempunyai balkoni untuk merokok, lokasinya 4 minit berjalan kaki ke Jalan Istiklal.

Хороший отель. Хорошее местоположение, чистота в номерах и очень отзывчивый персонал

Расположен рядом с Стамбулом, до Стамбула можно доехать на разных автобусах я пользовался 336 тыми(.,А и М) автобусами. Атель сам по себе хорош, но что бы убрались в номерах надо попрасить, на таблички никто внимание не обращает.

Второй раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле, мне он удобный так как ближе к метро. Номера чистые, завтрак средний.

My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim .
