Hotel berhampiran Taman Emirgan, Istanbul

We had a fantastic three-day stay at this hotel in December with my parents. The location is excellent: within walking distance of the main attractions, and although it’s situated near the Grand Bazaar, it’s surprisingly quiet. The hotel is very clean, and we were kindly upgraded to a Triple Deluxe room after the air conditioner in our original room wasn’t strong enough. The upgraded room was spacious, bright, and spotless. We chose to have dinner at the hotel restaurant every evening because the food quality was outstanding, and Ozgur took wonderful care of us throughout our stay. Having access to the spa included in the price was an amazing bonus. Our daily routine was perfect — sightseeing until around 8–8:30 pm, relaxing at the spa until 10 pm, and then enjoying dinner at the restaurant with a breathtaking Bosphorus view until midnight. It was incredibly relaxing. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant view is truly stunning. We especially appreciated that on our first night, when we arrived at the restaurant close to midnight, we were still able to order a full meal without any issue. Overall, a truly memorable and relaxing stay — we would happily return and have already recommended the hotel to friends

The hotel has an incredibly convenient location: the tram stop is just a three-minute walk away, the metro is also nearby, and the ferry terminals are about ten minutes away. Everything you might need is close by, including currency exchange offices with good rates, sweet shops, restaurants, and major attractions. The hotel itself and our room were excellent. The interior was pleasant, clean, and modern, and there was enough space for two people. The room was cleaned every day, and the service and staff were great. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and reliable. Our room was on the third floor and overlooked a lovely little street. There is a mosque nearby, so the call to prayer can be heard quite loudly—something to keep in mind. A buffet breakfast is available and can be paid for at the hotel. The food was fresh and tasty, with a good selection. However, you can also find breakfast for about half the price at cafés near the hotel :) The only downside was the swimming pool. The pool itself was nice, although not very large. However, wearing a swimming cap is mandatory :( You can buy one at the hotel for €5, but swimming in one is not particularly comfortable. The hotel also has a rooftop terrace with a restaurant. The views of the city and the Bosphorus are fantastic, but unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try the food, as the kitchen doesn’t open until 6 p.m. The hotel has entrances from two different streets, which is very convenient. It is also split between two buildings located right next to each other, so don’t get confused :) I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit :)

Perfect hotel, very clean rooms and lobby. Food was 1000/10! Recepctionists, cleaning ladies and kitchen staff were super nice and friendly. Location is great too, 10 min walk to sea and big parks. And 15-20 min walk to nearby mall. Definitely will comeback.

Отличное месторасположение, сервис, завтрак, даже девушки из клининга очень приветливые - чувствовала себя как дома. Из минусов - слышимость между номерами, на завтраке также гости из другого номера жаловались на слышимость и просили переселить их в другую комнату, тк она на таком уровне, будто соседи живут с тобой в одной комнате. При заселении номеров менеджменту следует это учитывать, если отель стоит на со 100% загрузкой - расселять гостей хотя бы через комнату. Но в остальном все было прекрасно, отель определенно стоит своих денег.

it was fantastic weekend. We came for concert, but found this district very cute: a lot of specialty caffès, local cousine, friendly people. Waiter helped us to schedule our last day – we left our bag on reception and went for lovely walk before went to the airport. Place is nice, restaurant on 5th floor where we had a good breakfast, also has a nice view. Will be back ;)

Some staff were great (Murad at reception and Zin Thu at Lounge Club ) other were terrible. Front desk arranged transportation to airport and taxi driver wanted tme to pay a different amount. I wrote the hotel Director and the answer was very por. I am genuinely disappointed to see that my concerns as a guest have not been addressed in a manner that reflects the level of customer care and service standards one would reasonably expect from a hotel of this category. In my view, the situation was not simply a misunderstanding, but rather the result of service standards and procedures that fell significantly below reasonable expectations. It is particularly disappointing that such an unprofessional approach was taken by members of staff under the Director direct responsibility.There are no bad crews, only bad captains. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly affected my confidence in the property. Therefore, on any future visit to Istanbul, I will choose another hotel with higher standards of service and customer care.

الفندق جميل لكن الغرف صغيرة جدا والتكيف يبرد ويصير حار كانه هم الي يتحكمون فيه حجزت بالفطور وكان الفطور لذيذ الغداء كان نوعا ما جيد لكن سعره مبالغ فيه

The hotel, room and staff are great! There is something that honestly brothered me.  Anything bought at the hotel bar had a 10% mandatory service charge.  And this 10% does NOT go to the empoles who are there serving, but to the hotel company. Does not seem fair 

У отеля только один плюс - отличное местоположение и все. За эти деньги в данной локации можно найти отель и получше. Сервис оставляет желать лучшего. В номере на входе не работает выключатель. Свет включается только выключателей рядом с кроватью. Администратору сказала, никто ничего не сделал. На фото номер выглядит намного красивее, отель кажется новым, в реальности - все намного проще. В номере нет воды. Нонсонс. Во всех отелях Стамбула вода есть. На ресепшн сказали, что хозяин экономит. 40 рублей вода стоит. Капец. Завтрак на террасе. Терраса маленькая, мест всем не хватает. Вид никакой. Если есть возможность , выбирайте другой отель.
