The Perfect Blend of Ease and Energy Location & Setting Zeytinburnu might not be the first name that comes to mind when travelers think of Istanbul, yet this area surprised me. It’s strategically positioned close enough to reach Sultanahmet and Taksim with ease, yet far enough to escape the tourist crowds. The hotel itself feels like an oasis of calm within the city’s heartbeat. Step outside, and you’re minutes from transportation links, local eateries, and the Marmara coastline. Design & Comfort The moment you step into your room, you sense Hilton’s signature attention to detail—simple, modern, and purposeful. My room was bright, immaculate, and well-designed for both rest and work. The bed offered the kind of support that makes long travel days melt away, and everything, from lighting to Wi-Fi, worked exactly as it should. Small touches, like perfectly laundered linens and crisp air quality, added a layer of comfort that felt quietly luxurious. Hospitality That Feels Personal While the property itself is well-maintained, what truly makes this hotel memorable are the people behind the front desk. Fatih Tuna and Ömer are two names I won’t forget anytime soon. Their professionalism is effortless, and their kindness feels completely natural; no rehearsed smiles, no scripted greetings. Whether it was assisting with directions, offering local dining suggestions, or simply greeting guests with warmth that instantly puts you at ease, both Fatih and Ömer demonstrated a level of hospitality that’s rare even among top-tier hotels. They are the kind of hosts who remind you that genuine service can transform an ordinary stay into a meaningful experience. It’s no exaggeration to say that they embody the best of Turkish warmth; courteous, humorous, and always ready to help without ever feeling intrusive. Breakfast & Shared Spaces Breakfast each morning felt more like a pleasant ritual than a hotel buffet. The spread was abundant and fresh, featuring local cheeses, eggs, fruit, pastries, and strong Turkish tea that was hard to resist. Staff managed the flow smoothly, keeping everything replenished while maintaining the sense of calm that regular travelers quietly crave. The public areas, especially the lobby, were clean, cozy, and inviting. Whether grabbing a quick coffee, catching up on emails, or chatting with staff, the space encouraged connection rather than mere transit. Small Note The only subtle reminder that you’re still in a lively city comes from occasional distant traffic or early-morning sounds from outside. It’s faint and fleeting, more of a whisper than a disturbance. For light sleepers, a higher floor or a room facing inward may be ideal. Lasting Impression What sets Hampton by Hilton Istanbul Zeytinburnu apart isn’t luxury, it’s sincerity. In a world full of polished but impersonal hotels, this one manages to feel human. We had a fantastic three-day stay at this hotel in December with my parents. The location is excellent: within walking distance of the main attractions, and although it’s situated near the Grand Bazaar, it’s surprisingly quiet. The hotel is very clean, and we were kindly upgraded to a Triple Deluxe room after the air conditioner in our original room wasn’t strong enough. The upgraded room was spacious, bright, and spotless. We chose to have dinner at the hotel restaurant every evening because the food quality was outstanding, and Ozgur took wonderful care of us throughout our stay. Having access to the spa included in the price was an amazing bonus. Our daily routine was perfect — sightseeing until around 8–8:30 pm, relaxing at the spa until 10 pm, and then enjoying dinner at the restaurant with a breathtaking Bosphorus view until midnight. It was incredibly relaxing. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant view is truly stunning. We especially appreciated that on our first night, when we arrived at the restaurant close to midnight, we were still able to order a full meal without any issue. Overall, a truly memorable and relaxing stay — we would happily return and have already recommended the hotel to friends

Лучшим решением было остановиться в этом отеле и не беспокоиться ни о чем на отдыхе! Дружелюбный и вежливый персонал, помогали по любым вопросам. Хорошие разнообразные завтраки, где нас каждое утро встречала самая лучезарная женщина (не спросила ее имя)! У нас был номер на 1 этаже без вида, но это даже лучше. У нас был вид на небольшой сад с террасой, столиком. Было очень тихо и уютно. Сам номер небольшой, вытянутый, но для старого города это больше, чем норма. Хороший ремонт, все красиво и со вкусом, достаточно мест хранения одежды, косметики. Все, как на фото. Очень много сценариев освещения. Все банные принадлежности были в номере, но их не пополняли. Полотенца меняли каждый день. Шикарный аромат мыла, шампуня. Вся косметика выглядит качественной. Единственное, что может смутить, это стеклянная дверь в ванную комнату. Она непрозрачная, но силуэты все равно отлично видно. Но для нас это не было проблемой. В общем, всего было в достатке, нам старались помочь, даже заселили раньше по приезду. Большое спасибо за отличное пребывание без проблем!

Love this hotel, location is just 5mins walking to Galata and 5mins walk to Karakoy tram station. Room is soooo big! And worth the price. Paid for Presidential Suite and i consider it one of the best hotel in the area

The hotel is extremely clean compared to other 5 star hotels in Turkey. The staff at reception. Together with Staff in the restaurant , concierge and the bell boy were all extremely helpful and polite. Always ready to help. The restaurant dinner and breakfast was absolutely fantastic 👌. The hotel is very well located. It is a 15 minutes walk to Hagia Sofia, Bascillica Cistern, Blue Mosque. 7 mins walk to Grand Bazaar . The interior of the hotel looks magnificent with the old style charm but all newly renovated. I would highly recommended this hotel to stay in Istanbul. 😀😃😄

it was fantastic weekend. We came for concert, but found this district very cute: a lot of specialty caffès, local cousine, friendly people. Waiter helped us to schedule our last day – we left our bag on reception and went for lovely walk before went to the airport. Place is nice, restaurant on 5th floor where we had a good breakfast, also has a nice view. Will be back ;)

الفندق جميل لكن الغرف صغيرة جدا والتكيف يبرد ويصير حار كانه هم الي يتحكمون فيه حجزت بالفطور وكان الفطور لذيذ الغداء كان نوعا ما جيد لكن سعره مبالغ فيه

Очень удобное расположение в историческом районе. Все в пешей доступности! Очень вежливый персонал на ресепшене Gilfidan, Imamcan, Umut. Особенно понравилась девушка, не уточнили ее имя! Вкусный завтрак . Несколько видов сыров, омлет, вареные яйца, большой выбор фруктов, овощи, все вкусное, выпечка! Номера маленькие. У нас не работал кондиционер, попросили сделать, вроде даже заработал, но ночью опять сломался. Берите номер с балконом, а то вещи в номере не сохнут. А так всё классно! Рядом недорогие рестораны!

My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim .
