Staff friendly, breakfast was a typical Turkish breakfast which was lovely and served with a coffee, tea or water. Room size not brilliant but we were only sleeping there so not an issue. Beds were comfy. Air con worked well, shower was good but the drain was a bit slow so had to be careful not to flood bathroom. Room cleaned and bedding changed once which was fine as only there 4 nights. Very close to all transport links making it easy to see the city.
There is a nice little food place at end of street where all locals eat, it's purely 3 different chicken items but very tasty and extremely cheap. A no frills but tasty place. Be careful on stairs and our room had a few steps within it to remember about when half asleep!

Отель очень понравился. Останавливался на 8 ночей. Отличные завтраки готовит русскоговорящая девушка Феруза. Номер и все принадлежности чистые, заказ уборки по кнопке у двери. В номере было чуть прохладно в начале февраля, но кондиционер отлично работает, поэтому обогревался им. Шикарое расположение: от Аксарая на трамвае за 5 минут доезжате до площади Султанахмет и всех основных достопримечательностей, от метро Еникапы едете без пересадок до площади Таксим в центр, на мармарае едете на азиатскую сторону, поэтому в плане расположения сложно найти что-то похожее, чтобы было одинаково удобно ехать во все стороны. В целом за такую стоимость я доволен и ставлю десятку. Фото к сожалению заскринены из видео, но вот как на фото отеля изображены номера, так и были в действительности

Bad hotel. Mainly at night there is constant noise. Normally it should be quiet after 22:00. Construction is still going on here in the evening. Visitors Those who slam the doors. The staff who talk loudly in the hallways at night. No consideration is given to people who sleep at night. The breakfast here is good and the location too.But not if you want peace and quiet, because it really is a hotel where it is very disturbing.

Very good hotel with a perfect location. The metro station is only a 3-minute walk away, and there are many shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, so everything you need is close at hand. The area is very convenient and comfortable for walking and relaxing.
Special thanks to the reception staff they were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help with any questions. I would also like to thank the housekeeping ladies for their attention and excellent cleaning. The room was always very clean and well maintained every day.
Our stay left only positive impressions. The hotel is comfortable, cozy, and perfectly located for both отдых and exploring the city. We would gladly stay here again!

Though location and cleanliness is good, but not providing the facilities and amenities as they are charging. No ironing in rooms, room service, every time you have you visit reception, no food serving in room, hotel is small with limited number of room options. Area is good, surrounding are somehow okay. Closer to the visiting places like grand bazaar, mosque, museums. they are not proving the services according to the charges. But if you are cleanliness conscious, you can choose this place rather than going any other hotel in this area.

WWill VargheseThe location, hotel facilities, staff and food are top notch!! The actual location of the hotel might be a bit tricky since it’s located on a narrow lane. But access to prime areas in and around Istanbul is such a breeze!! Pretty much every main attraction such as Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica cisterns was just a 10-min walk. Grand Bazaar was only 5-6mins by foot. That’s the convenience you have when staying at this hotel. Will stay again when I visit Istanbul next time ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Location & Setting
Zeytinburnu might not be the first name that comes to mind when travelers think of Istanbul, yet this area surprised me. It’s strategically positioned close enough to reach Sultanahmet and Taksim with ease, yet far enough to escape the tourist crowds. The hotel itself feels like an oasis of calm within the city’s heartbeat. Step outside, and you’re minutes from transportation links, local eateries, and the Marmara coastline.
Design & Comfort
The moment you step into your room, you sense Hilton’s signature attention to detail—simple, modern, and purposeful. My room was bright, immaculate, and well-designed for both rest and work. The bed offered the kind of support that makes long travel days melt away, and everything, from lighting to Wi-Fi, worked exactly as it should. Small touches, like perfectly laundered linens and crisp air quality, added a layer of comfort that felt quietly luxurious.
Hospitality That Feels Personal
While the property itself is well-maintained, what truly makes this hotel memorable are the people behind the front desk. Fatih Tuna and Ömer are two names I won’t forget anytime soon. Their professionalism is effortless, and their kindness feels completely natural; no rehearsed smiles, no scripted greetings.
Whether it was assisting with directions, offering local dining suggestions, or simply greeting guests with warmth that instantly puts you at ease, both Fatih and Ömer demonstrated a level of hospitality that’s rare even among top-tier hotels. They are the kind of hosts who remind you that genuine service can transform an ordinary stay into a meaningful experience.
It’s no exaggeration to say that they embody the best of Turkish warmth; courteous, humorous, and always ready to help without ever feeling intrusive.
Breakfast & Shared Spaces
Breakfast each morning felt more like a pleasant ritual than a hotel buffet. The spread was abundant and fresh, featuring local cheeses, eggs, fruit, pastries, and strong Turkish tea that was hard to resist. Staff managed the flow smoothly, keeping everything replenished while maintaining the sense of calm that regular travelers quietly crave.
The public areas, especially the lobby, were clean, cozy, and inviting. Whether grabbing a quick coffee, catching up on emails, or chatting with staff, the space encouraged connection rather than mere transit.
Small Note
The only subtle reminder that you’re still in a lively city comes from occasional distant traffic or early-morning sounds from outside. It’s faint and fleeting, more of a whisper than a disturbance. For light sleepers, a higher floor or a room facing inward may be ideal.
Lasting Impression

Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed—everything you could want in a luxury hotel setting. What truly made our stay special, however, were the thoughtful touches provided by housekeeping. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, addressing our needs promptly and anticipate them before they arose.
One of the standout features of our stay was how well The Ritz-Carlton catered to families—specifically for our young daughter. From the moment we checked in, we were impressed with the array of toys and activities available for children, which kept her entertained and happy throughout our visit. The kids playroom was excellent. We spent almost 1hrs playing there. It’s clear that the hotel prioritizes making family stays as enjoyable and seamless as possible, and we deeply appreciated their efforts.
Our time at The Ritz-Carlton was a combination of luxury, comfort, and attentive service that made it feel like a true home away from home. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

As someone who travels frequently for both professional and personal reasons, often staying in dozens of hotels across different countries each year, I’m not easily impressed. Situated in the heart of the city’s historic core, this hotel makes exploration effortless. From here, it’s just a short walk to the Grand Bazaar, Sultanahmet, and several key transport links. The setting feels authentic and lively; ideal for guests who want proximity without sacrificing comfort.
Room 3219 – Exceptional Comfort
The room offered a superb balance of functionality and elegance. It was impeccably clean, featuring plush bedding, perfect lighting for reading or work, and a surprisingly quiet HVAC system, a rarity in city hotels. Small details, like the scent of fresh linen and a spotless bathroom, reinforced the sense of care behind the housekeeping standards.
Service & Staff
The staff are the heartbeat of this property. Every interaction, from check-in to checkout, reflected professionalism anchored in genuine warmth. They anticipated needs before being asked, making the experience feel personal rather than procedural. This consistency across teams’ front desk, dining, and housekeeping speaks volumes about the culture of service within the hotel.

Breakfast was both indulgent and efficient. The buffet selection was diverse, featuring beautifully presented dishes that catered to both international and local palates. The staff handled the morning rush with grace and precision, maintaining quality and attentiveness without any sense of haste.

I noticed some early-morning noise, mostly the seagulls, a distant metro vibration, and a faint scratchy sound around 6 a.m. While this didn’t detract from the overall stay, it’s worth noting for lighter sleepers. It’s a subtle reminder that even in the most refined settings, Istanbul’s energy has its own morning rhythm.

It leaves one wondering: how might the experience differ in another season, on a higher floor, or in one of the suites overlooking the skyline? Would the same quiet elegance and seamless service hold up under different conditions?

AArtemit was fantastic weekend. We came for concert, but found this district very cute: a lot of specialty caffès, local cousine, friendly people.
Waiter helped us to schedule our last day – we left our bag on reception and went for lovely walk before went to the airport.
Place is nice, restaurant on 5th floor where we had a good breakfast, also has a nice view. Will be back ;)

AAkif.My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim .
