Hotel berhampiran Pantai Alki, Seattle

Good and easy check in. No apparent lift to second floor level. Easy parking. A little simple breakfast. Good location not too far from alki beach and comparably good price.

年越しの宿泊だったこともあり、夜中は非常にうるさかったです。特別な日でなければ、気にならないと思います。ロケーションは最高です。カップケーキのサービス券もありました。 アパートメントなので、チェックインというよりQRコードから必要事項(クレジットカード番号等)入力で、コード番号が、取得できます。　 　調理器具も揃っています。ロケーションからやや高めに感じるかもしれませんが、オススメのホテルです。

Fabulous find! I In the perfect place on Pioneer square. Excellent price, and free upgrade to king size room. Amazing complimentary breakfast. Staff are so friendly helpful and welcoming and the front desk is always open. Catch the Link light Rail from the car park at Seattle Tacoma airport and it’s only 3 dollars each to get down to Pioneer Square! When you exit the train station look down the road towards the ferry port and you can see the hotel at the bottom on the left!

Good place for solo/budget travel. Every other hotel is over triple the price, I really appreciate this hostel for being affordable. I like that there was a large storage place under the bed. Plenty of room for each traveler. Bathrooms are not very clean though. The fixtures also seem old and run down. I understand that a lot of people come through, so that suggests that cleanings should happen more often. I can accept this though given that this is the most affordable place to stay in Seattle.

今回の旅の目的地から近いホテルを探していてこちらを発見しました。 チェックイン時間よりも早く到着しましたが、部屋の清掃が済んでいたため、チェックインを早くしてくれました。とても良いです！ 部屋には、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、完備、そしてバスタブもありました。 1Fには洗濯機、乾燥機があります。こちらはアプリでカード決済で動かせるもので、現金がなくても安心して利用できます。 フロント横には24時間、美味しいお水を提供しています。お昼はコーヒーがあるようです。 シアトルのメイン観光地までも、徒歩15分と好立地。歩いて、チャウダーや、スターバックスの1号店にいけますよ！ シアトルセントラルバス駅からも市バスで15分程度でした。 ただし、ホテルの周辺にはホームレスが多く住んでいます。ホームレスの方々は、悪い人はいないようで、特に困ったことがあったわけではありませんが、治安が良いかと言われたら良くないかもしれません。 私は、特に気になりませんでした。（危ないことにも遭遇していません） 逆に、夜のほうが飲食店への立ち入りが多く、人がたくさん歩いているイメージでした。 シアトルに泊まることがあればまた利用したいホテルです。 フロントの方も全員良い人でした。

This was one of the best Hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. It began with an amazing Valet named Earnest. He was the most congenial and friendly valet I have ever met. He was unable to park our 1 ton truck in the underground parking. I had a bunch of tools in the back for a IT installation job I was in town to complete. Earnest felt genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of our vehicle and my tools. He went out of his way to help me empty the vehicle, and checked all of the items (which was a lot) in the baggage area of the hotel. He then helped to find street parking which was in a safe area, and actually saved us $60 in parking fees. After all of this Earnest then made an amazing dinner suggestion and even provided us with coupons which saved us a great deal on our dinner. As I returned to the hotel each day during my stay Earnest greeted me by name, without reminder. That is a feat in my book as I often can't remember coworkers names whom I interact with daily, for years. My wife and child accompanied me on this business trip. They eventually became visibly stir crazy. The Desk clerk noticed and provided all sorts of coloring books, crafts, games etc for my 4 year old. This without us asking. I did not get her name unfortunately. After our trip we thought we had left some items behind. We called the hotel frantic because the items were irreplicable. The staff (each and every one we spoke to, one of whom named Cindy) were genuinely concerned and eager to help us locate the items. Calling us back to update us with their search regularly, and even offering to ship the items to us immediately once found. Beyond the absolutely impeccable staff the hotel itself is beautiful. If you love pre-war architecture and design it is an absolute gem. It is like a time capsule. Every room has a milk door, and the electrical is all retrofitted because the building clearly predates electricity. AS bonus they have a café, salon, skin care facility, and speakeasy on site. The speakeasy was closed during our stay, but the café was wonderful. We did not try the other services. I will likely stay here on each and every visit to Seattle. It's an absolutely perfect hotel!

Great location by the waterfront and close to many restaurants. Walking distance to Pikes Place Place Market which is very cool. Get there early to avoid huge crowds.  The rooms are smaller than you may think. Pictures do not show how small the room really is but it was fine for a couple days when we spent most of the time in the city. Breakfast with unlimited specialty coffee drinks was great.  Would definitely recommend this for short visits or before a cruise.

Very clean, very spacious hotel. Perfect for families visiting Seattle. Easy 20 minute walk to Pioneer Square, and super easy to get to from the airport. 

本次美國之行住到的性價比最高的酒店，地理位置非常好，附近也很安全，出門就是海邊的派克市場，好吃的好逛的非常多。酒店的氛圍非常好，服務態度也超棒，前台的小哥推薦了很多好吃好玩好逛的地方。 唯一需要注意的是攜程訂的房辦理入住時記得確認房型。我當時攜程訂的是Queen Deluxe，給的是King（前台説他們系統顯示的Queen但辦理入住當天給我升級到了King），我是退房時才注意到就跟前台問了一下，他們同意給我退了差價

Older very nice hotel but I prefer to stay at a hotel with a restaurant/bar on the premises.
