PPengguna TetamuFor a short trip to Seattle, citizenM is a fantastic choice. The location is incredibly convenient—right near a Whole Foods and plenty of dining options, with Westlake Station, South Lake Union, Pike Place Market, and the waterfront all within easy walking distance.
I loved the modern design of the rooms and enjoyed the classic American breakfast. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to the city!

CCKWtripSheraton Grand Seattle has a great downtown location, spacious room, and various amenities. The hotel is located right next to the convention center and few blocks to the downtown shopping / dining. The room is spacious for four of us with enough space to open our luggage and we did not feel cramped. On a higher floor, we had a nice city view. The hotel is updated and has a large lobby, Starbucks, a wine bar, restaurants, and fitness center/pool. We arrived in the early morning and was lucky to get an early check-in. The staff we encountered was nice and helpful and we had a good experience overall.
The hotel charges a destination fee that offers $20 dining credit to use in bar/Starbucks/selected restaurants and $10 Uber credit. Maybe because most people spend their $20 credits on Starbucks, the line was very long in the morning (~20 minutes). I would suggest going earlier or later to avoid the long line.

Had to pay for parking which was ehhh but it's Seattle.
Bathroom was nice.
There's a little fridge and a microwave in the room.
Left the next morning at 0705. Check out was easy.

VVincentWe had a great time we were at the bite of Seattle and we thought we stop over on your property for the evening within the night and we ended up at Demetrius Jazz Alley and had a great time there dinner just a wonderful experience sunny the beds are wonderful so thank you very much

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry.
I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon.
I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’.
At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue.
In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is a descent budget hotel in the heart of downtown Seattle. Its location is superior as it is only 5 minutes walk from the Westlake Station and in walking distance to many tourist attractions, including the Pike Flying Fish Market, Space Needle and so on. It is also convenient to travel to other attractions by the city public buses, the King County Metro. For budget travellers like us, it is really value for money.
The hotel is clean and safe with friendly staff and owner. The complimentary breakfast was a surprise and bonus to begin a day in a hectic schedule. The new owner has put in a lot of effort to improve its services.

PPengguna TetamuThe good: The house is really clean and lovely. We have all we needed to cook at home, and the rooms were nice and spacious.
The Bad: The location leaves a lot to be desired, lots of people fighting and threatening outside. Several nights we've had to endure listeng to screaming and someone being harassed. It's terrifying for my kids who may be technically adults but still on the younger side.
The Ugly: We've had a little incident where my partner, who's not technologically knowledgeable accidentally purchased a movie through the owner's account. The owner went through the roof calling names and accusing without asking what happened first. Reading other reviews in airbnb we can see this is not the first incident with him not being the nicest. There are ways to communicate without going from zero to sixty. We paid a few thousand dollars for this stay, another 5 bucks is not something we're looking to swindle.
