PPengguna TetamuWe stayed for 1 night, really enjoyed staying. The location is very nice, not far from the White House. Good restaurants are nearby. Parking is expensive, but you can use city packing garages.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is not your typical dimension but it was clean and the mattress + pillows are one of the best I have slept on. The location was good as it was close to Metro, White House, Lincoln memorial, and Georgetown (walking around 20 mins). There is also a Metro station close by. However, it’s far away from the convention center though, you will need to take a taxi or Uber to get there. The one suggestion I have is to provide kettle for hot water in the room as well as bottle waters. Most of the reception reps are very helpful and cheerful, only the grave yard shift reception lady is not in a good mood (I know it’s grave yard shift…but). The elevator needs some improvement as well since it’s very slow… (I’m not sure it’s because of the elevator manufacturer or because of the old building).

TThisanThe room didn't have a bathtub. The room was big and seemed clean. I wish they'd give us more stuff. There wasn't even a bottle of water (wonder if that's how it is everywhere in the US?) The lights were kinda dim at night, and it could use some more. The breakfast was yummy! I love that there were convenient stores like Walgreens and CVS very close by, and they're open until 11 pm.

PPengguna TetamuI did not have the pleasure of using the facilities however, I must commend the staff for always being helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I would recommend that the staff be advised on a contingency plan or when there are power cuts in the area to mitigate any discomfort and inconvenience experienced by guests. Unfortunately during my stay at the hotel, the power went out from 4am till the time I checked out at 2pm. It would have been a nice gesture to offer bottled water, discounted rates, coupons or some type of assistance to the guests who were at the hotel to ameliorate the unpleasant situation of being without power for such a long time. Other than that, I think the hotel is in a good location and is easily accessible depending on your needs in DC.

TTrip saverThey provided us with a handicap room without informing us upon checking in. As the rooms had all the required facilities like hand rails etc. the mattress is also sinking especially on the left side not the Marriott standard. We had prepaid the room for 4 pax but only provide 3 pax bath towels, request the 4th pax bath towel after checking in, need to request again after we came back late night for the shower. The location is nearby the metro station.

BBlack Diamond 007Very convenient location. The subway station is literally downstairs (I think it might even be in the same building). Rooms are a decent and clean. Free coffee is provided and also has a nice meeting room. Overall given the price and location, no complaints! Would def stay again.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaCoffee was not served until 7:30 AM, which as a hotel next to one of the main travel hubs in a downtown location where people are going to work is a little crazy. There was also nowhere to get coffee/breakfast near by other than the hotel. Front desk also sent us to the wrong room at first which caused us to go back downstairs. They are minor inconveniences, but added to the annoyance of our trip.
