PPengguna TetamuEvery employee was exceptional, helpful and friendly. The location is great except for getting in an out with a vehicle. The rooms were very nice, the bed was comfortable and clean. The two issues I had with the room were promptly corrected by maintenance (bad toilet flush and light bulb which was very loud). The restaurant was good, though the server was not exceptional. You feel welcome at every area within the hotel, every employee greets you as you pass.
Only bad thing that I can say is that, I am allergic to dogs and could tell from the moment I slept in the room that there had been a dog or pet in the room prior. This lead to some discomfort that I was not prepared for. A bit of warning should be given to those with allergies so that other arrangements could be made.

Very impressed on check in by staff Mr Alan.
He was courteous and helpful on check in. Took time to explain and highlight the amenities available.
The place feels safe and has 2 levels of secure and well lighted parking.
Food and grocery are 5mins of driving away .
Old Fisherman Whatf is a must to visit for dining and shopping. Neatly themed and decorated side walks.
Highly recommended hotel if staying in Montery area

but one of the reception woman(seems like manager) is not very polite.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Padre Oaks is a cozy, budget-friendly spot with a great location — just a short drive to Cannery Row and other Monterey highlights.
The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and parking was easy. It's not fancy, but it has everything you need for a relaxing stop on a road trip.
Would definitely stay here again if we're back in the area!

PPengguna TetamuThe front desk is very arrogant and rude! The only advantage is that the geographical location is suitable. When you finish a day's trip and want a quiet relaxing time, this place is absolutely not! It will be noisy until after one o'clock in the morning. The footsteps upstairs and the harsh sound of pushing the furniture. The next room is talking in a mess and laughing, and talking loudly in the corridor... You will have a headache!
