KKL_TanGood location and friendly staff with warm service. Very impressed on check in by staff Mr Alan. He was courteous and helpful on check in. Took time to explain and highlight the amenities available. The place feels safe and has 2 levels of secure and well lighted parking. Food and grocery are 5mins of driving away . Old Fisherman Whatf is a must to visit for dining and shopping. Neatly themed and decorated side walks. Highly recommended hotel if staying in Montery area

PPengguna TetamuEvery employee was exceptional, helpful and friendly. The location is great except for getting in an out with a vehicle. The rooms were very nice, the bed was comfortable and clean. The two issues I had with the room were promptly corrected by maintenance (bad toilet flush and light bulb which was very loud). The restaurant was good, though the server was not exceptional. You feel welcome at every area within the hotel, every employee greets you as you pass. Only bad thing that I can say is that, I am allergic to dogs and could tell from the moment I slept in the room that there had been a dog or pet in the room prior. This lead to some discomfort that I was not prepared for. A bit of warning should be given to those with allergies so that other arrangements could be made.

PPengguna TetamuIt was an excellent hotel & resort. The room was nice and tidy, with a bathroom with good shower water pressure. Its breakfast was also excellent with good and friendly service. Only thing it lacks was elevator, so I recommend the first floor room with patio.

HH.A ChengLocation is a bit out but but overall have a good staying experience. The only minus point was the hotel allow dog which make our stay a bit uncomfortable as the dog bake at night disturbed our sleep.

PPengguna TetamuFussläufige Lage zum Morro Rock. Gebuchtes Zimmer im 3. Stock war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Frühstück war ausreichend und wurde von einer sehr freundlichen und charmanten Mitarbeiterin (Shelbi) vorbereitet und betreut. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für dieses Hotel. Würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten.

PPengguna TetamuEverything was good except the fact of someone pounding on my door at 1:00am then they took off! It was ridiculously unacceptable as they think it’s funny! Other then that, the view of the beach from our room was spectacular. Well worth the cost. Checking in/out was quick and easy.

PPengguna Tetamugood breakfast, the pool is operating. ice machine working well and there is a restaurant with nice food directly next to the hotel. only downside is the plane noise at late night, but it did not affect my sleep during midnight so it was fine.
