PPengguna TetamuEvery employee was exceptional, helpful and friendly. The location is great except for getting in an out with a vehicle. The rooms were very nice, the bed was comfortable and clean. The two issues I had with the room were promptly corrected by maintenance (bad toilet flush and light bulb which was very loud). The restaurant was good, though the server was not exceptional. You feel welcome at every area within the hotel, every employee greets you as you pass.
Only bad thing that I can say is that, I am allergic to dogs and could tell from the moment I slept in the room that there had been a dog or pet in the room prior. This lead to some discomfort that I was not prepared for. A bit of warning should be given to those with allergies so that other arrangements could be made.

PPengguna TetamuIt was an excellent hotel & resort. The room was nice and tidy, with a bathroom with good shower water pressure. Its breakfast was also excellent with good and friendly service. Only thing it lacks was elevator, so I recommend the first floor room with patio.

HH.A ChengLocation is a bit out but but overall have a good staying experience. The only minus point was the hotel allow dog which make our stay a bit uncomfortable as the dog bake at night disturbed our sleep.

PPengguna TetamuFussläufige Lage zum Morro Rock. Gebuchtes Zimmer im 3. Stock war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Frühstück war ausreichend und wurde von einer sehr freundlichen und charmanten Mitarbeiterin (Shelbi) vorbereitet und betreut. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für dieses Hotel. Würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten.

PPengguna TetamuEverything was good except the fact of someone pounding on my door at 1:00am then they took off! It was ridiculously unacceptable as they think it’s funny! Other then that, the view of the beach from our room was spectacular. Well worth the cost. Checking in/out was quick and easy.

GGoh AllanThe room are spacious for a family of 4. The location just off the main road, we were worried about the road noise but fortunately we were able to sleep well with the good sound proof of the window and door. Breakfast choice not much. Bed is comfortable and clean. We are happy with the stay and definitely will stay here again.

CChristian TobiasZimmer war ordentlich. Der Whirlpool war leider nicht mehr in Betrieb. Das Hotel liegt direkt am pacific highway und an einem großen Einkaufszentrum.
