Бронировала заранее, цена была довольно высокой. (Когда заехали, смотрела этот же отель, цена снизилась в три раза) Жили два дня. Плюсы: Новый отель, просторный номер, отличная ванная комната, тихо ночью. Приветливый персонал. Разуваться надо на входе а отель. Если брать в прокат скутер, можно добраться везде. Если нет, то отель далековато от всего. Минусы. Нас было трое, номер четырёхместный, было два больших и два маленьких полотенца. В пульте кондиционера были плохие батарейки, отрегулировать его - большая проблема. Слив в раковине забит, вода медленно уходила. В номере не убирали ни разу за эти два дня. Зубные щетки не докладывали, а в тех, что были, зубной пасты хватало ровно на два раза. Завтрак по меню. С вечера выбираешь, что тебе приготовят завтра.

This is a hotel that I really like and frequently use. I often stay in the suite rooms here. If you do not have your own motorbike or car to drive, it might be difficult to stay at this hotel because there are not many places to go or convenience facilities nearby. However, the staff are always friendly and everything is clean. The breakfast is also good. Overall, I am satisfied with almost everything about this hotel. I usually stay in the suites, but the carpet in the suite rooms is often dirty and you can see stains on it. Sometimes the sink lever is broken or the water does not drain well. I visit quite often, but it seems like these repairs are not handled very well, which is a bit disappointing. Still, I am satisfied with the service and overall quality of the hotel.

Room is clean, air conditioner is cooling enough. There is no big change of breakfast. I suggest it can be verified a little bit.

Breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable with a variety of options available, including made-to-order eggs that were delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and homely, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Loved everything about this hotel ! Super friendly staff, clean and big room, lovely onsen, beautiful pool and beaches just in front of the hotel and the best thing was the electric car from buildings to buildings always came fast, unlike some hotels we stayed at in Vietnam. Oh and breakfast was delish !

The hotel is easy to find (right on the road in Cat Ba town) and is in a great location, close to many restaurants and convenience stores. Motorbike shops are also nearby if needed. The family who owns the hotel are lovely. The wife speaks some English and Mandarin along with Vietnamese. They are quick to respond if no one is at the front desk. Our room was standard, basic amenities like shampoo and soap pockets plus toothbrushes are provided. A kettle was available but no bottled water or coffee / tea is given in the rooms. They do offer a simple breakfast in the morning and coffee or tea comes with that meal. Ok for 1-2 nights if budget is a concern but there are also many other hotels in the area if you want more amenities.

Service is where the hotel truly shines. Staff were warm without being overbearing, quick with local tips, and genuinely proactive—everything from a smooth check-in to helping with rides and recommendations felt easy and human. Public spaces are tidy and modern, and the overall vibe is understated—more “well-curated haven” than flashy boutique, which I loved. Value for money is excellent; you get the kind of comfort and consistency that usually costs more. If you’re visiting Hai Phong for work or a quick city break before heading to the islands, this is a place that makes travel feel simple—in the best possible way. I’d gladly stay here again.

Bon hôtel pour le prix. Petit déjeuner moyen mais bon c’est pas cher donc il faut s’y attendre ! Attention, salle de sport inexistante (contrairement à ce qui est écrit).

Останавливались в отеле в середине марта 2026года. Номер ”Премьер”. У отеля отличное месторасположение к пляжам, можно дойти за 10-15 минут неспешным шагом. В марте еще не пляжный сезон, вода около 22 градусов, но нас это устраивало, тем более что на пляжах практически никого не было. Об отеле. Отель похоже уже пережил свой лучший период, но в номере чисто, оснащение на уровне. Завтраки нормальные, два типа фруктов, ну и стандартный шведский стол без излишиств. На две-три ночи порекомендую.

Most positive point is very useful location! This hotel is closely from bus line, and easy to go to drink to somewhere! So cost and performance is very great! And following picture's bar was very good. I recommend this place to go to drink somewhere.
