Hotel berhampiran Parroquia Santuario De Nuestra Señora Del Perpetuo Socorro, Madrid

I stayed there for three nights as we had a friend gathering in the city. I spent around 215€ per night for one bedroom apartment. I could not say anything about the location; perfect, and suited all my needs. However, the hotel needs a refurbishment, as the apartment itself was old and lacking charm. The bathroom was really tiny, with no space to put products, in the middle of the room there was a broom, the room was very small. The value for money was really low, for that price you should expect a much more decent room and a breakfast (which the hotel does not offer). If you pay around 100€ per night, it is worth it; however, more than that is a rip-off.

O hotel tem uma localização perfeita para quem procura um ponto estratégico em Madri, perto de restaurantes e lojas. Embora suas instalações mostrem sinais de envelhecimento e necessitem de uma reforma, é importante destacar que o hotel é super limpo. Este não é um lugar de luxo, e as fotos do hotel, inicialmente preocupantes, não fazem jus à sua verdadeira atmosfera. Pessoalmente, a experiência émelhor do que as imagens sugerem, e a proximidade com os melhores restaurantes e lojas de Madri é um grande atrativo.

Great location; easy access to lots of places to eat. Near the train station. The flat is very clean, spacious and bright. The patio opens to the streets - we enjoyed the view from the balcony. It's a quiet building. Keyless entry which is very convenient.

No se nos avisó de que no habría recepción a nuestra llegada. El proceso se dilató bastante pero he de reconocer que la chica que nos ayudó por teléfono fue muy atenta y parece que el error es por parte de la plataforma de reserva. La habitación sencilla pero con todo lo necesario y limpia. Sin mucho ruido aunque es verdad que se oye todo porque las puertas no aíslan muy bien.

Very good, modern hotel, in a fantastic location in the city. This hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the local Metro station and less than 10 minutes walk to Plaza de España and the beginning of Grand Via. To reach the very Centre of the city (Sol) it's only 20 minutes by foot or you can use the Metro with only one change. We paid direct to the reception for breakfast on one of our 3 mornings and it was well worth the money. A good range of tasty food and drink on offer. The bed was very comfy. The WiFi worked very well. Air con was excellent. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We will return to this hotel.

I recently stayed at One Shot 22 to celebrate my Birthday and my Daughter's Graduation. I rented two premium rooms. The photos of the rooms depicted a wrap around balcony. Upon arrival the A/C did not work. When I attempted to call the front desk no one picked up the phone. After a few failed attempts on trying to reach someone by phone I proceeded to go down to the lobby. The explained to the receptionist that the AC was not working and I attempted to call but no one had answered the phone. The receptionist stated that she heard the phone but was helping someone else so she could not pick up the phone. I was ok with that response. She then advised me that she was would turn on the AC from a master control station at the desk. I expressed my concern that I would not be able to adjust the AC directly from the room. The receptionist then stated to call the front desk if I want the AC adjusted. I believe this was unacceptable. I was exhausted from travelling that day and went to bed hoping I would not have an issue with the AC. The next day I went down to the front desk to express my dissatisfaction with the two premium rooms not having the wrap around balcony depicted in the room pictures. The receptionist argued that there were no such pictures in the room description. I should her copies of my reservations and asked her to go on their website to verify the pictures. Upon the receptionist viewing the images she apologized and stated there was only one room in the hotel with a wrap around balcony. The only reason I booked two premium rooms in this hotel was to be able to sit out on the balcony and relax after a long a day. I asked to speak to a manger. The receptionist stated there was no manger on site but provided with a phone number to the manager. I called and left a message. I went out for the day upon arrive the AC was not working again for the second time. I had to go back down to the lobby for the receptionist to activate the AC. Again, I requested to speak to manager. The receptionist reached out to the manager and left the manager a message to contact me. When the manager contacted me I expressed to her that the ONLY reason I booked the hotel was for the balcony overlooking a small park. Again I was advised they only had one premium room with a wrap around balcony. I alerted the manager that One Shot was misrepresenting the premium rooms by displaying photos of a wrap around balcony. The manager apologized for the inconvenience and stated that she would advise the marketing department of the images displayed. I asked for a discount because I felt I was paying a premium price but not receiving what One Shot portrayed in their Premium room images. I must be honest, the bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. The bathroom was showing it's age with the wallpaper peeling. My wife had a difficult time putting on her make up with the poor lighting over the vanity. I wasn't impressed with the limited breakfast onsite. The hotel was in a qui

a friend who gets to visit Madrid often recommended this hotel - he stays at the associated apartments down the block, so check those out too very good location, helpful friendly staff, comfy bed - excellent value for the price its address is on a pedestrian-only street that is about 15 meters from a place to catch a cab if needed

Photos are exactly as shown. This is a beautiful hotel. The room has a balcony and architectural detail in the ceiling that are gorgeous. For a city hotel, the room was really clean and very functional with lots of closet space, desk and table, bedside tables, and a big bathroom. Mini fridge, hair dryer, and toiletries (e.g. toothbrushes) are provided. We were worried about the noise but once we shut the balcony doors, it was pretty quiet and we had a good night's sleep. The only complaint (and this is if we're really nitpicking) is that there the aircon didn't seem to be working, but it really wasn't a big deal; we didn't ask reception about it. We just opened the balcony doors to get some air in. We didn't get meals at the hotel but the food spread looked good from what we could see. There was also a gym and a rooftop, which we took advantage of. There is fruit infused ice water by reception once you walk in, which was a refreshing break before going back to our room. Wifi was great our entire stay. It was my birthday so the hotel staff arranged with my partner to leave some champagne in the room, which was nice. :) Major plus is the subway stop is a 2 minute walk away, and there are lots of cafes nearby! Location is so convenient- you can even walk to the center of the city. Hotel staff are really nice and helpful. We'll definitely return to this hotel next time we're in Madrid! L'alloggio si trova a ridosso della centralissima piazza ”puerta do sol” comodissima per girare tutta la parte centrale della città, vicino fermata della metro, negozi, ristoranti, bar, ecc. ecc. ecc. il nostro appartamento si trovava al 5° e ultimo piano servito da ascensore e si affacciava su un cortiletto interno, per cui era molto silenzioso. l'appartamentino era veramente piccolo, lo spazio di 2 letti singoli e poco più, ma credo siano così la maggior parte degli alloggi di Madrid. il bagno privato in camera, non con doccia ma con vasca ( dove potevi fare comunque la doccia n.d.r.). alla fine per lavarsi e dormire andava benissimo. buono il wifi, personale presente H24. a noi è piaciuto, lo consiglio e ci ritornerei.
