"The room was clean, bright and the environment was relax, comfortable and beautiful. Overall the room for this price was 9.5/10. However, the service and management were disappointing. At 1AM, we realized that the room did not have a hair dryer, so we went down to request one from the counter. The guard contacted the PIC, and the PIC informed us that all the staff had already gone back. They asked us to WhatsApp the number displayed at the counter the next morning when we needed the hair dryer, and we agreed. The next morning at 10AM, we contacted the WhatsApp PIC, only to be told that our room was not under their management. We then tried calling customer service, but nobody answered. What made it worse was that when we explained the situation, the WhatsApp PIC simply replied “I don’t know” instead of helping us with the correct contact number. Honestly, I’m not trying to blame any individual staff member, but if our room is not under that management, then why was that number displayed so prominently at the counter? It was misleading and caused unnecessary confusion for guests. Eventually, I found another contact number from my booking page and called them directly. The PIC said they would send the hair dryer immediately, but after waiting 10 minutes, nobody came. We went down to the counter again, and the staff told us, “We are a bit busy, you can go back up now, my staff is waiting outside your door.” It honestly felt like they just wanted us to leave quickly and gave us a random excuse to brush us off, because when we returned to the room, nobody was there. In the end, we only received the hair dryer at 11AM. Taking one full hour just to get a hair dryer delivered to the room was honestly quite ridiculous."

"Penyambut tetamu hotel sangat mesra dan mengalu-alukan. Walau bagaimanapun, kami sedikit kecewa kerana kami tidak dapat menempah Grab dari lobi kerana ia bukan tempat pengambilan yang ditetapkan. Ini bermakna kami perlu berjalan kaki sebentar ke jalan utama, yang agak menyusahkan, terutamanya apabila hujan, yang kerap berlaku semasa penginapan kami. Cuaca panas menjadikannya lebih tidak selesa. Perabot dan kabinet baharu hotel mengeluarkan bau VOC yang kuat, yang kami cuba kurangkan dengan membuka tingkap pada siang hari. Walaupun koridor berjubin, ia kotor semasa kami tiba. Keesokan harinya, pekerja pembersihan mengemop koridor panjang itu, menjadikannya agak basah. Lif juga terletak jauh dari bilik tidur kami. Dari segi positif, unit kami luas, dengan dua bilik tidur, dapur kecil, dan ruang tamu. Kemudahan yang disediakan juga baik, dan nilainya sangat berbaloi memandangkan saiz unit yang sekitar 70 meter persegi."

"New Homestay establishment, clean and cozy. No housekeeping services for our 3 nights stay, no disposable slippers, no changing of towels... etc Swimming pool and gym at roof top, nice view while working out in the gym."

"The service was prompt and excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were greeted and checked in smoothly which was helpful after a long drive. The facilities were remarkably clean and tidy. My companions and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We did not have any food as we only stayed for the night."

"Booked this apartment for its location and also because it was almost brand new. Positives: + Location - close to town and very convenient + It's almost brand new and low occupancy so very quiet and amenities in building are brand new although things like spa pool and atapchi pool are closed. + Good customer service from IWH. Customer service officer Dee was very helpful and friendly. + Cukcoo water dispenser in unit which is great was getting both hot and cold drinking water. + Branded appliances. Negatives: - Apartment's furnishing wasn't great. Dining stool has this metal ***** around it that is sharp and actually cut my daughter's leg. - Mattress was ultra hard while pillow is too soft. - While towels and shower gel and shampoo is provided, there is no handwashing soap provided. - Towels provided are fairly low quality and one even had cigarette smell which we asked to be replaced. - While we appreciate the separate shower cubicle and toilet, there is no curtains to separate the bathroom area and the living area making changing clothes coming out of shower abit of a hassle. - Water pressure is not great. Overall, while the price is good, this we feel is one of those case where the apartment looks much better in photos than actual due to the budget friendly furnishing used."

"Bangunan itu sendiri tidak mempunyai nama hotel. Ia dipanggil Tower Regency, mempunyai tempat letak kereta dalaman. Proses daftar masuk agak perlahan, dipercayai disebabkan oleh musim puncak dan cuti. Koridor berbau busuk dengan bau rokok. Saya sukar membuka pintu bilik selepas mengimbas kad, ia adalah peralatan yang agak lama. Secara keseluruhan bilik bersih, tekanan air baik."

"Had a really nice stay here! The room was comfortable and well-equipped with aircond, fan, and water heater .The owner was also very kind and friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant 😊 Love that they have cooking facilities, a BBQ area, and a swimming pool 😍 Perfect place to chill and have a small family day with loved ones. Definitely recommended!"

Sebagai sebuah hartanah yang sangat baharu, ia pasti mempunyai rasa ”segar” dan estetika moden yang sukar ditandingi. Kebaikan (Melebihi Jangkaan) • Bersih & Moden: Memandangkan bangunan ini sangat baharu, segala-galanya daripada lobi hinggalah bilik terasa asli. Reka bentuknya anggun dan jauh lebih ”premium” daripada yang saya jangkakan untuk harganya. • Kemudahan Terbaik: Kawasan umum dan kolam renang merupakan ciri-ciri yang menonjol. Mereka jelas telah berusaha untuk menjadikan tempat ini ”Instagrammable” dan selesa untuk percutian santai. • Kemudahan: Lokasi yang hebat di tengah-tengah bandar, menjadikannya mudah untuk membeli makanan atau keluar bersiar-siar. Perkara yang Perlu Diperhatikan Walaupun penginapan kebanyakannya hebat, terdapat dua isu kecil yang perlu diketahui oleh tetamu: • Pengudaraan Bilik Mandi: Satu kelemahan ialah kekurangan sistem pengudaraan udara (kipas ekzos) di dalam tandas. Ini boleh menyebabkan bilik mandi terasa sedikit pengap/lembap selepas mandi, jadi anda mungkin perlu membiarkan pintu terbuka untuk mengeluarkan udara. • Pemandangan Bilik (Tingkat Bawah): Saya menginap di tingkat 2, dan hampir tiada pemandangan yang boleh dibanggakan. Jika anda seorang yang menghargai latar langit bandar atau gunung, saya sangat mengesyorkan untuk meminta unit di tingkat yang lebih tinggi (Tingkat 10 atau lebih tinggi) untuk benar-benar menikmati persekitaran."

"A big corner house with 9 rooms. Spacious hall living room with TV channels. Dining set with tablewares. No stove no utensil for cooking. A fridge, microwave and water dispenser with hot, warm and cold water. Downstairs has a shared toilet too. Clean and nice. Last minute 5pm on the spot booked this unit. Instant confirmation and easy self check in instantly. Fast response from the incharge person. I booked Family room for 5pax on the first floor. 2 bedrooms with a joint toilet. Room8 spacious 1king 1single. Room9 1queen. Very comfy thick beds. TV in the room cannot be used. Old mother need to go downstairs to watch TV at the living hall. Its fine quite convenient and comfy to sit in the living. Greeting many guests coming in and out haha. Very affordable price. Nearby restaurants and attractions. Great stay! Thanks!"
