The location was excellent, very close to some of the best restaurants in the city. The front desk worker was very polite and efficient, and explained everything I needed to know about the property. They gave us an electronic key card for entering the building, so everything was easy in terms of access and check out. The room was large and spacious and the bathroom was clean as well! Overall an excellent value for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Belgrade!

While my room was simple and functional, I found the bed to be somewhat uncomfortable, which impacted the quality of my rest. This may not be a concern for every guest, but it is worth noting for those who prioritize comfort during their stay. I recommend that the hotel's management consider upgrading the bedding to improve overall comfort for future guests. The pillows were soft and shallow, which might not cater to every guest's preference, but they still contributed to the room's modest charm. Breakfast at the hotel was humble but showcased a selection of local dishes. While not the most elaborate spread, it provided an authentic taste of Serbian cuisine, reflecting the resilience and adaptability of the Serbian people who have faced numerous challenges throughout history. Di pusat bandar Old Belgrade, berhampiran dengan jalan pejalan kaki, ia sangat mudah untuk membeli-belah dan makan. Ia mengambil masa sepuluh minit untuk berjalan kaki ke Zoo Taman Kalemegdan, dan terdapat restoran Cina berdekatan.

Nous avons logé dans cet hôtel pendant 1 semaine avec un ami dans une chambre twin. L'hôtel est situé très loin du centre, dans un quartier un peu malfamé. Bien évidemment, ils nous ont donné la chambre 28, la dernière tout en haut, face aux travaux qui commencent à 6h du matin et là où il fait une chaleur à mourir. Le wifi est terriblement mal desservi dans cette fameuse chambre. Il y a une forte odeur d'égout dans la salle de bains, qui sent en plus le renfermé. La literie est tout de même confortable. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas terrible mais un jour sur 3 il y a des pains au chocolat et des croissants. Malheureusement, pas tous les jours, c'est très dommage. La réception est ouverte h24 ce qui est appréciable, et les personnes sont plutôt serviables. La femme de ménage est très gentille, même si elle ne parle pas anglais, nous avons réussi à nous faire comprendre. Le prix de 55 euros reste tout de même assez cher pour un hôtel à Belgrade très loin du centre.

The service was very good. The concierge Nemanja was extremely helpful! He helped me book a good day trip and provided many good travel tips. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that the hotel uses Clarins for bathroom products, which is very nice! However, a couple of things could be improved: the queen bed is made of two single beds, which is uncomfortable; the breakfast was average; the slippers provided were not comfortable. Overall, the hotel met expectations of a five-star hotel, and I have no major complaints.

Only positive vibes and words for this amazing hostel : the staff is nice, kind and really welcoming. The hostel is big and there is everything you need. The whole structure is fabulous and always clean. There is a lovely terrace where you can spend time, eat, smoke, read... The kitchen works perfectly and the atmosphere is really friendly! We met people from many different countries! They organise cool excursions in the city also! Thank you guys, we won't forget you!!!

A nice room, beautiful, modern shared bathrooms, parking on the premises. When we arrive, in the room we smell cigarette smoke, but after reporting it to the staff, we get an air freshener. We pay 27 euro for a night. However, the surroundings are ugly and strange, it feels dangerous to walk here in the evening, the facility is located near some factory buildings and warehouses, from the windows you can see a high chimney. It is quite far to the city centre.
