I really love this hotel. The staffs are very friendly and helpful especially during day time. The staff named Amir was really helpful.The room is nice even though a bit small. They have an android tv, hair dryer (hard to find one in another boutique hotel) and it's very clean snd cosy.We returned to this hotel again after went to another hotel for a night because the other hotel was a nightmare.

Yes. Possitive feedback from every family member💃🏻 cleanness is good, only the master room, the glass bathroom inside need to clean more, the utensils perhaps ok, u have washing machine too. That is complete. Moreover, the bed is comfortable 😍 extra ya, it’s spacious and can accommodate big family like us. 🙏🏻 thank you. In future will find your ur place again.

Kinda surprise seeing a Signature property in Puchong. I can say overall experience is fantastic. I am very particular on certain aspects and they nail it. I was greeted by Aina at about 3pm with my room key all ready (yes, a key but not a big deal). Standard Studio room on level 7 is as described and pictured. Huge, spacious, tidy, clean and everything is new. There is even a personalized welcome note with 2 candies. What a brilliant way of welcoming! Face, hand and bath towels ready with the normal complete amenities (toothbrush & paste is included). 2 air-conds, one in living and bed area. In house Astro tv. Car park is complimentary limited to only 1 vehicle to a room. Tap in with TnG card, debit or credit card (minimum amount is necessary for successful entry as RM3 will be pre-auth), validate prior exiting. There is a gym on level 8 but no pool. Hotel restaurant is just across the street serving all day menu. Many choices of eatieries within driving distance.

Dibayar untuk katil bersaiz queen tetapi mendapat dua katil bujang yang dicantumkan untuk membentuk ”katil queen”. Meminta untuk gelas wain tetapi kemudian kami dijangka membayar deposit untuk gelas wain? Tidak pernah mendengar istilah ini di mana-mana hotel lain, saya seorang pengembara yang kerap jadi akan faham jika ia adalah 5 bintang tetapi ini bukan hotel 5 bintang. Alat kawalan jauh tv tidak berfungsi. Bidet tandas rosak dan air juga bocor.. Selain itu semuanya ok. Deposit untuk bilik standard agak tinggi, RM200. Yang agak mengejutkan untuk hotel biasa.

Adalah disyorkan untuk menambah gim.
