"Things did not get off to a good start apon arrival at the checkin desk ' The desk staff had a big problem as their computer systen had crashed' Which also effected other families and guests who were waiting in the lobby'
The desk staff were genuinely concerned as they were helpless .having no record of any guests bookings to confirm.
It took up to two hours of waiting before recieving our room' I was told we were upgraded' but it was the exact room as previously booked, once inside the room seemed rather small.
As I say the desk staff were genuinely sorry for the long delay'
other then this all was fine with an excellent breakfast buffet."

EratOutstanding Hotel, clean and quiet, warm pool , great view. Even the hotel had no own kitchen they organized all the food from surrounding restaurants hot and fresh on nice plates. Very professional staff, service minded and always very friendly and helpful attitude, whatever we needed, they organized. Enjoyed this place a lot! Definitely a good place to be, great for foreigners and locals.

Huw PI am a traveller from the UK and spent one evening at the Yunsu Seaview Hotel - I had a fantastic stay and it my best experience at a hotel so far in China. The room was lovely and, most importantly, the owner was so friendly and helpful that it really made my visit to Weizhou Island very special. She gave me excellent advice about where to go and helped me rent an electric scooter from across the road, and she was available to assist me with anything I was struggling to understand as a foreigner. I wholeheartedly recommend international visitors stay here.

Pengguna Tetamu這次帶娃來北海，最正確的決定就是訂了海一然的私人泳池房，必須給個大大的五星好評！
帶小朋友出門，安全和衞生是第一位的，這家酒店的私人泳池完美解決了我們的顧慮。池水清澈見底，每天換新，孩子在水裡怎麼玩我們都特別放心。最驚喜的是，酒店不僅免費提供了各種沙灘玩具，隨便一拍就是朋友圈大片，簡直太省心了！
除了泳池，房間的設計也深得孩子歡心，原木風温馨舒適，乳膠床墊睡着很舒服。酒店的服務更是沒得挑，入住就送了歡迎甜品，還有一份超詳細的遊玩攻略。
總之，無論是硬件設施還是軟性服務，都遠超預期。下次來北海，一定還會選擇海一然！強烈推薦給所有帶娃的家庭！

silsilVisited here with my daughters. It was my first time in Beihai and this hotel gave me great impression. I was worried that there is no foreigner’s review but we were able to enjoy our holiday thanks to hotel staff. Especially Sammy Li, the duty manager at the hotel front desk, provided excellent service. Facilities, hygiene, food and views were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. I’m willing to visit again.

GG-GG親子家庭房非常寬敞，還有私人小泳池。整個民宿的裝潢很舒適，陳設和裝飾像家的感覺。老闆一家人很熱情，推薦北海可靠的餐館，告知遊客注意事項。客棧的位置距離銀灘很近，步行3分鐘到達，實在太方便了。還有挖沙子和趕海的工具。衹可惜衹留了一晚在北海。下次來還會住這裏。已經推薦了朋友和家人來這裏住，值得信賴的民宿。

這間民宿離碼頭很近，提供接送服務，出行還提供電動車出租，去島上哪裡都很方便。民宿環境很好，有個花園式的院子，還帶個小泳池，可以戲水游泳，服務人員也挺熱情，房間乾淨，熱水充足，還有小食堂，可以加工海鮮，提供飲食，潿洲島度假選這裏就很好

Excellent place! Right by the beach, which is enclosed by two cliffs, creating a quasi-private beach that you can go anytime. The pool is beautiful at night, though it was too cold to dip in December.
They offer free pick-up and send-off service. Transportation on Weizhou Island depends a lot on e-bikes, which you can rent for 60 RMB/day! Inclusive breakfast is plentiful and receptionist is always helpful! She spent an hour teaching us how to ride an e-bike. Five star to her!

Beka_hThe guesthouse is perfect for a relaxed vacation. It is beautiful, clean and right by the beach which is amazing and they arrange pick up and drop off to the passenger port which is super convenient. The guy who works at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. They let me check in early and check out late, very cool. The food on their menu is also tasty. Great experience staying at this guesthouse!
