che dire MAGNIFICOOOOOOOOOOOO Villa a circa 4 km dal centro ma ben servita da mezzi pubblici: fermata bus a 50 mt e in circa 20/25 min si arriva a Piazza Venezia; fermata metro Sant’Agnese - Annibaliano 500 mt e in circa 10/15 min. si è in centro a Termini/Colosseo In zona ci sono alcuni ristoranti, quindi no problem per cene o pranzi Dispone di un parcheggio auto immenso; appena varchi il cancello sembra di entrare in un'altra dimensione, pace tranquillità pulizia. Splendido il giardino. E che dire della colazione al 3° piano: Troppo e Troppa......paste giganti (sembrano essere di stare in una pasticceria), dolce, salato e cameriere super gentili e premurose. Dispone anche di una terrazza che si affaccia sul giardino e parcheggio. Stampe pulitissime e con area condizionata. Reception eccezionale, sempre presenti a qualsiasi ora e con una gentilezza non comune. Lo consiglio 1000 volte per visitare Roma e dintorni. Dopo le giornate intense a visitare le attrazioni di Roma nel caos del traffico e nella confusione, questo posto ti rigenera nel silenzio e tranquillità. We booked a triple room, was plenty big enough for us, although there wasn't really anywhere to put empty suitcases. The room was clean and comfortable. Air con didn't really work though, so it was a little warm and it would have been nice if there was seating on the balcony as we would have used it more if that was the case. The fridge and kettle were a useful addition. Breakfast could have done with more vegan options, there was no soya milk or spread, but we were able to get things from the local lidl (about 10 mins walk away) to take down with us. There was plenty of fruit and we noticed on an allergen list that there were vegan cornetti, however we had to ask a member of staff to point this out to us as the item itself wasn't labelled. My 12 year old loved the cornetti and ate 5 at our first breakfast. During our stay staff were there when we needed them but not intrusive. It was easy enough to get into rome Policlinico metro was about 5 mins walk away and it was easy to purchase tickets at only 1.50 euros. We liked 'pizza dai cinque' across the road to pick up a quick bite to eat, they also usually had at least 3 cheeseless vegan options which were very tasty. You do occasionally hear sirens but I can't say we really noticed it all that much and it was a lots quieter than being in the centre of Rome. All in all a very good place to stay for the money.

Sono certa che ognuno di noi abbia la propria scala di fattori per valutare se un posto e' bello o brutto ma che siano le persone il valore aggiunto. In questo hotel pulito, carino e molto comodo , vicino alla stazione di Roma Termini sono proprio le persone che fanno di un piccolo hotel, un punto di riferimento per i nostri viaggi a Roma. Paola della reception e' stata, ed è, la persona che ci ha seguito in fase di prenotazione e che si è fatta in quattro per aiutarci a proiettare le nostre fotografie su una parete, di una saletta allestita solamente per noi, un gruppetto di fotografi arrivati in città per un corso di fotografia di due giorni. Accommodation in Rome is insanely overpriced at all price points…However, if one wants to stay in central Rome then this is definitely a great hotel to stay at. Clean, modern, great customer service, extremely comfortable bed! What more can one hope for from a couple of nights stay. It should be noted that the area around Termini is not the nicest in Rome, however the hotel is at least located in the (relatively) better part of the area around termini.

We have stayed in many 5 star properties over the years but the Ambasciatori Palace, Rome really blew us away. Service was incredible. Staff was abundant and ready and willing to assist at all times. The hotel was renovated last year and every inch of the property is opulent. They truly paid attention to detail. There are 2 great bars, one on the rooftop and one in the lobby. We stayed in a junior suite that was large and gorgeous. This would be our choice again in Rome.

Spacious rooms for such a convenient and central location. Although its near to the train station it enjoys quiet and safety on a safe street. Clean room. A high c/p choice for travelling in rome!

Great location. Any major attraction can be reached within 20 minutes. Spacious room with a very comfortable mattress. Very helpful staff both at the reception and during room service. We initially had a corner room, but found it a little noisy for us. At the reception they changed it without any problems for another one. There are several good restaurants nearby. Reception's recommendations were also excellent. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but in the same building on the base floor there is a garage (not the hotel), which can be accessed without entering the ZTL zone. Price 35 euros per day. But opposite the garage there is a paid city parking lot, where you can also leave your car. To get into the hotel from a garage or parking lot, you need to call from downstairs so that a receptionist will come and open the door to the elevator hall. We liked the breakfast. There was a bit of a lack of variety in egg dishes, but there was plenty of other stuff. I think the main disadvantage is the paid gym and spa. And if the spa is somehow explainable, then the gym is usually free for hotel guests. The price for visiting guests is 9 euros. Restaurant is fine. You get the voucher with 20% discount when check-in so the price becomes reasonable. Overall we enjoyed our time at the hotel and will return here again. I think the main disadvantage is the paid gym and spa. And if the spa is somehow explainable, then the gym is usually free for hotel guests. The price for visiting guests is 9 euros. I would have liked to rate the hotel as 4.5* however our room was at the front of the hotel and even with the windows shut it was very noisy from the large road junction outside, plus there was noise from other residents and tvs in other rooms, maybe some soundproofing needs to be carried out. That having been said the location was excellent, an easily walkable distance to main attractions, plus a metro stop is directly outside the hotel. The area felt safe at night and there some very good restaurants to try which are only minutes away. Should you wish to go shopping then there are plenty of non-designer shops to choose from nearby including a very good department store called COIN. Our room was a good size and had a lovely bathroom. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, the linen was super soft. Cleaning through the hotel was of a high standard. Breakfast was excellent, everything you might want and the most delicious scrambled eggs I have ever had in a hotel. There were salads, pastries, cakes, fresh fruit, yoghurts, different cured meats and cheeses, sausages and bacon and vegetarian options. Top marks for the hard working breakfast staff. A great start to the day. Staff generally were friendly and helpful. At reception were snacks and drinks to welcome you which was a nice gesture. The hotel also has a small restaurant, ideal for lunches or if you are too exhausted to leave the hotel at night. We had pizzas and salads there a couple of times for lunch and they were very good. The reception area is good with couches, they will look after your baggage if you have a late flight. A very enjoyable stay.

Honestly，my experience this hotel is a little bit lower than equivalent level hotel. The mattress in this hotel is not bad. However， unfortunately， it mattress gonna be only point I satisfy with it. The service is normal，but their equipment maintenance is concerning，there are several bulbs down in my room and the shower door in the bathroom seems hard to push. Most importantly，air conditioner in the room is not powerful enough which is a terrible infomation for tourist in this summer. The picture attached in this comment is it outside environment，it might be not clear enough， but I have to say it outside is too dark😂， but it is not a luxury hotel in city centre， therefore it is still acceptable . This hotel is generally good， but there are still large spaces that it can move forward to increase it customer satisfaction.

Lots of on site parking. Laundry service recommended across the hotel were amazing and friendly. Room was very small though. Blow dryer didn’t work. Not enough bench space in the bathroom. Overall cleanliness was great. The fridge was nice and cold. Although they don’t have a stocked fridge and you would have to go down to get bottled water. Variety of breakfast choices. Drinks were okay and coffee was from an instant coffee machine which was okay. Staff weren’t around often to ask for fresh coffee. Front concierge were friendly though and very helpful.
