"Generally speaking, I enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Convenient with its location close to the station. With nice hot spring on the top of the building. I experienced the M6 earthquake during my stay at night. The staff are quickly came to check the hot spring floor if all the guests are alright. The had blocked the lifts and open the staircase door to go down. The Public announcement through the speaker in room told the guests no need to panic… For housekeeping, they need to improve as we found our room did not close the room door after made up the room. HSKP card still left at the entrance and seems waiting for room inspection?? But we strongly concern our belongings and safety. The English level of the front desk team are so so. Few are below. Breakfast are alright. The menu are the same for my stay for 2 nights. Staff are helpful."

"準備在富士山這邊住兩天，在平台篩選優先看好評，挖到這家新開的山莊。翻完評價幾乎全是好評，一條差評都沒有，看到説是中國人開的，我直接果斷下單。 位置真的方便，車站走路三四五分鐘就能到。整間山莊很新、打掃得乾乾淨淨，店裡掛了不少毛筆字，看着特別親切。餐廳空間挺大，配有製冰機、微波爐，還有泡麪可以買。步行大概十分鐘就能走到711。 風景沒得説，今晚剛剛入住，特別期待明天一早富士山的雪景，到時候拍照片分享出來。店裡燈光佈置也花了心思，氛圍感很好。 老闆是浙江老鄉，人特別靠譜。出來國外旅行經常碰到電話卡沒信號，衹能私信聯繫，老闆回覆消息速度很快，給的訊息也很準確，這點在外住宿真的很難得。 房間空間很大，衞生到位，桌椅這些傢俱都還很新。重點説一下！在日本這麼久，第一次遇到這麼寬敞的衞生間，真的愛了！燒水壺、衞浴所有配套設施全都齊全，住着舒服。 店裡還能租借代步工具：電動車、滑板車2000日元一天，自行車1000日元一天，性價比超高！外面租車大多需要掃碼註冊，流程繁瑣，很難操作。這裏直接門店辦理，省事太多，這點太加分。 純自費入住，沒有任何合作、不收廣告費，實打實的真實感受。華人朋友刷到可以點個贊！順帶一提，這段文字我原始想法比較零散，是藉助豆包幫忙理順語句邏輯，內容全部都是我自己真實體驗。 最後走的時候老闆還送我了一個禮物，太開心！ English（Booking、TripAdvisor、Google地圖海外版） I plan to stay two nights near Mount Fuji. I filtered accommodations by positive reviews and found this newly opened villa. Almost all reviews are good with no negative comments. I booked immediately after learning it is run by a Chinese owner. The location is excellent, only a 3–5 minutes’ walk from the station. The villa is new and thoroughly cleaned. There are Chinese calligraphy artworks displayed inside, which feels really warm. The dining area is spacious, equipped with an ice maker and microwave. Instant noodles are available for purchase, and a 7-Eleven is around a 10-minute walk away. The view is amazing. I just checked in tonight and I’m really looking forward to seeing the snow scenery of Mount Fuji tomorrow morning. I will share photos later. The lighting design of the villa is wonderful. The owner is from Zhejiang and very helpful. When traveling overseas, mobile signal can be unstable, so we can only communicate via messages. The owner replies quickly and provides precise information, which is such a big plus. The room is large and immaculate, all furniture looks new. This is the first time I have seen such a spacious bathroom in Japan, I absolutely love it! Kettle and all bathroom facilities are fully provided, making the stay really pleasant. You can rent vehicles here: e-scooters and electric bikes cost 2000 yen per day, regular bicycles are 1000 yen per day, very cost-effective. Most rental services outside require complicated online registration via QR codes. You can rent directly at the front desk here without troublesome procedures. Important: I paid for the stay myself. "Excellent view both in the room and the 5th floor bath. It was great to take a bath and watch Fuji mountain early in the mornin on the 5th floor. On the 1st floor the self-served wine selection allows you to try various wines at budget price. Both breakfast and afternoon welcome drink were surprisingly nice. I would remain my choice if I visit again."

"Hotel Mt Fuji has the best views of Lake Yamanaka and Mt Fuji. It is located high up on a hill and looks down over the lake. Shuttle bus service to and from Yamamakako iriguchi was excellent. The staff in 7 eleven kindly called for me to be picked up on arrival and again on the second day of my stay. The breakfast was the best in the past 2  weeks of my trip. Japanese breakfast is so delicious. The omelette chef was such a perfectionist and each was made perfectly. Staff were particularly helpful and the public baths , there are 2 different locations ,are excellent, both very different. The hotel itself is very old and dated and could do with a renovation. However saying that, the room was very spacious and comfortable. I loved being able to open the window which had an insect screen and have fresh air. The only thing I did not like is that you could not wear your yukata to breakfast. No big deal really. I would highly recommend Hotel Mt Fuji."

"The villa has a little bit distance from the train station. Need to take a bus and walk a little bit to reach. It does allow early check in before 3pm but with extra charge, check in after 8pm also has extra charge; so ideally it is better to check in within 3pm-8pm. The room is okay, but the room I got was not able to view the whole fuji mountain from the balcony (I got the far end lot 😭), otherwise everything is fine."

"This is a very good hotel to stay at in Kawaguchiko area. I am exceedingly impressed by the services considering the amount you pay. I requested for a room with a Fuji view, and I got one. The free breakfast was fulfilling, and the free shuttles between stations and spots is what I was very happy about. I had productive 4 days because of it. From Mishima station, I was picked up and the bus pushed through even though it was just me. The drivers were very nice and helpful too. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. You get a normal Japan size room. Checkin and checkout was also very smooth. If you arrive early or leave later, there is a free luggage storage.I definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely book again."

"The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle bus to and from Kawaguchiko Station, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The view was simply unbeatable—we could see Mount Fuji right from our room. Our stay included both dinner and breakfast, and we were lucky enough to visit on a perfectly clear day, so we got an unobstructed view of Fuji in all its glory. It was one of those moments that made the trip truly unforgettable. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and spoke English well, which made everything even smoother and more enjoyable. "Our stay at this hotel in Yamanakako was absolutely wonderful. The location is stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery and such a peaceful atmosphere. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. We stayed in a Japanese-style room, and it exceeded all of our highest expectations — spacious, comfortable, authentic, and truly special. The breakfast was delicious and incredibly generous. There was so much food that it was difficult to finish everything! The grounds around the hotel are also beautifully arranged and cared for, creating a very relaxing environment. We also had dinner there, which was excellent and offered at a very reasonable price. Yamanakako itself is much calmer and more peaceful than Kawaguchiko, so for us it was definitely the better choice. We highly recommend both the area and this hotel to anyone looking for a more relaxing stay near Mount Fuji. The only possible downside for some travelers might be the limited transportation options, but for us it was not a problem at all. There is a bus that circles the lake, and we easily reached Oshino, Fujiyoshida, and Kawaguchiko. In the evenings the town becomes wonderfully quiet, which was actually a huge advantage. After busy days in Tokyo, the silence and calmness here felt deeply relaxing. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. We would especially like to thank them because my husband accidentally left his insulin medication in the refrigerator in our room. We did not even realize it was missing. After finding it during cleaning, the staff contacted us immediately and literally drove to the bus stop just five minutes before our bus to Mishima arrived to hand us the medication personally. We were truly touched by their kindness and care. This level of hospitality is rare and unforgettable. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again."

Terdapat kedai sewa basikal dalam jarak 2 minit berjalan kaki, dan Lawson dan FamilyMart berada dalam jarak 10 minit."
