Hotel Dengan parking di San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic

The staff is really nice except Nicholas from font desk was really rude and unprofessional just because I was asking to update to add one person that I will paid the difference he start screaming a me and didn’t let me talk it was really unpleasant all other staff are excellent Jose, Antonio and Irving was really friendly and also the animation team like Ronald is great from the bartender Luis Roberto from the restaurant and Juana all of them are great

They could put a couple of fan at the lobby, especially at the reception area. Food area (buffet) can be closed and supported by air conditioning. At some locations, drinks can be served in glass not plastic. Smoking In The pool must be prohibited, because kids also swimming in the same pool. Around the pool is ok

The hotel was gorgeous! Very beautiful and clean. The check-in clerk was very helpful! We could see that there were several activities available, such as multiple pools and the beach, but unfortunately weren't staying long enough to take advantage of many of them. We did enjoy lunch on a restaurant built on a pier over the ocean with absolutely beautiful views!

All good, exceptional service and cleanliness of the rooms. Quantity and quality at the buffet for the all inclusive formula
