Hotel Dengan Parking di Aragon, Spain

Отель отличный!  Очень гостеприимный персонал на ресепшен, молодой человек даже пообщался с нами на русском! Дал карту, отметил что посмотреть!  Очень чисто, вкусно пахнет, уютно, хороший вид. Единственное, что омрачило пребывание, с семи утра видимо уборщица бесконечно и очень громко двигала мебель, мы не смогли выспаться.

The service was adequate but “not with a smile”. Seemed more like a truck stop motel. However we enjoyed the evening meal which was very good. The breakfast was basic and only cold food. However it was close to Javalambre skiing which suited us fine.

Parador muy bonito situado en lo alto de la ciudad de Alcañiz. Habitaciones espaciosas, limpias y tranquilas. Se puede llegar andando a cualquier lugar de la ciudad y dispone de aparcamiento en la puerta desde donde se pueden visitar los alrededores.

Buen hotel ,el desayuno muy bien y el personal Perfecto También comimos el restaurante y muy bien!

Lo que no nos gustó es que la cafetería no está abierta por la mañana y te obligan a hacer un desayuno de 20 € cuando yo en realidad solo quiero un café con leche. La camas solo tienen enchufe a un lado, por lo tanto lo representa no puede cargar su móvil ni nada .

Buen servicio,solo que las instalaciones del hotel son un poco antiguas. Las sábanas eran muy finas y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien, por lo que hacía un poco de frío por la noche. En general, la experiencia es buena, la habitación está bien insonorizada y todo el personal de servicio del hotel tiene una muy buena actitud.

Personal amable, el desayuno es un bufete a la carta todo muy bueno hecho al momento, si quieres más puedes pedir, esta muy cerca de las principales rutas de senderismo que hay por la zona, la habitación se ve reformada. La única pega es la cama que no es muy cómoda.

The staff felt unfriendly from the start. Their attitude was cold and rigid. There was no sense of warmth or welcome. Interactions felt uncomfortable. I couldn’t wait to leave. Booking anything was overly strict. The pool and restaurant required rigid time slots. It didn’t feel like a vacation. It felt controlled instead of relaxing. The rules took away the enjoyment. At the restaurant, I wanted to look around and admire the design, but I was told to stay seated. It felt patronizing and unnecessary, like being treated as a child. I’ve never felt this uncomfortable before. Only at checkout, I was told the pool cost extra. This was never clearly mentioned before, but regardless of this ”misunderstanding”, for a five-star hotel to charge extra for using the pool is very disappointing. It felt cheap and not what you expect at this premium level. The hotel is beautiful and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the staff ruins the experience, and their attitude overshadows everything else. I recommend to visit it if you're passing by the area, but I wouldn’t recommend sleeping here at all.

Absolutely awesome for the amount of money paid. Location, service, breakfast, cleanliness, bright rooms. Place to book again with no doubt.

Fijn hotel, beetje gedateerd maar een 'monasterio' mag een beetje authentiek blijven. Personeel vriendelijk en zeer gedienstig. Goed ontbijt. Restaurant heel lekkere menu Locatie dicht bij het oude (vervallen) centrum. (Foto zicht vanuit onze kamer)
