Returned Customer.
Had been staying with Swiss Bel-Hotel whenever I visit Palangkaraya. The room has always been well maintained and cleaned making the stay great. Food has always been delicious and in the recent stay there is a change of menu. The only feedback is due the high popularity, the traffic whenever drive towards carpark can get complicated whenever there is an event held at the hotel. Else I will definitely recommend to book a room with them and I will visit again!

Cukup lumayan sih dg harga murah dapat kamar yg lumayan, pelayan juga ramah, mau kemna² tempatnya enak , cuma sayangnya kamar nya jauh bangat lantai 3 naik tangga kecil agak ngeri juga kalo jatuh dan pas masuk kamar kamar nya agak bau yaa bau kaya ruangan lama gitu itu aja sih.

Gorgeous hotel which is great for a quick stop off, especially if you’re heading on a trip into the jungle - it’s a great place to relax and refresh. The pool on the roof is perfect and all facilities are excellent. We were a little surprised at how expensive services within the hotel were - such as the breakfast and drinks at the bar, I wouldn’t particularly recommend breakfast here. However, it wasn’t a huge issue and I would definitely return to this hotel.

Nyaman kamarnya, kolam renang juga enak, sarapannya juga enak sekali. Rekomended bgt dsini... Tanpa uang deposit lagi. Mantap pokoknya... Pelayannya juga ramah-ramah. Top markotop. Teruskan pelayanannya... Lain kali pasti menginap disini lagi.

GGuest Userthe only inconvenience was that you cannot take the luggage directly to the lift. there are a few stairs in between. Hotel should consider making a slope there to drag luggage.
Staff is friendly, but not always available near the stairs. Hence, moving in and out with luggage was a slight concern.

GGuest UserI informed with quite an advance(4 days) that finally I couldn't enjoy my reservation (flight changed by the airline) and I asked them to cancel the night, but they refused.
Of course the booking policy was not refundable but I would have appreciated their consideration and having back my money. I warned in advance, I asked kindly, but no way.
Well, it wasn't their obligation but it wasn't so difficult.

GGuest UserBeautiful and clean hotel with a very friendly staff. The tvs in the room are a bit small and the wifi needs a little boost. The food is delicious whether ordering room service or eating in the dinning area. Have stayed at this hotel several times and plan to use again in the future.

GglassboxConvenient hotel but needs a refresh. I was given a smoking room even though I had requested for non smoking. Comfortable bed but the toilet and areas need to clean properly. Silicon fillers in the toilet area was already brown with grime. I had expected more.

GGuest UserJust got to Palangka Raya from a long haul. When we entered the hotel, we smell nice ambiance in the lobby that felt welcoming. The beed was nice and comfy, the non-smoking room also smell fresh. The staffs also very nice. Very recommended 👌🏽

KkingLNThe hotel facilities are good, the exterior wall is Dutch style, and the air is fresh. The only problem is that the hotel's WIFI signal is a bit poor, and it was intermittent throughout the night. The hotel is not too far from the airport.
