What a pleasant surprise to find such a gem of a hotel ! 5-star service from the hotel owner to the Mgr Prasanta, Mr. Zakil and the Housekeeping staff. Professional and gracious hospitality team. Comfortable room, hot water available 24/ 7, water pressure's good, wifi's reasonably fast, food's good. Just replace the tap washers; and it'd be a perfect stay. Thank you for a lovely visit ! :)

We booked the hotel online for 2 days stay from 7th April23 to 9th April 23 after reading good reviews. But after reaching the hotel we were overwhelmed it was a complete paisa wasool decision.We were given a room no 115 which was a standard room with ac.The icing on the cake was the rooftop swimming pool which can be accesses anytime between 7 am to 5 pm at the minimal cost of Rs 100 per person for swimming costume.The staff of the hotel were very much cordial and friendly especially Mr Hemant Mukherjee who haelped us to arrange the Patratu Valley and Ranchi Sight seeing Tours. Overall experience very good.Would recommend others to enjoy the hospitality of the Winsome. Mr Subhra Kanti Mukherjee Asansol

Very comfortable. Very clean. We had breakfast and dinner - all excellent and the roof top dining room provided wonderful panoramic views of the area. Ashish and the team did everything they could to make us feel welcome and our stay was extremely enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay at BNR Chankya , Ranchi .They always have a special personal welcome by the duty manager Ms Suhana . Suhana’s attentiveness to some special requests , delivery of it was extremly appreciated. Thank you so much. The smiling faces from the front guards (every time), entry, reception, housekeeping and restaurants is always dependeable. Well done Guys. . Nice rooms. Check in and check out process are very good and they didn't make as to wait much. All Food taste is excellent and multiple options also available even if required anything as a special request they will consider and make it for you. In my experience no other hotel given me satisfaction in all aspects. Highly recommend to stay

Went to visit Baba Dham with my family, enjoyed the stay at Gitanjali International. Staff was polite and helpful. Aravind Kumar and Vikas Singh at the reception, Chef Uttam Das, Support staff Ashish and Prakash, Driver bhaiyya, were the best folks we met. Food was tasty and customised as per need. Room very clean and tidy. I would recommend Gitanjali International for a peaceful stay. Thank you again to the folks who made my stay pleasent.

Staying at Bloom Hotel Ranchi was great overall experience. The rooms had all the comforts you come to expect, soft beds, hot showers, good cleanliness, a reliable wifi connection and air conditioning. The food was a stand out, very delicious with a great variety both in the restaurant and room service. The staff were attentive, professional and helpful in every aspect, arranging travel when we needed at reasonable prices. Special shoutout to Rupen Kumar Nayak who always went above and beyond. We will definitely be using Bloom again!
