The room was very clean and the hotel had great access to the Grand Place, with many lively restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. Getting there from the station involved a lot of slopes and cobblestone streets, which might be a bit challenging with heavy luggage, but it wasn't far. The twin room we stayed in on the second floor didn't have an elevator, and it was hard to carry our heavy bags up. According to the floor plan, most other rooms seemed to have elevators, so maybe we just got unlucky with our room. However, it didn't face the street, so it was quiet. Being on the second floor, we could only see a mural from our window, but a friend who stayed in a single room on the fifth floor said they could see the Grand Place, so higher floors might offer better views. The front desk staff were friendly and happily stored our luggage for the next day. Overall, it was a good hotel. I'd like to stay here again if I have the chance.

A special mention goes to Merle, who went above and beyond to assist us with travel arrangements. Her warm and professional manner made a lasting impression. One area for improvement is the breakfast offering. Guests with dietary restrictions or those who avoid meat and eggs may find the options somewhat limited. Expanding the menu to cater to a wider range of dietary needs would enhance the overall experience. Overall, a highly recommended stay with thoughtful service and a prime location.

The room was quite spacious and very clean, definitely better than your average European hotel. The location in the city center is super convenient for getting around. However, the hotel breakfast was pretty standard, and the restaurant was small with not much variety.

This hotel is a great choice for business trips to Rotterdam. It's centrally located with lots of shops nearby. Both the bathroom and the room itself were quite comfortable. Being so close to the train station means you won't be rushing to catch a train to Amsterdam for your flight!

Hotel is super, staff is helpful. Parking is near . Room is beautiful. We got a triple room, the third one is tiny but have everything you need ! I recommend it

Thanks, everything was great. It's a bit far from public transport, but there's a beach with seals nearby. The room was spacious, and the bed, mattress, and pillows were comfortable. The shower worked. Housekeeping was available on request. Most importantly, it was quiet.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is convenient for getting anywhere. Opened in 2018, it's still new and has a stylish vibe, yet the rooms are spacious and the price is very reasonable. All the necessities were well-provided, and for me, it was 'necessary and sufficient.' Although there was no view, I personally appreciated having an espresso machine and proper glass cups. What I found interesting was the unmanned, fully self-service shop on the second floor. Breakfast is also a 'pick-what-you-like' style here, and I was surprised by the wide variety of options, including bread, fruits, and yogurt. Plus, the prices were very reasonable, with croissants at €1 each and coffee around €2. Ceramic dishes and cutlery were also available, and I liked the convenience of being able to buy just what I needed. 😙 Even the room key and 'Do Not Disturb' sign were stylishly made of wood. 💓 I highly recommend this hotel! 👍

The hotel was very shitty and terrible! First bed: I book a single double although the room is single double room for sure, the bed is combine by two single beds, there was even a hole between two beds, when I told the staff about this, she just told me she can’t fix this problem, until they shift to another staff, despite that he help me to fix the problem but it already the last three days of my stay! Second shower system: the bath system is also shitty! Water either extremely hot or cold, and the staff doesn’t figure out how to fix the problem, until my last 4 days staying! Eventually I got cold after I ‘m back in the UK! Third heating: the heating should be a centralised one, but the staff didn’t figure out how to fix it or turn on it,they even give me a portable one instead, the voltage often overload because the heating, and lights in the room, and it is also one of the reasons I got cold. Last lights: the lights is very dark in the room! I’m quite disappointed my stay, the hostel should increase the training of their staff also the facilities, fix the problem of heating and shower system! I will never book this hostel again.

Location was perfect, close to walk everywhere we wanted and central station. Hotel itself was beautiful, outside of rooms was space to sit, read a book or work on laptop. We loved our candy house. Bed was extremely comfortable, shower pressure spot on 👌 Reception stuff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately there is no parking so what we did we parked on train station P+P for two nights.
