Excellent Reception, kind Professional and caring people. Very clean and excellent, quite room and good price.

We had a wonderful stay at the Nine Lifestyle Experience. The rooms were beautiful and the location was just great. We walked to many things, but public transportation and tours were also close by. The food and hospitality were really outstanding and we could each eat on our own schedule. We would certainly stay there again next time we are in Tunisia. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Best point is the friendly reception manager always available to help. Location is good, near train station and avenue Bourguiba. Medina main gate is 15/20 minutes walk. However at night the area is not that nice as there is nothing to do, badly-rated restaurants, and quite dark. The bad part is that the hotel is very noisy as the doors and walls are very thin so I could hear everything from the corridor and other rooms. The elevator makes a very loud bell noise every time it opens and it is so annoying. The cleaning staff woke me up at 8:30am to ask me when they can clean the room. ATTENTION: loud mosque nearby will wake you up at 4am every night with call to prayer. Breakfast not that good.

Old hotel with consumed furniture. My sink was clogged. Very friendly staff with professional attitude. Overall, very good.

A very nice hotel at the city centre with great service. A swift checking in process, the room was clean and spacious. A gym at the 4th floor was a big plus for me and the morning breakfast had a lot of variety. Definitely will recommend the hotel and will revist for any visits in the future.

It was a good experience at Sheraton Hotel, the rooms are good and large, the place is clean, but it is a little far from the city center.

Genuinely was a lovely place to stay, clean and hotel staff very hospitable, surrounded by beach and 15-20 mins away from sidi bu saïd. I booked the breakfast included and it is a feast and a half - I tend to be a picky eater but there is plenty of options fresh, and cooked well ( I’m a hypochondriac- and tend to be paranoid with food) but the place put me at ease and I actually ate well . Would visit again but would keep in mind to public transport if you wish to travel further into Tunis central - as trains are limited and buses and taxis can add up. But all in all it was stunning location and can’t fault the staff :) first time visitor to Tunisia and hope to visit again.

The hotel was right in the centre. I stayed in room 303. Small with double bed though considering i booked single room. Room was clean and tiday and compact. Dud not have kettle or fridge and no glass could be found. The night receptionist was very helpful, cheerful and found me a glass and some water.

The hotel staff was very nice and kind they assisted in everything. The room is big and all. Comfy bed and good amenities. And the price reasonable and worth. Only slight issue was they were very less staff who could speak English other then all was nice . Pleasant stay .

If u ever in tunisia make sure u stay at tis hotel.the design is fabulous.my bed facing the sea.u can lay in bed sea view. Every staff is nice and try their best to service. Specially the reception gal at check in. She upgraded my room. Really appreciate. Their garden is huge very peaceful .plus private beach walk. cardio room great view. My opinion well worth the money.don’t miss the sunrise sky turning pink.u can’t see pink from the photo.u can see it when ur here. I absolutely enjoyed my stay.
